Had our carpets cleaned ON TIME, VERY professional, great price, got right to work, when Hayden and his cousin goes off to college Hanford rug will be loosing a great asset to the company. We will be doing future business with Hanford rug. Very happy and satisfied with the job.

If I could give them a zero I would! I was very displeased with their service! They initially told me the the drying time for my couch would be fast! After they finished cleaning it they said it would take about 6 hours! When they left there were puddles of water all the way around the couch! As the couch dried I saw that it was still dirty! There were still dog drool spots everywhere that I was able to get off myself using a scrub brush! They didn’t get in the crevices of it either! I also had them take my area rug to clean it and they said I would have it 1 week after, after 9 days I called them and it was almost like they got to bring it back!

Very unprofessional. I set an appointment to have my carpets cleaned, moved out ALL my furniture the night before to be prepared and they never showed up. After calling them they said no one ever wrote my appointment down. Then they said they would show up later that day but they never came. I called several times that same day and not a single response. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I love the way the clean our rugs I have called on them plenty of times and each time the guy that comes out does an exceptional job. Very friendly and cleans areas around where he works. I would not call anyone else but them.
