Not too bad. Lots of unfilled room, but found a few items. Definitely go through the aisles, sizes are marked, but mixed in. Prices were okay, would have purchased more had it been cheaper though. A fitting room is available, that's awesome. The cashiers were friendly.

Update:Quite a few employees evening, all eager to help.I would suggest they take a minute to test electronic/electrical items before put on the shelves.Also, price tags were missing once again. Changed my rating to 3 stars instead of 2. Apparently, it depends on the shift whether you have helpful staff, or gabby ones.It's clean, but only because it's new. Employees spent more time jabbering than working. No one at register.10 minutes to close, with $200 worth of stuff, employ informs us, cash only. I don't carry that kind of cash with me.Had someone actually been at the register, they could of let us know instead of spending an hour in the store.Many items, although against GW policy, were broken. 1/3 of the items were not priced. Instead of stickers, they are writing on the items with Sharpies.Sad

EXPENSIVE!! The rent must be high at this new location. Item pricing is inconsistent or not visible on various products. Asking $8.99 for a Walmart branded Faded Glory blouse that sells for $5.99 is just crazy. Items from Target priced much higher than what I paid for them on clearance at Target. Shoes from Marshall's with original clearance pricing marked much lower than what Goodwill wants. Dollar Tree merchandise priced well above the original price is laughable. Yes, the store is clean and organized but, shop with caution!I'm behind a business that pays employees that have special needs by selling selling products. This style of employer has my support. But why does this place sit on small overpriced merchandise for so long? Don't let slow moving items take up valuable salesfloor real estate to make 50 extra cents on a marked up Dollar Tree product. Mark it down lower, show the savings to the customer and turn that inventory over. Focus on inventory turns and high volume selling for more profit. Build excitement around what savings customers will discover to keep them returning for more.Hey, I'm not a reseller; just a lady trying to buy clothes for work and some home decor.I suggest clearly marked Sale Events for different departments or tag colors. Maybe even discounts for Law Enforcement.I appreciate having a large Goodwill in Hanford. There are surely areas of opportunity to foster long term success of this establishment.

So my wife and I were both at this store yesterday 1/8/22 and the thing that got both of us is the flag they have outside saying 50% off and then just under it the different color tags when asked they say it was only certain clothing items with a black mark on it they don't even have a sign inside explaining this.

We always find good stuff here. Some of it is a tad pricey but it all balances out.

Overpriced in general. Good prices on things like books but a lot of the furniture items are the same price as in their original store or higher. I saw $1 target plant pots that had even been marked up to $1.50, when I asked a staff member if this was correct he said “yes I think so”. I always prefer to shop second hand where I can but I don’t love being gouged for money. The selection of home items is fine. Clothing is fine.

Store is huge. Very clean and organized. I wasn't to impressed with some of thier prices. We go to Goodwill to find deals that you can't find in name brand stores. Some of thier prices were unbelievable. I found a nice Cooking Skillet there. I understand it was a Viking Skillet with a Lifetime warranty. Very nice. But I couldn't afford $100.00 for it. Goodwill has always been very well priced with their items. Now it seems their hiking up prices to make money for themselves. As usual they say the money is used to help others. I hear that so much. All the items in the store were donated for people like me that can't afford an OUTRAGIOUS price. Widow of a Vet. And it seems Goodwill must have gone Corporate also!!! GREED!!!

Priced a pair of sandals Good Will price was $9.99 used went to Walmart got the same Sandals for $7.99 new.

I buy dirt cheap printers from here and flip them. Cashiers are super nice and respectful. The new location is huge and has something for everybody

The Goodwill always has great prices, but like everything else, things have increased. The larger store is nice but people still seem to get really close to you for no reason.

A lot of clothes and household things like pictures and decor. Some toys and a good assortment of books. Then the wall has everything from light fixture to sporting goods

Great thrift store. Very large and lots of items to choose from. Unlike other Goodwill stores, their clothing is not sorted by color.

Goodwill is a shame with side dogs for workers I wouldn't shop there if the cow that works there paid me this store is sad everyone the is sad ur all sorry

I think the Goodwill forgot that they are a thrift store. Seeing a lot of items with higher prices than even the original price. Shame
