Freeway Toyota in Hanford, Ca is one the best dealership I have ever encountered. This is a great dealership to look into if you are looking for a good car and deal, especially because Terra Ordonez is one of their best sales person they have in their team. Terra assisted my niece and me every step from beginning to end on providing us with the best option and affordable package to purchase a car. Terra went above and beyond in presenting all the information we were inquiring about the vehicle and taking the time to talk to their financial manager to secure a good deal. Purchased a 22’ Dodge Charger Scatpack Widebody from this Dealership I’d like to say the Salesmen Cody & financer were very nice & professional. But This Dealership has done such a poor job on the inspection of this vehicle and who knows what other vehicles. As I took my vehicle to get inspected by a Mechanic just to make sure everything is handling how it should be and he tells me everything internally is good but that my rotors are absolutely cooked with about 20% of life on them, which I cannot believe they didn’t replace because rotors are suppose to last at least 30,000 miles. The car does not have anywhere near those miles. So I called Toyota Hanford to explain the situation and they told me to bring the vehicle in and they would see what they could do for me, so I brought the vehicle in, and after they checked it out Robby who works on the Service floor lets me know my rotors are indeed “Wavy” in other words cooked but that they pass the safety law that’s why they didn’t replace them and that they wouldn’t be able to do anything until something were to happen to the Rotors. That’s how franchise dealers respond to help you. That left me unbelievably frustrated & confused, Toyota of Hanford is going to wait for my breaks to snap or worst to happen for them to intervene & actually do something. Thanks Toyota of Hanford !
