The workers that take your order were friendly and efficient but they finished and were waiting for more cars to come instead of helping to make the drinks, waited 20 minutes to get my drink, thats why I originally stopped going to Starbucks and came to dutchbros....do better

(Update) wasn’t going to come back, but wife needed a pick me up. Still the same issues with the lines. New person taking orders, all alone. (Original) This has to be the slowest Dutch bros around. Only one attendant with about 20 cars at the moment. Poor girl can barely walk and she’s taking everyone’s orders as fast as she can. Shame on management for leaving her alone.

I love Dutch bros. I always get the rebels, My favorite ones are the Electric Berry Rebel & the Starry Night Rebel. The employees are so friendly & make it a point to personalize your experience by making chit chat. Overall although the lines are long (They just make drinks) so the line moves fast.

We ordered a couple of drinks and one of the drinks was not what we wanted. We were not upset or frustrated. But when we ask for help at the window after leaving the drive thru. My wife felt as if she was the problem because it seemed as if they didn't want to remake the drink we asked for. They made mine good. I just feel like the situation could have been handled better.

Lost my service. Everytime I've gone there system won't accept any of my cards reguardless of the balances. Never once did I ask for my drinks free but they had a rude blonde in the back repeatedly saying I can't give you $6 drinks for free when I literally only asked if they can try to run a diffrent card and instead she repeats "we can't give out drinks for free" like I never once asked you too. Never going to this dutch bros location again. Felt like they thought I expected drinks for free when literally all i asked was for them. To run the card again or try another because they both have a balance of $500. And instead of trying my card again even after offering to show her the balance she tells me if I would like to come back later. I always have great experience even with the faulty card readers I usually have enough cash on hand but this time I had cash for gas ( cash is cheaper for gas then credit) and so I wanted to try to use the card for obvious reasons. Will never be going to this location again!

This location is the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. The lines are through the parking lot and they don’t send anyone to take or deliver orders to keep the line moving. It doesn’t matter the time of day, there could be a kitchen full of people and only one or two people are doing orders. I enjoy the beverages but a lot of times it’s not worth it

I just LOVE HANFORD DUTCH PEOPLE!!! Always happy and friendly. They make you feel special. My order is made perfect with extra love. You can tell they are having fun as it should be. Just came through this location (5:20 AM 3/11/22) waited in line for 10+ minutes before a 12+ hour drive, to notice that the car in front of us had already had their drink long before we pulled up, and that they were just chatting with the employee. At this point I have no time to spare to order and wait for 4 large coffee’s ($25+ order) and tell the employee this, very nicely. She laughed in my face and was very rude, told us to visit Starbucks instead and did not serve us. I’m very shocked because we have never received TERRIBLE service like this from Dutch Bros, especially considering I live locally where Dutch Bros was started. And to top it off, my last drink I got from this location a couple days ago was completely wrong and I was stuck with it. This location does not honor the way of Dutch Bros and this employee should be fired if you want to avoid losing further business, we plan on taking her advice and visiting Starbucks from now on, too many issues at Dutch.

So, I just want to put forth that I'm kind of biased because I really like the golden eagle that Dutch Brothers puts out. So I'm usually excited and in a good mood when I go to Dutch Brothers anyway. That being said, everyone at the site was really professional and helpful as well as covid safe; everyone was wearing a mask. The line wasn't very long, we got through it really quickly and were able to get all of our drinks and get on with the rest of our night in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend this Dutch Brothers as well as the one in Fresno California on McKinley and Blackstone. Both of these establishments, and might I say most of them, are definitely excellent little coffee houses if your aim is to get your coffee and go. Happy holidays everyone.

I’ve been to many Dutch bros and the service and quality is always consistent. Went to this one around 730 in the morning and there were 2 cars in front of me. Waited about 15 minutes and finally decided to just up and go without my coffee.No one even came out to take our orders when you could clearly see a numerous amount of employees just goofing off inside.Worst service ever! Will never visit this location ever again.

Whatever you do don't ask for a Dutch white chocolate. Not once, not twice, but 3 times they tried to give me a mocha instead. So the last time I went I asked for the same thing again. A Dutch white chocolate with a soft top, pulled up to the window to find a white mocha waiting for me. Explained that no I just want a white chocolate with a soft top. Got a regular Dutch cocoa instead. For whatever reason a Dutch white chocolate is on the menu but appears to be something you just can't get.

Actually it was really good. Seen a lot of bad reviews on it but some I think people were just having a bad day. Cuz line went super quick faster than some other areas. Coffee was good no problems at all. The people taking order were nice no problem there either. Only thing is wish the music playing in the outside would be a tad bit less loud but other than that is good

Always a big line, won't go if there is more than 8-9 in line because then I will be there for what seems like forever. Drink is really good. I always get the sugar free mocha carburetor. Which is pretty tasty.
