I have been going to CVS on Lacey, Hanford for years. It is a great place to go to, not only for prescription but for other items as well. All staff is so helpful. And it does me good to see the manager help on check out, up front. Shows true leadership. Thumbs up people to you all. 👍 👍👍

CVS has new staff don't know what the hell they are doing. No name tags. Girl with glasses don't know nothing has to ask the other girl with half her hair colored purple now she is rude and unprofessional wanted to argue with me saying "Don't you see we are busy!!!the older man oriental just goes with the flow don't ask if he can help the other 2 that don't know what they are doing. What a shame had been going there for many years. Not no more won't stoop to there unprofessional level.SAD

I have had problems every time I go there from out-of-stock to attitude it's ALWAYS something. THIS TIME I had to deal with my doctor, the insurance, and the pharmacist but this pharmacist was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! PATIENT, KIND, and treated me like HE CARED!! The issue (with HIS HELP) was that much more easy to tackle because of him. What usually takes a couple of days of denial and attitude, took about 2 hours they were just out of stock but I got everything I needed today so it was not a big deal. Seems like even the woman I have had problems with cause she always has an attitude was very pleasant and kind today. If it continues like this I would rerate and tell ppl as well as my doctor how things have changed there so if he wants to start recommending his patients to go there in the future he should. But ONLY if things continue the way they're going of course!

I have had multiple issues with pickups at this pharmacy since I started using this pharmacy when the Save-Mart pharmacy closed. One time, I was picking up an RX for my son. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes until it was ready. After I waited over 25 minutes it still wasn't ready and I had to leave. Another time, I went to pick up my wife's RX on the day it said it was available until, but it had already been returned to stock. The tech told me it would be a few hours to fill and suggested coming back in the morning. I came back the next morning and the RX had not been put in to fill again. Feeling very frustrated and not sure if this is CVS in general or just this location.

Very friendly staff that greets you as you enter the store. It's a one stop shop that provides customers many services. The pharmacy seems short staffed. Adding additional employees to the pharmacy department would ease customer tension and eliminate long lines inside as well as in the drive-thru.

I picked up my medicine through the drive thru it's convenient. For those who prefer to stay in your car is the quickest way to be on your way to whatever is your next stop.
