The pharmacy service is exemplary and prompt. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews..I’ve been a customer of this cvs back when it was Longs drugs over by Cost Less back when Cost Less was called Farmer Boys and I’ve never been an unsatisfied customer.

CVS pharmacy employee not helpful . Rebecca was rushing me not Trying to give me any information when all she had to do was give me a phone number for a certain billing department. Her tone & attitude was not great customer service at all. Spoke with a supervisor charlotte and she finally gave me the number but wasn’t friendly either or seemed like she cared.

This is for this pharmacy, specifically customer service related, specifically a person named Rebecca in the pharmacyShe was very short with me, interrupted me several times, put me on hold while I was in the middle of a sentence, and then had the audacity to say "could you let me finish speaking" with a nasty tone in her voice when I accidentally interrupted her, well, you interrupted me first, several times. That was incredibly rude. I am not happy.

Called at 5:57pm to let them know I was stuck behind a train they ignored my call didn't even bother answering missed my opportunity to get my medication that I really needed. I was legit stuck being the train since 5:50 it was a double train I would've made it on time if it wasn't for the train but them no answering my call is just ridiculous my call was purposely ignored horrible customer service

This is for the pharmacy. I was trying to get my wife for antibiotic as she was in severe pain. The prescription went through and we are new to town so did not know that there was two CVS's on 11th avenue. Obviously I went to this location which was the wrong one and got turned away. I was told to go to the other location but they closed before I could get there. Not knowing they closed at 6:00 p.m. I would have, of course asked if they could fill it at this location, but when I had arrived at 5:55 p.m. the pharmacist at this location did absolutely nothing. So now my wife has to suffer another night because of the absolute ineptitude of the pharmacy staff. So thank you for being absolutely useless.

Ordered a same day poster to be ready by 10:30 am arrive at 12:30 it’s not ready, he says he just needs to put paper in, doesn’t know what he’s doing with the printer but I’m being patient then he gives up starts ringing up 5-6 people. 2 other employees walk by see he doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing & walk away, by now I’ve waited 25 minutes & ask him what’s going on he just says come after 4:30. I drove 25 minutes wasted gas and my time and they just simply don’t care. He says you can’t get 15% off! Bye CVS stop offering services your employees know nothing about.

They don’t even deserve one starBut that was the only way.I can write this survey. They are rude and just trying to get you out of the way.So inconsiderate after waiting and waiting in line .Drive through took forever!!Jasmine the rude, fat ladyat the window was so rude maybe needed to get laid or something!!Was not even going to tell me the second Prescription was not in the bag and it’s over the counter. Intel I looked in the bag and asked I thought the Dr prescribe 2 medication. She responded with a , “oh yeah, ,but you have to come inside for that.” I was like oh yeah? What you mean oh yeah? She brushed it off you need to come in.So you weren’t going to tell me if I wouldn’t of asked? We’ll if you want it you need to come inside.( so rudely)I went inside and things got even worse! My baby girl was with me very sick so needed to wait my turn again inside !!You can tell she ignored me when my turn at the register.I pray to god she gets the same medicine of her on treatment when her kids get sick!!

I liked the store, better prices than other CVS’s just everything is locked up so good luck scanning products to make sure you are getting the correct pricing. Overall, it has most of what you need, staff is really friendly.

Staff are rude and lack the understanding of customer service. My child was given a prescription of something that can be bought over the counter. After waiting close to 30 minutes in their drive through I was informed they hadn't filled it because I could just get it from the shelf. I told them I wanted it filled and was told I would need to come back in 15 minutes so they could fill the prescription. This store and their staff are so off putting.

Horrible customer service came in to pick up my son's prescription and the lady at the register by the name Anne says it's not ready that they need my doctor to approve it that i should call my doctor so I do they say they need more info for me to tell them to call or send the info into my provider i go back to tell them then the same lady tells me that they are out of stock to call my provider and have them send it out to another pharmacy so I go back and call my provider they tell me it's faster if I have cvs do a transfer to another cvs go back in and basically get yelled at saying they can't do to call my provider again and have them send out a new prescription to another pharmacy all could of been avoided if they would have explained it right the first time

I'm tired of being treated so poorly at this pharmacy. I just spoke to a girl that was rushing me and refused to tell me the cash price for my medications. They lied to me in the drive up earlier today about a medication that they said is pending my insurance, then the lady on the phone said that's not why it's pending, it's because they don't carry the type of medication anymore and they need the doctor to approve another type. When I told her what the guy in the drive thru told me she just scoffed at me, When I said thank you, she didn't say anything...she just hung up on me. They don't appreciate me but you know what? I don't have to deal withtheir rudeness. I think it's time to switch pharmacies.

Went in to pick up a prescription. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told to join another line because I was a new customer. Waited 10 minutes in that line where my information was taken. Then I was told I needed to wait another 20 minutes and then join the very first line I stood in when I arrived (another half hour) As far as I am concerned this is piss poor service, lacks procedural structures that are customer centered & has some staff that need training in proper customer care. I prefer to do business with companies that understand the importance of customers and recognize that we collectively are their bread and butter. Get it together CVS on Lacey in Hanford, stop treating customers like they don't matter.

Every time I've actually been inside the store it's been a positive experience. I do not recommend going through the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions, there's almost always a long line. You'll be waiting there for like half an hour, instead, I highly recommend their prescription delivery service, it's free, and you get your prescriptions in a day or two

My sons prescription was accidentally given to someone else by the pharmacist and then when we came to pick it up after waiting and waiting he refused to fill the prescription. He returned the paper but made the whole shopping experience super inconvenient.

I went to the Hanford Ca. CVS yesterday to get my covid vaccination. They were absolutely amazing! The whole process was easy, no standing in long lines and the staff conducting the process were friendly I don't know of anything that has been easier ! Thank you so much! Cheryl

This is the new CVS in Hanford. They try, but they are so busy that it takes forever to get a script filled. Go ahead and try to call the pharmacy. My doctor called me and said my prescription would be at Rite Aid across the street because no one ever answered when they call CVS. Furthermore, I had to pay out of pocket for 3 months there even though I had insurance that worked at every other pharmacy. If you must go there, talk to Charlotte. She took care of me when all the others couldnt, or didn't know how. She went above and beyond!!

Rude employees crappy service. Everytime i come there are at least 4 cars in line. Make sure you have at least half and hour to pick up your meds because they move like turtles. Dont care how long you have to wait. It ridiculous.

My prescription was submitted in the morning yesterday. I went to pick it up seven hours later and after half hour of waiting in line, it was not ready. I had to go to work so I came back today. I've literally been in line for over 45 minutes. Wish me luck, hopefully they have it ready

Pharmacy is slow as hell. Going to switch back to the other CVS on fargo whether it's closer to my house or not they were alot quicker. And the man that works here with the accent is very rude.

Do you think customer service. The store is very neat and clean, they also have a good Pharmacy team. Be sure to call and ask for the pharmacy hours because sometimes they can be out for lunch or closed.
