I am a very understanding person and I normally don’t leave reviews.However, I took my Blue Heeler there twice. NEVER AGAIN.The first time they cut her hair around her butt without asking. The second time they basically shaved her when I asked them to TRIM her hair. The guy employee asked if I was getting my dog ready for summer and I said yes. I did not know he was asking if I wanted a “summer cut” for my dog which meant a shave. Shaving a double coated dog like mine comes with MANY health issues. I would NEVER ask my dog to be shaved. I asked for a refund but was only offered 50% next visit because it was my fault I did not specify what kind of cut. Even if I had asked for a shave…the quality was awful. My friends & family thought I was joking when I sent them pictures!Both times I visited the place it was filthy. The woman owner was very rude and barely acknowledged me when I walked in because she was sitting on her phone. She snatched my debit card out of my hand when I picked up my dog didn’t know which one was mine or where her collar was. I heard another employee in the back tell one of the dogs it was going to fall off the grooming table and die if it kept moving. Oh… and the first time my dog was there for over 3.5 hours before I got a call that she was ready 10 minutes before close and the second time I called after 3.5 hours because they forgot to call me… Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this place and WILL NOT be back.

My baby isn’t always dog friendly and I was nervous about taking her in. I’m so glad I did!! They were amazing and my baby was treated so well. She will definitely be going back. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do! Glad I decided to take her in!

Took all of my fur-babies in for grooming. They all smell so good and their fur is so soft and shiny! Canine Comfort Creek did such a great job and were so accommodating—I even set up a standing appointment for my pups to keep them looking, smelling, and feeling great! ❤️

Brought my Shih Tzu mix dog here and they are amazing. He was severely matted I mean super bad. He had a bad experience with other groomers and would not let no one near him, not even us to groom him. I felt so bad to see him so matted I called Canine Comfort Creek and she gave some advice and made us an appointment within the same week. I still can’t believe they got him calm and they were able to remove all that hair off…I’m so thankful for them and all the extra time they spend to work with him. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing you guys soon.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I called to bring my shepherd in to get groomed. The lady answered the phone very unprofessionally. When I arrived I was not greeted, the area was very dirty. Stood and waited until someone came to check my dog in. No greeting the dog or acting friendly towards the pets. Was told no more than 3 hours. He was there for 5. Upon pickup I walked in to find my dog tied to the grooming table sitting on the ground, practically choking himself. Not able to lay down. No one around him and completely unsupervised. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly environment for their pets.

Took my dog here for the first time two weeks ago and got him back infested with fleas. He has never had a flea problem, and has not been around any other animals so I am absolutely certain they came from here! Now I am working around the clock trying to treat my dog and my home, trying to get rid of them! Very frustrating.

I absolutely love how my little Chicka looks and smells when I pick her up. They always do a seriously precise cut on her. She looks absolutely adorable. I always take her here because I trust them as every time it's an amazing job! They were her first groomers and I had never been apart from her so I was so worried about her that I called to see how she was doing and they cheerfully gave me an update and assured me she was fine. There were some chuckles but they took the time to assure me. Very nice people and you can trust them with your precious pet(s). They have even put in place precautions for Corona Virus ensuring you and your pet will be safe. I'm always very happy and so is Chicka!!

I have a small poodle mix dog, who is very very feisty. She doesn’t do well with others, so every time I tried to take her to get groomed no one was able to groom her. Her hair got so bad, and had so many knots. Then I heard about canine comfort creek!!! Just took her and they did a great job, she came out a new dog. The people were nice, and quick to get us checked in! Will definitely be back!!

Best grooming experience I've had with my golden so far! I was taking her to another groomer and was never really impressed, but when I picked her up I was very pleased. She looked great and smelled good too. The facility was clean, air conditioned and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be taking her back!

This place is really cheap but has such amazing work for how much you pay!!My dog normally freaks out when going to the groomers and is normally sulking when you pick her up. From this place she was super excited going in for her second visit and when I picked her up she was super happy. The staff are all super friendly and gave her super cute bows in her ears.

Everytime I take my dog their she comes back with fleas or ticks . I take very good care of my dog and she always come back with something like cuts on her ears or scabs will not be going there ever again.

highly recommend!! my husky who was FILTHY from getting out of our backyard and running in fields.. he was also being aggressive as he was very nervous this was his first time ever being groomed professionally! They did such an amazing job I almost cried I hadn’t seen him so clean and fluffy in so long, definitely go here if you are looking for a groomer they have very reasonable prices as well!

Our 1 year old poodle has already had bad grooming experiences, so I was scared to look for another groomer. Well I saw Canine Comfort Creek, and crossed my fingers and made an appointment. We got there and they were very welcoming and listened to our fears and told us our baby would be fine. Well we went back a few hours later, and although we had let the poodle get very matted and overgrown.......they had shaved her down BEAUTIFULLY! Our poodle usually is traumatized for 3 days after being groomed, but after we got home she was happy!!!! Bouncing all over the place! She has no Knicks, razor burns or any problems at all. We our so happy and relieved to have found such a nice groomer and the whole staff were so reassuring. Thank you all so much!!!

They got my cat in right away to do his nails. He has FLV and can't be stressed, and this is one place that I trust to do it without stressing him. The groomer was calm which manifested onto my cat, and he was done in literally less than 2 minutes. I definitely recommend this place.

Professional, completely thorough, and treated my fur babies like their own. We took both our dogs in for grooming. My little old Chihuahua mutt was comfortable right away (yeah- weird for a Chihuahua-right?!) My big lab mix was so nervous but Canine Comfort Creek staff are THE BEST. These people are genuine dog lovers and took care of my "boys". Staff make it so easy and my babies like them too!! Will always go back to Canine Comfort Creek. Thank you guys!!:)

got my dog in last minute, charged me $5 for a drop in and no appt, as well as they SHAVED my GOLDEN RETRIEVER! These dogs can’t be shaved! I asked for a nail and all over hair trim! They clearly didn’t know anything about this breed and it should have been a sign when it was all Pomeranians in the shop! My poor dog looks sad and bald now. And not to mention can’t go in the sun because she will burn that is why their fur is long and thick. It saddens me I paid $85+$2 to use a my card. I def will not return here. And this post won’t let me add pictures to it to show u how sad she is from this. We got home and she just lays around. When I walked in to get her the poor thing was crying in fear and couldn’t wait to leave. Got home and noticed her ears were cut up inside! They buzzed inside of her ears so bad they r red and u can tell has been bleeding

I just have to way how amazing this place is. My husband and I took our 15 year old lab mix Mocha to get her nails trimmed. She had a few nails that were extremely long. Mocha is super sensitive and hardly lets anyone touch her. I was so amazed how wonderful they did with her. I highly recommend this grooming facility for you fur babies. Thanks again for taking such great care of my sweet Mocha.

Today was Bruce's first grooming visit at Canine Comfort Creek, they did a beyond amazing job! I faithfully took Bruce, Siberian Husky, to another facility, biweekly, but I was never satisfied with the white in his fur, it never looked clean enough to me. After only one visit at Canine Comfort Creek, the white in his fur looks like fresh snow. I have never seen his coat look so shiny and white. He smells amazing too! I now have a new pet groomer!! This place is a must try!!!

I took my Australian shepherd her for a bath and cut. They did a good job, he was clean and I was happy with the cut. However the shop was very dirty, hair everywhere. I know it's a groomer, but it was massive amounts over everything. My dog also came home with kennel cough and spread it to my other dogs.

My dog cries every month we take her there but when she gets picked up shes so happy and clean and shaved properly. I love the people there. My dogs name is Petri and she goes once a month they are loving and caring with her unlike petsmart

Canine Creeks Grooming is the only place I take my dog Jack! They are friendly people and do a phenomenal job! I have had many compliments on my dogs looks and his adorable mohawk that is always colored! We always look forward going to them. Thank you for you amazing work!!

I will start by saying I appreciate them calling me back to get me in. But that's it. My dog left cowering in fear. She looks awful. Smells like mens cologne was dumped on her and qhen I showed up to pick her up she was just sitting in a back room most likely in a cage and she wasn't even groomed. All they had done was wash her. The groom was half hearted at best and she was terrified the entire time. I will NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN!!! -1 STAR if it were possible!!!

Been going here for a bit over a year. At some point the service became worse and worse, my dog would come home with small scratches/cuts and once a VERY VERY bad hair cut. She always came back home noticeably uncomfortable, and the last time we took her she got back with irritated eyes and they've been like that for a while now. currently looking for a new groomer now (also they DO NOT call you to pick them up. Every time I go I have to call them to see if my dog is done. Theyve even kept my dog for four hours in a small kennel without ever calling because they "forgot")

Dont know what they did to my dog but she hasn't been the same since we got her back. I Did notice a small cut around her nipple as if they didn't care how ruff they were trimming her down. She's a small dog and I very much feel like they did something for the fact she hasn't been sleeping, shakes alot Now, and tries to avoid being close to anyone anymore. Canine creek was the only place I would take my dog but definitely will never take my dog back.

I love going to this place!!!! I take my shitzu and they never disappoint me, I leave my pet knowing she’s in good hands and walk out with the biggest smile !! They are very professional and do an amazing job not to mention their prices are vary fair for the amazing work they do!! Definitely recommend this place 5/5
