Wonderful customer service and fast in and out. Great and easy ordering with great coupons online. Had been awhile since I had actually shopped there I was amazed at everything they had, something for everyone. Get out there be amazed!!

Was shopping for a vacuum, when the lady that worked in the back asked if I needed help, I said no thank you, because I had my wife in my headphones. When I finally picked out the vacuum I wanted, I grabbed it, and the worker told me that the vacuums here at big lots are too expensive and that I should go shop at Walmart instead where they are cheaper. I told her no thank you I came to big lots for a reason. I then grabbed the vacuum and walked to the hair gel isle. She followed me to the hair gel isle and asked me if I wanted her to take the vacuum up front while I shopped, I said ok. Another associate pretending to be a shopper then followed me around the store, pretending to be looking for his mother. I grabbed what I needed and headed to the counter, where the fake shopper met me to cash me out. I bought the vacuum and what i needed but wont be coming back again. The whole place is unprofessional. For one don't tell a customer to shop a a competitor because the items are cheaper at the competitor. For 2 if your going to pretend to be a shopper to deter theft don't follow the person to the front, get behind the counterand put your name badge on. Now everyone knows who the security guy is. It felt like a amateur hour. Do better. Treat your customers better.

I usually raid the clearanced food section of BigLots, but God forbid you arrive 5-10 minutes before closing as they will lock the door on you. I'm usually quick in and out, but it took nearly 3 minutes of yelling through the door before they finally let me in to glance over the clearanced items.Lately, the clearanced food selections haven't been great nor the prices. Usually, whoever prices it, used to price it down quite a bit, but lately not so much.

Went there to look at some dressers they have a nice selection. Didn't have what we were looking for. They have a lot more than just furniture lots of food items also.

Need replacement pads for my bistro chairs. Bought the last one at tulare store. 40% off ended that Friday 6/2. Had only one, went on line. Hanford had only 1 left. Yahoo total savings for both $33. Got what I needed and saved.

Gross? The store was ok and well stocked. I got everything I went in to get. Honestly, I'd never been to this big lots before, and it will probably be my last trip. The store was fine, but everything outside was covered in bird poop. Carts, side walk, parking lot, trees, ... Everything!

This Big Lots have almost everything you're looking for. Once in a while it's a miss but most of the time it isn't. And you can't beat the prices...and the manager is on top of things.

Big lots used to be a very comparatively affordabe store but recently the prices are up there with all retail stores and sometimes more than retail and grocery stores. They have a variety of items including food, toiletries, laundry stuff etc. It's just not worth the effort going there anymore with no real savings.

In the 3 years since I've moved here I hadn't been in this store yet. Finally went in and immediately found a bunch of decently priced stuff for Christmas gifts, snacks, and just for the house. Clean and friendly, with a great variety of goods.

I've always loved big lots. They're super friendly and keep the store looking very clean. Makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. Also, they are the only store in town that offers me a discount for being a nurse. That is a very sweet gesture in times of Covid 19. Thank you Big Lots!!

Man them bathrooms are perfect sized to fit me and my 8 baby daddy’s in there. We all had a 9 some in a wheel chair accessible toilet I never felt more stuffed in my entire life. We had the time of our life’s. I wonder who’s baby this finna be. So excited to be having my 15th child 😄😁

I like their products and saves me time from having to drive across town. The prices are affordable. My mom would always shop at Big Lots that was one of her favorite stores. So, now I go to Big Lots to shop brings me back to when I was growing up.

I went a few days ago and a very nice lady signed me up for their rewards program. Came back tonight and I I wasn't able to use their $5 off coupon. To top it off the cashier didn't give me 15% off Christmas decorations as was advertised

I found more than I went in the store for.......a sofa couch that I fell in love with. I will be putting that on a payment plan!! The employees were friendly and made my experience feel like I was with close friends. Thank you to my local community Big Lots store.❤

Our local Big Lots has friendly customer service. Clean store. A variety of useful household items are okay prices. Furniture is nice and affordable with good/affordable insurance offers. Electronic accessories are available. Seasonal furniture and decorative items are always available. Our family enjoys saving here.

I enjoy shopping at Big Lots employees greet you as you go in. I like the obieance and the furniture is really nice you have the option to lay away sofas and bed. I usually shop for cosmetics and personal care. Back in the day my mom would take me shopping at Big Lots and I continue shopping there, you can get the same name brand as other retail stores. I recommend this place to family and friends.

Not only cheap stuff. I found beautiful and good quality towels here- Project Runway brand, which I didn't existed, turned out to be comparable to my favorite JCPenney towels. Love love the design.
