This place is simply gross. First time going in this store. What a disappointment. Floors are disgusting, the water fountain should be condemned.First, please hire someone to clean your store.I understand the need for a discount store but customers who decide to shop here shouldn't be subjected to a dismal environment.Strolled down each aisle, what a mess. Shelves were unsorted, products tipped over, trash on floor.The fresh produce appeared as if it came directly from the fields. The celery had more dirt on it than the floors.1 cashier for many shoppers.The single plus was finding .99 hot sauce.Please, tend to the store and address cleanliness

Such an adventure shopping!! There's a lot more inside. Great selection of wines home decor fresh plants bottled water. Great prices! Stop off 198 by to grab some affordable snacks and supplies

This store is closing HAHA!! The Բᴧ₺ Hispanic girl who's been working there for years, whatever her name is. Apparently, she's the manager or assistant of such. She always seemed to have an issue with me for NO reason, whenever I came to the store. Now that it's going out of business, I would like to ask her what is she gonna do now Lol!! Probably live off her boyfriend's money while she stays at home doing nothing.

I was a little disappointed cause they only had one cashier and a very long line of people waiting. Really sad cause I did want to buy a few things. But I walked out cause of the line.😡

The store hours say they close at 10. But I was here at 9:20 and they were closed with no sign or anything. Very unprofessional. Waste of my time. Really a bummer they closed earlier than they are suppose to. I called the store and cooperate and no one answers? Definitely will not shop here again.

I brought my friends son to purchase a gift "he's on a budget" and he said it was his dad's favorite store, so he wanted to buy him a gift at his favorite place. Amazingly we found a few name brand items at a great price. In return for my good deed I was repaid with flowers from the 99 store we were both happy with the purchase 😊 customer service was exceptionally great! and the cashier made this little man's day, super courteous and polite

I found what I was looking for. A mesh laundry bag for $1.99. At Walmart, it's practically double the price. Might as well buy it here if it's the same damn thing.

I love dollar stores but this store is absolutely filthy it's gross. I've never seen a store so filthy. It's hard pass for me now I won't be shopping here. One could only imagine how it looks in the back

I love the variety of foods and supplies this store has. I really love the grocery section! There are great bargains and the seasonal decoration is great. I highly suggest going here. I promise you that you will find something that you like or need at discount price. I also love how the store is very clean and everything neatly well put. This my favorite dollar store!

This is the worst stress u can ever shop at we came today to purchase a ride on car for my granddaughters birthday we asked an employee whom was just standing around to get it from up Top he said he would get it we waited in one of only two line open while the other employee stood around after a long wait in the long line that were to long we noticed the employee we asked to get the car opening a mother line so we went over to him for in his line and told him we still waiting for the car he went to the manager who has the look on her face like she just hates her job she sais use a chair which is impossible then she sais we need to look for a ladder I said fine where then she sais wait till the line are empty then they’ll look for someone to help us wow we’re like we waited and waited now you won’t help us and sell us the product so we asked for her name which to a min to get then we asked for corporate number which the acted like they didn’t know wow I’f a person hates helping or smiling or talking to people Custer service is the wrong job and please stop hiring people that are mass and the world I will not be shopping there anymore

99 Cent Only Store is affordable to those who are on limited income. They have fantastic prices from food to greetings cards. If your looking to buy or browse believe me you won't go home empty handed. The store is a great location and they stay open til 9 pm. I love shipping at this store, come on in and check it out. I recommend this place to family and friends.

Love this location !! My daughter and I go in pretty often due to it being so close when we need just a few things. The staff is so friendly, they actually make conversation with you while ringing up your items not just sit there in silence. And when you ask one of them where a specific item is they'll take you to it to instead of just telling you where it is. The bathrooms are even clean unlike most other stores. I was in the other day and teaching my 6 yr old about shopping and paying for items. The cashier was very sweet and patient as she counted out her change. When the staff says Hello to you when you walk in you can they're very enthusiastic about it not just like they're being forced to do it. A few of the cashiers recognize us since we're there so much (lol) and know we sometimes walk for exercise and she balanced out our bags to help with the weight without me even asking. I'm not sure if the manager reads these reviews but if you do KUDOS to you on the way you run your store and your employees!!

Was busy (as expected), we went on a Friday afternoon. However, they only had 2 registers open... checkout took 25 minutes - ENTIRELY TOO LONG! Store seems well stocked, could've used a thorough cleaning tho.... with the limited choices of places to shop in our area I'm sure I'll be back....

I go here from time to time, they really do have good deals. I do have a couple of issues though. First and foremost is the name of the place, I realized that when they started , the name was true. However, they have since started selling things for more than a dollar, perhaps they should change the name to the 99 cent usually store, or maybe the 99 cent sometimes store.Also, is the staff. While most of the staff is fairly friendly and helpful, there is one person in particular who is not. I have only ever seen her working the register, but she has zero customer service skills. If she talk to you at all, is to tell you the price and that's it, she always sounds like she doesn't want to be there, and to make things worse, she doesn't wear a name tag so I can't complain about her either. When I first saw her there, I figured she was new and just learning, but it's been a good six months at least and she's still there and still acting the same way

The new designs added to the store is great. Great prices, awesome employees. Although, the parking lot is a MESS. Literal mess... the floor is filled with bird po**. It’s disgusting out there, people dumping awful dirty water, making the parking lot reek. Therefore I will start going to the one in Visalia.

I come here every now and then. Good place to buy bread, canned and frozen food, miscellaneous personal items. The produce here is kind of iffy, I recommend checking it before you buy it, I've Come Away with moldy fruit from here before because I wasn't paying attention. And I don't recommend buying any toys here as they are likely to break within a day or two.

Came in yesterday never having ANY problems, lucky me got a RUDE clerk., I was overcharged for ICE drink. I took issue with it & was ignored at 1st. 2nd lady tried to fix it then a 3rd. it was a big mess. Afterwards I checked my receipt in store and I was mischarged on 3 different levels. I knew ai wasn't charged enough. Bringing to another cashiers attention & manager I was charged another $7.52, I cant believe the hassle it was to pay you what I owed. Trying to keep this short, it was not worth the fight. I'm not excited to go thru the trouble again to be honest. I should of just walked out. Your employees are underwhelming☹

I gave this store a 2nd chance and it was worth the try. It didn't smell dirty this trip. I found alot of things I had been looking for at other stores at the right prices. I wasn't impressed with the produce, it looked wilted and warm, but there wasn't alot so maybe they have it planned that way. But over-all this stop convinced me that I might shop there again for some hard to find items.
