Went there today there was no one at the check out, waited about 10-15 minutes the line was getting long and people started leaving then I finally had to leave, how this store stays in business I don’t know, they should add some self check outs if they’re too cheap to get a second checker if theone has to leave 11-1-23 6:30 PM.

This Rite Aid has been around ever since I found out that the older Red Rite Aid logos and signs changed to the newer Blue and Green Rite Aid logos and signs. I first tried the Thrifty Ice Cream here ever since I was 10 years old (When I was back in 4th grade). When I was 13 years old as a teenager (When I was back in 7th grade), I used to first purchase the dark chocolates on the cashiers side such as the discontinued dark chocolate Snickers, the milky way midnight, Hershey's Special Dark, Dark Reese's, York Field Patties, dark Kit Kat and all the other dark chocolates are still available. The only discontinued dark chocolate items that I have seen is the dark chocolate Snickers and the dark chocolate Twix bars. The premium dark chocolate brands are all located in Aisle 32 to 33 as the new brands such as the German Divine brand, the Theo Seattle Chocolate brand, The Belgian Chocolove brand are all available and in stock now. They even start to sale the Panda Brand Black Licorice and the Australian black licorice brands besides the Twizzlers and Black Twists Red-Vines black licorice brands.

Worst experience. Went in on a Saturday to pick up a prescription; the lady there ( not a pharmacist) told me I had to wait for the pharmacist to return from lunch because it was against the law for her to give it to me. I was leaving out of town that day and had to leave right away. She told me I had to wait 30 minutes. I understand the rules,but in my opinion, they should have more pharmacist working there at a time.

Not open at the hours advertised. The pharmacy supposedly opens at 9, everything is shut and phone constantly ringing behind the counter. Staff didn't show up and open until 9:15.

I live Right across the street from here which makes it really convenient. But there is a super rude cashier she has bright red hair she is not very pleasant at all and needs to learn customer service skills.

This pharmacy is discriminating against low income insurance. Clarissa is rude, cursed at me behind the counter, and refused to look up my insurance status. They required me to pay cash when I have sufficient coverage. I plan to notify the state that they are discriminating against medi-cal customers. RUN! Do not fill your medication here!

They don't even really do their jobs. I've seen this group of workers huddled in the back of the store talking about gossip when there was a huge line at the cash register, the only one who does their job is the manager.
