Wolfson is the best butcher and sandwiches in the area. I will drive from the Bay Area to Gustine just to get a brisket sandwich. The staff is kind friendly and helpful and their sausage is second to none.

This is by far the nicest beat market I have ever been in. Is the sausage selection just blew me away.They have a huge selection. The Tri tip sandwich was really good.

I had a cold sandwich smoked turkey and I told them with everything on it I said I like everything they even asked mustard and mayo and I said yes. But when I started to eat it I kept on saying is there going to be a taste of the mustard are mayo it was 👎

Awesome. What a gem. Prime rib sandwich was great. I took home some sausages and they are great too. Staff was super nice and quick, hard working. I can't wait to pass through the area and try another pack of sausages! They must have over 50 flavors. I got cheese and jalapenos, I highly recommend it!

We drive just over an hour to get their stuff. It's absolutely delicious. We haven't had a sausage we don't like- absolute hands down the best ones in my opinion: corned beef, cheddar/cream cheese/ bacon/jalapeño, taco, boudin(a meal in a sausage) blueberry(yes, you read that right), and chicken artichoke. But we've never had one we don't like. And they have a variety for everyone. They have the pretty tame ones, like ham and swiss, to more interesting ones like the the corned beef(which is also like a meal in a sausage. SO. DANG. GOOD) to REALLY interesting ones like Moroccan lamb. (Also, really tasty) they have fresh varieties as well as the smoked ones, also they have a very well stocked meat counter and deli with magnificently huge sandwiches, that are phenomenal.I wish we lived closer but also I'm glad we are a decent distance away, I'd be here WAY more frequently if the drive wasn't a 2+hour round trip adventure.

Wolfsen's is a great place to grab a hot sandwich as well as regular deli sandwiches, chips, potato salad and other tasty treats. Also a fantastic place to buy fresh cut meat .... from choice beef to prime they've got you covered. This establishment is clearly the best place to buy fresh cut beef in the Newman/Gustine area. They also sell dry rub and liquid marinades. I highly recommend stopping here for a culinary treat, take the time to check out what they offer .... you won't be disappointed!😉👍

Great place for a quick lunch sandwich, but more importantly, Wolfsen's is a top quality meat processor. Their sausages are unbelievable and our personal favorite is their tumbled Tri Tips. They are tumbled to perfection to infuse your favorite seasoning and provide the perfect tenderness without breaking down the texture of the meat.Why your there try the Beef Jerkey, its very good.

I moved to New Mexico from Gustine 4 years ago. What they provide is such good quality meats and sauces that I make a point of stocking up to return home with all I need to make it till my next trip home. Wish there was a Wolfsens here!!

Omgosh…. This place is compact but full of yummy sausage, Lamb, sauces, jerky, beef sticks, olive oils and BBQ sauce. I bought the best looking Ham Hock and cannot wait to make a pot of beans. We have tried about 8 kinds of sausage and have picked our favorites. We bought but haven’t tried yet the Hawaiian Sausage. We hear they are famous for this one. I’m sure we’ll agree . This store is very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the cost is reasonable. Thanks Wolfsen’s for some delicious dinners and even breakfast delights (ham and Swiss sausage 😋) Next time we are in Santa Nella, we’ll drive up to Gustine and your business.

Tons of cuts of sausages, every flavor you can think of. Some cuts of steaks and other products as well. They have lamb, beef, and pork and poultry and some rubs and spices. They do custom orders and custom cuts. Mom and pop type shop, so come down and show your support for a local business that has been around for years.

Everything that is sold in this is fantastic tasting. 55 different sausages. They have Pork belly, Fantastic steaks a whole array of different fish. Frog legs, Bison meat, Smoked Tri- tip, Beef jerky, Hot & Cold sandwiches. You must stop by.
