It is a hit-or-miss at this location. They're a frap machine never works. They barely answered the phone drive thru is closed today and inside is closed today. I don't live in Gustine. I live in Newman. I like to call to make sure that the machines are working before I drive all the way over there.

Was not a fan at at all , got there a bit after 1 , it's a 2 lane drive through and both lanes were backed out in to the parking lot. Soo I decided hey I'll take the 2 year old out can't be too badIt was , the women working DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANYONE . They want you to use the machine. First off there is a covid outbreak and none of your staff is wiping down the virtual ordering machine. Second , your in a dark shirt I'm guessing lead, you should be focused on expediting food and taking orders. If your under staffed hire more people don't be rude to me and make me wait longer because your stressed out and need more employees.

This has never happened before. I went in around 12:30 got in line at the front counter, perhaps DT was busy but not inside. The cashier was.helping DT get orders together, I saw her look at me twice but she didn't approach me not even say that she would be right with me. She did not greet me, was not cheerful or even at least friendly. She dryly asked what I wanted and I gave her my order. I was given the drink cup, she turned to walk away.but I had another order. She took my second order in an annoyed manner and left. No cups were given. I feel that she really does not do well as cashier she took the order right but her attitude was.basically annoyed. It is very important that the customer feel welcomed and that it is not putting that staff member out because she has to take orders. At least be polite, if she felt that annoyed she should have stayed at home until she felt better. Come on now. My order was correct, food was good and hot but that attitude really sucked today, I then felt annoyed, really?

Love the new addition to the Drive Thru, super cool double lines and it makes it all flow better. Here's a little tip about something floating around so I had to see for myself and what I found was that it's true the hamburger patties are very rare inside and the cook temp or cook time should be a little higher for FDA regulations, that should only be requested at a restaurant when asked how would you like that cooked. We love it there just need to be safe for everyone.

While ordering and waiting for the order was quick and easy, waiting at the window afterwards to get napkins and missing sauces was irritating.Having the employee sneer at me when I asked for them was awesome though. I enjoy receiving attitude when I'm simply requesting my missing items! 2nd time now, probably won't be a third.

The cashier wasn't friendly at all. Our fries were cold. The manager was great though. She brought us fresh fries and she was very nice.

Check your order. They get it wrong, more than correct.Got a rare quarter pounder, ordered well done. Extra pickles became no pickles.Waited over 5 minutes for pickles, to be brought to me. Had go through window to get pickles.A lot of time was used, not getting correct order.Manger did refund the cost.But a lot of time was wasted.Will never order a quarter pounder again.

This place has gone way down hill. 6 out of 10 times, we have to take the food back. One time we got 2 big Macs and only got one burger on each of them. I ask for extra pickles. Get one pickle slice. (I don't take it back, just deal with it). Last night, I got a large fry filled halfway and stale. When I brought them back 1 minute later, the clerk rolled her eyes at us. No apology. When she handed them back she more tossed them at us and slammed the drive thru window. The fries still tasted like they'd been heated up in the microwave.

Usually one of the best McDonald's around but the day I went, which was on a Monday they were rude, they didn't even greet me it just seem like they hated working there, they were very slow and it was not busy, and they never called out our order number, I had to go up there and see if it was there myself, and the fries were cold so I have no idea why it took them so long when they didn't even give me fresh hot fries. Just this one visit was bad but every other time it is pretty good.

Food is ALWAYS cold, plus they redrop the fries... which is illegal. Your fries shouldn't taste a week old. I've also gotten drinks that are either flat or have no flavoring, and have been told by employees after they knew about it but still served me poor quality drinks. No matter how often they are hiring, they never have anyone that can do their job right. A few times its even smelled like weed as soon as they've opened the drive threw window. This place is terrible and the people working don't care about the work they do.

I do not appreciate the treatment by workers at this particular fast food restaurant. They have collected my receipts based off of distrust. The receipts even contain coupons that I can no longer utilize to my benefit because of their collection. The food is put together very poorly. The food doesn't taste all that bad, but I would really like it if there was better customer service.

We live in Newman so this is the only McDonald's that is close by. When we moved to here the food was good but for the past few months the apple pies are really old and dry, burgers are not cooked right and they taste funny. Don't know if they changed management or something, then need there to get back there old management team back! Until then 1 star.

Always the same thing here. Fries are always undercooked. Burgers don’t taste right. Apple pies are dry and old. And to top it off they always make me park and wait 15minutes for my food. This is fast food! FAST!!

For a McDonalds it's pretty good. I use it mostly as a pit stop when walking back from town (at my age you need to know all the pit stops). But when I order food the service is quick and friendly. Also has a small convenience store in back which I use frequently for snacks.

It's McDonald's. You go there you know what to expect. If you want to increase your chances of a correct order go before or after the rushes. Everytime we've gone when it's busy something has been wrong, when it's been slow it's been good.

The McRib is back and this place has it, but very bad service, it took 15 minutes for our order, all 3 Mc Ribs were super dry and cold. You figure that after 15min the food would be hot but it was cold. Worse Mc Rib I ever had. They also forgot the Ketchup for the nuggets after we told them thats the sauce we wanted for our nuggets. Went back inside for ketchup and it took another 6 minutes to get ketchup and no customers on counter. This McDonald's sucks. Last time I go.

The food was delicious, but I really love the faty food. I could be wrong? The big Mac and the double cheeseburger seemed to be well, the beaf pattys seamed to be bigger and of course heavier ? This I do know the drive though had so many cars in line it was beyond ridiculous 😠 so I went inside and ordered. Even though I was 1 of 3 costumers inside the wait was over 10 minutes, felt like 30 🤔

The worst service, I ordered an Americano and what he tried to give me looked like watered down tea! Plus, the coffee comes out of a machine and it took 15 minutes and they pretty much ignored us.

Today I was disappointed with my order. They did not make my burger the way I asked for it to be made. Also they have changed the variety of frozen yogurt cone. It doesn't taste as good as it use to. Oh well! You get what you pay for.
