I went there on the way to the beach and they had the cutest cactus section. Only 4.99 a piece. They had nice soil selection. They had black gold cactus mix and seedling soil. Nice selection of terra cotta pots. 3 of the workers asked me if I needed help. It was nice. I liked it

I just have been shopping at True Value Hardware Guerneville and I am always impressed by their friendly and helpful staff, their wide selection of products, and their reasonable prices. Whether I need tools, building supplies, pet supplies, or gardening equipment, they always have what I am looking for. They also offer rental services for some items, which is very convenient. The store is clean and well-organized, and the location is easy to access. I highly recommend True Value Hardware Guerneville to anyone who needs a reliable and local hardware store. I recently had to paint the inside of my house. I went to True Value to see if they had paint and not only did they have paint but they have Benjamin Moore paint. Gavin helped my pick out what I needed. He said the Aurora paint was far and away the best and he was sooooo right!! The quality is amazing. I didn’t even know there was a difference in qualities of paint, but you can see the richness and color!! I am in love with my paint!! Thank you Gavin and True Value!!

I don’t know if you have ever been to True Value in Guerneville but they have everything!! From light bulbs to faucets to BBQ’s! And their employees are so helpful! Adam helped me last time I was there and he took the time to show me my options and answer my questions. I felt really taken care of!

I was new to this store and didn’t know where anything was. when I arrived Danny was very quick to provide a warm and welcoming greeting she answered all my silly questions and was quick to help me to the department I needed.Lalo then took over to assist me in all my random needs.He even helped carry all my things to my car.The wholeTime I was there these two employees made sure my experience was a warm and friendly one.I will definitely be returning.Thank you Lalo and Danny this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hardware store.

We were in town Sunday for a family reunion. Had to grab a few things as well as propane. Shoutout to Keith, who had wonderful customer service! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Even showed us where to get a few other necessities for the reunion. (Saved us a trip to another store). Will be coming back next family reunion for all my needs!

Dada's True Value Hardware Store in Guerneville is a treat to shop at! Set up as a bygone days hardware store, with, of course, contemporary goods customers need today.From paint to pet food, one can find almost anything they could need. Building, equipment rentals, and garden supplies are also readily available.The staff are willing to go out of their way to help and will answer all your questions competently and sincerely. I've never had to ask for an item that they don't carry as I've always found what I needed. I'm pretty sure that they will hunt down what you need if they don't have something.Dada's is essential to the Guerneville area and is an integral part of the Russian River community there!Highly recommended and always satisfied, I give them five stars!

Love this hardware store. Ive been in it many times but never knew there was a whole back area with more plants and lots of treasures. Bought my son a bellows...when I asked if they had one I expected a ' whats a bellows?' But instead I got a, 'sure do' and a walk through this whole area I never knew existed....that was very surprising

It is nice to have a hardware store.....in town. It isnt a Home Depot & that is just fine bye. It is a cozy & quaint hardware store. One that you can be in & out of when you are at the end of a project & need something simple to finish. Rather than having to drive all the way into Santa Rosa to go into a huge warehouse, like Home Depot, that will take you 10 minutes just to walk from one end of the store, to the other. That's not including the time it takes to find the items that you are there for. This is so much more convenient & I am grateful for that convenience.

Sergio in the pro shack is very helpful and knowledgeable.Dani at the front is very friendly and helpful. John in the rental department is very knowledgeable and helpful. Gavin in the paint department is very helpful and friendly. Rob the owner will work with you to get product you need for your project and be as competitive as possible

I only needed a few things. I didn't know where one item was located. Ben was right there. He walked me over to another section, right up to the item instead of pointing.At the register Dani was kind enough to clarify what hardware (bolts) was in the bag. I printed at the numbers I had written on the item. She told me she thought entering it differently would reduce the cost. She was right. Very thoughtful. I appreciate this store.

We love True Value Hardware in Guerneville and are long term customers. J is very knowledgeable, customer friendly and goes out of his way to help customers and answer their questions. He was very helpful with finding me a special screw with the correct threads. I was really impressed that he knew exactly what I was looking for and took me right to the correct spot. It saved me a lot of time searching for the item I needed.

Sergio is amazing, he always has time to help his customers. He has helped me on multiple occasions to choose the right product for me. He has very knowledgeable about everything the store carries. I really appreciate that over the past year he has helped me choose a new heater, explained how to refinish outside furniture, helped me get the right paint, helped me choose the best fire logs, and is always there to answer my many questions. Love this place! Went in for the 1st time 2/14/2021, they have so much to choose from, I'm excited because it means no more trips to Santa Rosa to get stuff I need! The staff was amazing and super helpful and the lady at the register was beyond nice. She even told me about this VIP program which gives you 5% off and you can text the store to see if they have what your looking for! The prices are absolutely reasonable! This is now my go-to hardware store!

You know what's smart & fun in this day and age? Shopping local, finding what you need at a reasonable price and all while being helped by the friendly face of Danielle B at True Value in Guerneville. Danielle is always professional and kind, not to mention knowledgeable of product placement within the store. Good job True Value, she is a keeper for sure!Additionally, a big thank you to Sergio for helping my husband Michael find just the right chainsaw part recently. Without Sergio taking the time to look up how to source a part from a secondary manufacturer we would not have been able to fall a very large tree in our yard that had unfortunately become a fire hazard this late September.

This store is an embodiment of the phrase, “Teamwork makes the dream work.” Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dani rocks the register and Glenn knows so much about wildlife (he rescues birds!!). Emerson is a retired custom contractor and really knows his stuff, helped me design a makeshift water rig. Also their VIP club (free!) is the ishnit. Thanks so much True Value Guerneville! Always wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. A much a better experience than driving out to Santa Rosa, getting stuck in traffic & possibly dealing with unconscious people.The time & gas I save by shopping at a locally owned family business instead of driving out to Santa Rosa more than compensates for this slightly higher prices at true value in Guerneville.
