Excellent coffees! I LOVE their Mocha Blended Coffee! It actually has coffee in it! Great customer service most of the time (once in a while there is an employee that comes across very apathetic, but most of the employees are nice). This is a high-quality coffee house that have teas and baked goods also. I like they that they list how many espresso shots are in each coffee. I'm very impressed and happy with this place!

Very unpleasant experience. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Mind you, my family, and I drove to stay here in pismo to celebrate our anniversary & to wake up in the morning, and this be our experience. I would have picked a different place to have breakfast. I would not recommend anyone to come here. I was looked at like if I was less or like I didn't belong there. The service was totally different from other customers there, so yes, there was discrimination & my inner self was humiliated. I asked for water and told there was water behind me. I turn around, and it's empty. I asked the other young thin girl there, and she was busy, though she said she would take care of it. Mind you, I had my toddler with me, and I asked him to be patient, which he actually was. I asked for the 3rd time, and the register person seemed overwhelmed though she said she would. Then, finally, one of the ladies took the water after i asked for the 4th time and set it out like she was bothered. This took about 15 minutes or so. My food was already cold by then. I saw an older group of American people come in, and then they complained about their order not being right. The 2 baristas looked very over it, though said they would take care of it. They sat down, and then the young girl went over and apologized to them and went the extra mile of customer service. You may be asking what does this has to do with my experience? Well, hello, the treatment, rudness, and clearly discriminated. There was the lady with glasses, and she was one of the batista. Her family or friend came by, and her mood or interactions were better. When I walked by to exit with my family, she raised her voice and said, "Excuse me!" Super annoyed and irritated like if I had been there standing for 20 min or so. My family and I were leaving that instant. Even my spouse was like, what the hell? I was beyond mad, and I could have addressed it right there and then. However, it just wasn't worth my time to do that. Afterward, I thought about it & decided to write the review because it was not okay at all. I've worked in a coffee shop as well, and regardless of how much stress there was, I always made sure that I remained professional at all times and actually smiled. Not one lady smiled or made me feel welcomed.

Probably the most sour coffee on the Central Coast.I used to come in all the time until the new ownership, the quality just fell apart after that. The new staff wasn’t the most professional probably a friends of family situation. If you wanted better coffee you could just go to the Starbucks in the local Vons for better brew.

My favorite coffee shop in the 5 cities area! I live in Shell Beach, but I drive past the other coffee shops to come to Red Bee.The staff is always friendly, the service is fast, the chai tea is amazing and homemade, and all of the baked goods are made in house.I LOVE this place and I love the staff and the owner!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Currently touring coffee shops on the central coast in search of the best cold brew. While being less bitter is a lot of what I enjoy about cold brew, I still want to taste the coffee. Red Bee's cold brew is flavorful even with a good bit of cream and sugar. The space is cute and clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Plus it's just a short walk to the beach! Definitely worth a visit.

Red Bee is an excellent place to get coffee and even have a small gathering. With both indoor and outdoor seating available there should be plenty of room.I got a dirty, spicy chai and the foam they used was amazing AND thick! They have background music at the perfect volume and I also noticed that the music was positive. Something I would want my kids to hear.

A beautiful modern beach-style coffee shop with a skilled pourover. Compared with urban coffee shops in the Bay Area this is a cut above. As usual, the key is that a good coffee is fruity, and that is all about technique. They know how to use their Kalita.I also really liked their pastries and atmosphere. If you need to work you can focus. If you need to let your eyes wander, let them. As a result this coffee shop is less refined and more of a cultural representative of the Grover Beach community. Five stars for being that great entry point to Grover Beach.

A really beautifully finished independent coffee shop. Super comfortable and zero pretentiousness at this shop. Just real people doing a fantastic job making quality drinks and food. Grover Beach is lucky to have a shop like this. Support local businesses, stop in and you won’t be disappointed. Well done Red Bee Coffee!!!!!

Really delicious coffee! We had 2 iced lattes. I really liked mine, honey lavender with oat milk. I asked for recommendations because my partner doesn’t like his lattes too milky, and the baristas were friendly and helpful. We added an extra decaf shot to each, and they’re tasty. We needed to get on the road for a long drive, but this spot looks good for working remotely, too (free wifi).Dietary restrictions: Oat milk for dairy freeParking: Free 30-minute parking right outside the cafe

I recently moved to the area and just discovered this charming coffee shop just a two minute walk from my home. The minute you walk in you get a sense of the old-world style blended with the present. Such a personable feel to the place. The coffee is amazingly delicious! I highly recommend Red Bee Coffee!

I went to Grover beach for the first time ever this weekend to visit my bf and found this adorable spot within walking distance from his house. EVERY THING is amazing, local and fresh (the pasteries are to die for and made in house from mom, who runs the food side)Needless to say myself, the bf and dog walked there not only 2 times but 3 in my 2 day stay and enjoyed the outside seating every time.I enjoyed quad espresso, soy cortado with add shot and a soy iced orange mocha (seasonal) all were AMAZING. He had an iced caramel late and a hot caramel late both with almond milk. For food we had the ginger cookie (2 times, 1000% reccomend) and the veggo frittata (again, reccomend)Noni was AMAZING, as well as the manager of the coffee side. I enjoyed everything from the ambiance, food, coffee and conversations. I really can't wait to return!!!

Great coffee shop with an excellent location. Nice decor, lots of windows and light, seating indoors at tables or at the window front counter or cushy seats outside. Nice people and friendly service, the only negative to our visit was my food. I ordered a strawberry muffin and was disappointed to find that it had no strawberry taste at all. Just little red spots with no flavor - definitely a bummer! I don't know if they bake themselves or purchase the baked goods from another vendor but I'd give that particular item a pass.

After a few trips here I am still yearning for a 5 star experience like others have shared. The coffee has been ok but is not really worth the price.I won’t try to get a panini again because I don’t want to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich that was not the one I ordered and is just put into a microwave then pressed, yet the meat is still cold and the only flavor comes from it being super salty.Honestly we would excuse the shortcomings we experienced on our first two trips and come back here for a non-sweet coffee. It’s so close to our home and it’s nice to be able to walk to a local business but for the price we never felt like we received friendly and attentive service that we have gotten from the great restaurants and cafes in Grover and AG.

The location is great. My drink was delicious. The barista was wonderful. But, the prices are a bit exorbitant. A 16-ounce hot flavored latte with two shots and oat milk cost over $8 (their 16-ounce lattes come with 3 shots but I only wanted two). With my tip, I spent close to $10 on one drink. I get a similar drink at other coffee shops and, with my tips, it’s usually $6 and change.

Great coffee and pastries, friendly owners, super well run local coffee and treats. Try the Kombucha on tap which is tart and has hint of fruit.
