Stopped by for lunch on our way out of Yosemite. As a Korean, the Kimchi Grilled Cheese was a pleasant surprise. It wasn't "kimchi" but legitimate kimchi; my mother-in-law, after taking a bite, mentioned how she felt a bit better after finally having some kimchi after a couple of days without it. Overall had a great, quick lunch and made the remainder of our trip back home a bit more pleasant.edit: I did add bacon and jalapenos to the Kimchi Grilled Cheese.

I’m sworn to secrecy so you didn’t hear this from me but…it appears that Rip from the award winning television series Yellowstone hangs out here on Sundays. Only one way to know for sure. There was also a Buzz Lightyear holding a photo of a cat. I can’t explain it, but I like it.P.S. the pesto sandwich was good. Beer too. ++ vegan options.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Around the Horn, a fantastic brewery. The draft beer selection was both diverse and delicious, featuring some outstanding seasonal offerings. The culinary experience was equally impressive. The Cuban sandwich was a delightful fusion of ham, mustard, and cheese, resulting in a superb and satisfying treat. I also indulged in the Poke bowl, which was wonderfully fresh and delicious. Additionally, the Caesar salad stood out with its freshness and perfectly balanced dressing. What truly stood out was the exceptional service at Around the Horn. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. The atmosphere at Around the Horn was just as impressive. The clean and spacious indoor seating areas provided a comfortable setting, but the crown jewel of the place was their outdoor seating area. It was well-maintained, beautiful, and offered numerous places to sit and enjoy the time here. All in all, Around the Horn offers an excellent combination of great brews, delectable food, exceptional service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit to this brewery for a well-rounded culinary and beverage experience.Parking: Parking options ARE limited but when we arrived around 4pm on a Saturday there were numerous places available

Nice place for beers but very less food options. The beer garden has good vibes. The beer flight has 4 3oz drinks. Very unique craft beer selection. The slushie is their new craft and it is good. Pretzels are a great combination for the beers. We tried all but number 6 and number 8 and Tip top and Hetch Hetchy Haze were the favorites.

This is a must visit on your way too and from Yosemite. The food and beer are top notch. Highlights included the chicken confit tacos (a crazy delicious weekend special), and beer float with their Tip Top Lollipop brew. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating and was impressed with the safety measures they've implemented to keep guests and staff safe. I picked up a few crowlers to take home to tide me over until my next visit!

Went on a Camping trip to groveland and on our way back we stopped at this cute brewing company for a quick lunch and drinks. We ordered the sampler and tried their light/speciality beers. The kimchi grilled cheese and tomato basil flatbread was so fresh. Loved their beer garden on the backside.

What a cute place. A nice windy drive to Groveland that lands upon a little restaurant snuggled in the pines. There was a good variety of beer and the meals were great. I recommend the ham sliders. Oh so good.

So maybe it's just me, but today I was disappointed with the menu here. I honestly couldn't find anything I wanted to eat, or at least the way it was described. I ended up ordering the ham sliders, but without all the added stuff...just ham! I'm really not a "foodie" and sometimes I long for food that isn't overly seasoned or "fancy". The beer selection was worth spending some time here. It was very busy on a Monday, with all the backyard tables full. Because of COVID, most everyone wanted to sit outdoors. We sat on the porch at the front. There isn't a huge selection of places to eat here. The staff was friendly, the beer selection very good, it was clean, so you may enjoy it more than I did.

Customer service always rocks here. Very friendly and prompt. Beer garden is great especially for catering to the furry babies who can't be left home alone. The only downside is there isn't much shade if your afraid of the sun. The food has improved quite a bit although I would still say it's more on the appetizer side of things. Do not assume burgers and fries when stopping here.

Stopped in on the start of a wine tour around California and absolutely loved the beer selection. Great experimental beers for the adventurous type and high quality basic beers for if you just want a cold one. Also enjoyed the food and appreciated that there were several vegetarian options for my fiance. Also got a Crowler for later in our camping trip, easier to travel with than a growler!Great vibe and chill people!

Not impressed at all. Way overpriced for Sysco source frozen food. Only 3 choices for food on a tuesday. The guy at the counter was rude. I thought with the new owners this might improve but alas ...no. and with bingo calling super loud we weren't able to talk. Won't be coming back.Edit: To the owners credit, the owner responded to this review though she confused me with someone else and defended their practices by being ¨transparent¨. Clearly they are trying and I wish them great success and much luck and hope the review feedback is helpful. My review reflects my experience

I love this place! Stopped in after a day at Yosemite with my husband. And I’m so glad we did! Staff was very friendly and the owners are passionate. Their beer selection was great! I really enjoyed the I’m fine, everything’s fine and my husband had the hetch hetchy haze. I ordered the Wedge Salad and my husband ordered the Cuban. Both were VERY delicious. We will be sure to stop in every time we’re in the area.

Where do I begin? Around the Horn is a pleasant surprise on highway 120 on the climb to Yosemite. The beer, food and ambiance are exceptional - 10/10! The pretzels, tacos and Hetch Hetchy Haze are my go to. Additionally, the staff go above and beyond to offer only the best experience. The selling point is the beer garden - a wonderful place to relax outdoors with a cold beer, yummy food, and good company after a long drive. ATH will not disappoint!

What an experience! My wife and I visited the area and had the most amazing time at this small mountain town brewery. We went for lunch one day and dinner another day. Pretzels with beer cheese were to die for. As for the beers...phenomenal. We travel to major beer destinations all the time, and it is insane that a remote brewery is making this high quality product. We took a few crowlers with us fishing as well! This is a must-stop when traveling to Yosemite, or for just a quick day trip from anywhere in the Bay area!

Great and chill spot! We came in on a Saturday during Oktoberfest while in town and had a great time. I appreciate that they have wine options for non beer drinkers! My husband loved all the IPA’s he tired and brought a few growlers home. Would definitely visit again on our next trip!

Had a great time after a hike in Groveland. Excellent flight of beer and sours. Pretzels, salad, toasted sandwiches were all great.Dietary restrictions: A number of options for ordering many meals gluten free and dairy free.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu

Good beer, disappointing food. We stopped here after climbing in the valley, hoping for burgers, beers, and fries. Instead we had sad overpriced sandwiches served with some kettle chips. We were all looking forward to trying this new spot and maybe once they find a chef and make some improvements to the kitchen it’ll be better ... but for now the focus is on the beer (which is great) and the merchandise. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re hungry.

Good beers and tasty grub. Spacious inside with a seating area out front and a back beer garden. Pet friendly too!
