On weekends pharmacy closes at 6pm .Would be nice if it stayed open the same all week. Got out of ER for gallstones. Needed pain meds and could not get them till next day,not good at all.

Ride Aid has been my favorite store always. Cashiers are friendly and always ask if I need any help finding what I am looking for. I wish that we could get paper advertisements with Sunday paper like what is on sale .

They know my pers scription is due and they never order enough I always run out and go thru withdrawal last month I had to pay cash it's very expensive and medi cal has switched the kind they pay for so I had to buy just a little bit 48$ till it switched over

Passport photos taken here were rejected by the gov. Too dark, staff don’t know what they’re doing despite insisting they’re experts with the camera from the 90s. Go elsewhere.

First they shorted us pills. Then they gave my son the wrong dose of Prozac. Could have killed him. NOW they almost just gave my daughter 3x the dose of covid vaccine. I asked if it was the child's dose...to make sure. They straight up looked my 3rd grader in the eye and said...isn't she 14? These folks are dangerous.

They overcharge for parmaceuticals, they don't check for insurance as instructed. They wanted me to pay 200 dollars for suppositories, I didn't know why. I later asked them multiple times to check my insurance and sure enough my medicine was 16 dollars. Unpleased. Also don't expect them to keep their pharmacy open a minute past closing time.

I really like the store. But I have an issue with a Natute's Truth supplement. Occasionally it's buy one get one free. There is only one on the shelf. I'm given the discount and only pay half price for one. I've sent emails complained to the manager but nothing can be done. Sometimes I have to buy it on line. Rite Aid seems to be the only store I can find this brand. The reason this is so important is my son has MS and it is recommended by the MSSA. It helps with brain function.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Cashier made jokes and snide comments ( to other employees and even the customer in front of me) about my disabled mother when she left the store and I was still in line.
