I was just in and the line was really long and there was one cashier. The poor kid. BUT... He had two registers going and was manning them both, taking customers on one as the cards were processing on the other register. I'm massively impressed. As a cashier myself, I'm going to have to try that one when I'm left alone. Massive 5 stars to him.

The people that work there are very rude all of them.they follow you around like if you are going to steal something they are very rude at the pharmacy as well .they all need to be properly trained to be more polite to the customers .I have had really bad experiences with the workers there .

The Pharmacy sets they open at 9 am not true they pharmacist open the gate window at 9:04 the techs were still counting their till. Didn’t open until 9:07

The pharmacy here is the WORST!! They never answer the phone and the workers make you feel uncomfortable when requesting a refill or asking questions honestly they need to retrain everyone in the pharmaceutical department, this is our health you should care as much as we do.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever seen they’re always low in stock. The staff is just rude they don’t seem to care for our health. Their excuse is we’re short staffed but every time I go theirs like 5-6 employees. This is the only pharmacy in greenfield but I suggest just drive to CVS in Soledad their staff is so friendly and helpful.

The staff need to be trained on quality customer service. This is directly towards the pharmacy department. There is one girl (I wish I caught her name) who seems to hate her job. Attitude with zero care!

The pharmacy is very inefficient. I am supposed to pick up a prescription for pain . I waited for 1 hour and a half. I followed up twice and I was told they are short staffed and NO apologies. Instead a grumpy pharmacist. Service is horrible at the pharmacy .

Went to buy Johnson & Johnson's baby shampoo which was $7.49 in the store and $5.39 online. They don't price match their own store. The cashier said it was their policy which is ridiculous!!

So I made an appointment for my vaccine online which was for the 16th of December 2021 1st doseAs I was given a second dose date for 13th January 2022 which is after a month I quote that “after a month” I went in yesterday and they told me I can do a walk in for my second dose between 2-3pm and guess what I did show up and the pharmacist told me to stand in the line and they will reschedule me I mean why would you reschedule me if I want a second dose and tell me that you are fully booked for the day when you have 10 people only, they weren’t even wearing masks while providing assistance, why are you all wasting my time when you could have done the same thing on the first day I came in for the dose I literally had to come in multiple times to ask and each time these pharmacists were mean and the attitude they use to talk with the patients as if the world resides around them I am very offended with the type of negligence and service these pharmacists provide..and also they nearly gave me a second dose on my first dose appointment which was scary and thankfully that lady doc in there asked before injecting..I have never seen such a low class hospitality in a drug store where people go for there health..people as such are hired and bring huge shame to the stores later!

Definitely has the basic when I can’t make a trip 30 mins away.Definitely pricey even with the rite aid card.Long lines most of the time.Bonus star for the friendly employees.

Called to get a refill nicest lady.. Went to pick up my medicine huge line, just ridiculous. Bought other stuff and had to go get in line agian in front because they didn't have machine to open razors.. Seriously!!! Wait in line for something so small.. Last time I go there... Rude man in front... Find another pharmacy cuz King City and Greenfield rite aid stinks...

Service use to be quick at the pharmacy. Now if you go after 3:30pm you will be waiting 45mins to over an hour it depends. Only one teller now....

For about a year now they have increased the numbers of new releases of DVDs. Great selection, my only gripe is during the warm weather they at times have the a.c. on either too low or off.
