I must say, my recent dining experience was certainly a noteworthy one! From the moment we were seated, the server was not only efficient but also welcoming, making us feel at ease and eagerly anticipating the meal to come. And what a meal it was! The cuisine was nothing short of exceptional, with two particular dishes leaving an indelible impression on me. First, the lobster mac n cheese, with its perfectly cooked pasta and succulent chunks of lobster, was an absolute standout. But that's not all - the Filet was cooked to perfection, with a seared exterior giving way to a tender, juicy center that simply melted in my mouth. Overall, my dining experience was simply outstanding, and I look forward to returning to enjoy the exceptional service and delicious cuisine once again.Prior review ...........The server had a little edge. Smiled but talked like she was bothered by everything. Food was average .Cute little dive downtown.

Rustic meets Asian fare. Excellent.The patio is spacious, bright and relaxing. Eat there if you can. The Hanger steak is fantastic. The Cauliflower Au Gratin is exactly what you expect; creamy and delicious. Their Mac & Cheese is for KIDS AND ADULTS (awesome). Exceptional service. Can't wait to go back and try their Thai dishes.

My wife likes coming here when we visit our cabin during the summer. We came during covid and was sat outside which was nice. They had a limited menu with some odd asian' items. However, they did cook my hamburger perfectly rare like I love! My wife got the steak and it was a little over "rare". Then only reason truly for the for stars are that the drinks we got were "ok" and initial service was kinda slow- Roughly 10-15 minutes for someone to come over for drinks.

We sat outside which was less of a vibe. Overall though the food was delicious. We got the Hoisin glazed baby back ribs. Cost 23 dollars. That was really good.For an appetizer we got the ahi tuna tartar. 21 dollars. That dish was TINY. just doesn’t make sense compared to the main course price.Overall was good

This is a must when in Russian River/ Santa Rosa area. Great food, drinks, and casual atmosphere. Wait staff also very accommodating. Great for large groups and families with younger kids. Weekend nights can be crazy, so be sure to get a reservation.

One of my overall top 5 restaurants to visit in Sonoma County. Chef Mark Miller is the best!! Almost done want to post about it so we can keep it as a locals secret. Love the staff, atmosphere, cocktails, food and local west county vibes

This place is a little hideaway in the back roads of West Sonoma County. They serve up the best cocktails, the menu is simple - classic and delicious. I have spent many a time at a table or on a bar stool. Hadn't paid them a visit in a long time... Sure glad I went on date night with my wife. Perfect warm and charming atmosphere too.Parking: Parking is tough. Get here early and also don't be afraid to walk a block.

Absolutely delightful experience food was amazing, perfectly seasoned and large portions. The pasta salad was fantastic as was the Moroccan chicken sandwich it tasted like everything was home made and made to perfection. We went for a late lunch. The servers were super friendly and fun. The drinks were so refreshing and we took the chocolate torte cake home for dessert which was fabulous and creamy after heating in microwave for a minute. Yes it’s expensive but so much food you definitely get what you paid for very memorable lunch

A fav restaurant in the village of Graton. My sister and I came here recently and had some delicious appetizers and desserts. I'm a big fan of all the desserts, and have eaten them all :) From the Meyer Lemon Panna Cotta (raspberry sauce & mango), Creme brûlée, sorbet, chocolate torte (with vanilla pears & cream) — all delicious!

I can’t stand going to this place. My wife thinks it’s ok so we end up here a couple times a year. It’s terrible every time. The service is so spotty. Tonight we waited for over an hour to get our food after ordering. The waitress rarely came out to us (we were sitting in their out door area). I had the burger and they give you no sauces for the burger I have made the mistake of asking for ketchup and mustard before only to have waited for a half hour for it to come out to put on my cold burger. Tonight I just ate it dry. There are burgers you can eat dry and they are still great (try Handline in Sebastopol if you haven’t), but this one was just meat in a bun. No flavor.

Arrived to find our special occasion reservation lost. We received a table that was not fit for a park picnic. The menu was totally unremarkable. We asked for an outside table and were told a 20 minute wait. 20 minutes later they had not served water or taken our orders for starters. The person who assured us of outside table was not to be found. At this point we said goodnight and went to John Ash for decent service.Parking: Three block walk

My husband, son and I went to dinner on Sunday at Underwoods. We have been here numerous times over the years and love the cozy bistro atmosphere and delicious food. This time however, we were very disappointed. My son ordered the Thai Fried Chicken. I specifically asked how many pieces and which pieces would be included. Our server said it was "Chef's choice," but when I followed up to ask if there would be a piece of white meat, a breast, I was told yes. What arrived was two wings and a small thigh, along with a half cup of rice and a small cucumber salad. Two wings!!!? Really? This is not enough food for a grown man and quite a mark-up for $24.75. The Chef clearly chose to disappoint us. Luckily (or so we thought), my son also ordered Macaroni and Cheese. Their version of Mac and Cheese included blue cheese, which completely overwhelmed the other cheeses and gave the dish a funky taste. We did take it home in a to go box, but threw it in the garbage right away. The menu should have listed blue cheese in the description as it can be an acquired taste. We would not have ordered it had we known. We had to stop for fast food on the way home for my son!Service was unusually slow and we had to ask for our bill more than once. Our plates were not cleared away. I still gave Underwoods 3 stars on the food because the two New York steaks we ordered were cooked perfectly and the Pommes Frites were delicious. However, quite a disappointing night out.Parking: Plenty of spaces out front on the night we were there.

I always have such a great experience here! The atmosphere is fabulous! The bar is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. My favorite fried chicken in Sonoma County is here with their Hat Yai Fried Chicken! Everything here is delicious but my other favorites are the Thai oyster shooter, trout salad, Mac and cheese, stir fried bok choy, and the tuna tartareParking: Easy parking except on busy night where you will need to walk a little bit for parking

Underwhelming considering the price. The drinks took 20-25 minutes to get. I got eggs Benedict, the sauce wasn't even warm and not very flavorful but the egg was cooked perfectly. Three in our party got the lamb sandwich and all agreed it was just meh, one got the hamburger and he enjoyed that. My wife got the fried chicken which was cooked perfectly but the coating was bland. Didn't like the fact they sneak in 3% on the price for the back staff. "In order to provide fair and equitable wages" which means the restaurant is not giving them fair and equitable wages. Just give em hire wages and include that in the menu price. If the food is decent you shouldn't have to worry about adding a disclaimer on the back bottom of the menu.That said, I'll probably not come here again even though I live near.
