Very cool place! Has tons of 'feed' which I know nothing about, but I was after dog items. A very large supply of dog and puppy chew toys, flea and tick products, and absolutely EVERYTHING else you may need while raising your dog! Lots of rawhide and other freeze dried 'parts' of animals for chews as well!

Excellent supply. Extremely helpful but not pushy staff. Timmy was a wealth of knowledge and friendly with my toddler. Lou was also super knowledgeable, pointed out something I missed, and helped me get out of there fast, because, toddler. We just got our first chickens so I think we’ll be there fairly often.

I like to shop local and family owned but my last experience was very unpleasant the cashier was unfriendly unhelpful I felt like I was bothering her, a few days later I called to complain they asked who I was complaining about I told them and they transferred me to her ! Very unprofessional! I am a senior and I have a choice where to by my pet supplies. Incredible Pets will get my money from now on

First and foremost, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is kept very clean and well stocked. They also carry a large variety of pet foods. Regular sales also helps your pocketbook.

Really helpful staff. Also, they are willing to share experience and knowledge. The loading area and store had good, simple accessibility. Like most retail stores, they still have too much plastic packaging. 5 stars for someone who can ban blister packs.

this place is a family-run operation and other employees as well! Excellent is all I have to say. The people really care what you're interested in. They listen really carefully to make sure you get what you desire. I found the staff so enjoyable to talk to even about the most detailed subjects they made sure they had time. I am thrilled to recommend this place to anyone!

Beware if you purchase a new tractor….there is no warranty. We purchase a new tractor and the hose underneath the tractor came off 3 days later, they came out and said operator error so it’s not covered and we have to pay, it’s 3 days old and they don’t care. My husband fixed it for 100$ in parts and fluid….took him 20 minutes. There lack of caring really is a concern we’re new to the area and we thought this place was a quality shop. We own a 22,000$ piece of equipment that if you call to get it fix ….it’s your fault. The representative from the manufacturer was very professional but unfortunately we purchased from the wrong dealer. So we should have not shopped local for major equipment. Beware

This store is very easy to get in and out of, and has plenty of parking in front. The people are very friendly. The young women are healthy and pretty and strong. It's expensive here, but it is pretty authentic. There's animal feed and fencing and straw and hay and a lot of other little items plus all the cat food and dog food you could possibly ever want. They have a bulletin board, and I think that's a great thing. Definitely a community minded business.

Great service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Convenient to grab what you need and go, or order something that they don't carry in stock. Not your farm style feed store, but more suited for backyard or small scale "hobby" farming, like us.

This place should not be allowed to continue to sell animals. They have been cited for animal cruelty. I used to support this store until 2017 when I found out about what went on behind closed doors. Never again will I support or spend another dime in this store!

I recently adopted 2 rescue horses, I haven't had horses since I was a teenager and need a lot of training and reminding as to what is needed for horses. The woman who helped me (I didn't get her name) answered all my questions, was very friendly and took the time to assist me without making me feel ignorant or stupid. I am very grateful for her helpfulness and patience. I will definitely be a regular customer.Thank you

Started coming here for all my pets a few years ago. Started going there when we got chicks and soon realized that the food for out other animals was cheaper than where I was getting it. There is always someone there to answer questions and they always have what I need for my chickens, dog, cat and rabbit. Wild bird needs are cheaper here than anywhere else in town, too. They also have fire starter and kindling which sometimes save me a trip to another store.

I took my neighbor there because she was looking for diatomaceous earth. They have it and she bought the largest bag they had. Very nice store and the employees are very helpful.

This is my go to for pet and wild bird food. They have a frequent buyer program and have the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. Would recommend Ridge feed for all pet/livestock needs.

As far as the customer service goes. Every body there is super friendly, knowledgeable and Linda is absolutely amazing! As far as the QUALITY of the animals I've gotten from there, I give half a 🌟. I've purchased 2 rounds of chicks through Ridge. A variety of breeds; Marans, "Easter Eggers", Sicillian Buttercups and RI Reds. Of the 11 total, only 2 are reproductively healthy. They've all been diagnosed with defunct shell glands or egg yolk peritonitis and/or cancer. 😭 So heartbreaking for young birds. The wonderful vets at UC Davis Avian and Exotic's division explained that these are common genetic disorders. It's unfortunate; seen in "puppy mill" situations, where a higher value is placed on the quantity - rather than the quality and overall health of the animals. I love my girls, and go to ridiculous lenghts to ensure their comfort, safety and care! So we are dealing with their issues as they come. I'd love to expand my flock, as I'm only getting 1-2 eggs a day from the remaining 6 girls. Im a huge advocate of shopping local; but I won't, nor do I recommend getting chicks from this location. My hope is that they may find a better source for chicks, from a place that is scrupulous when it comes to the genetic reproductive health of the animals. Please.😊

Great staff. Good selection. The one in Penn valley is the main store with the widest selection. The one in grass valley has a more limited selection but is convenient.

Nice people who know livestock and pet issues. Everything for equine, bovine, goats, sheep, pets, etc. They carry out your purchase to your car. Covered parking. Loading dock.

I love this store it has everything from chicken feed to dog biscuits. This is very close to my house and I think its the best feed and supply store in Grass Valley.

Animal abusers. Where are all the pictures of the animals they starved to death in filth in the back of their “FEED” store? The owner pled no contest. GUILTY. Please do not give this inhumane establishment your business. Please report animal neglect and abuse whenever you see it. No living thing should be treated this way, especially those depending on our care. Horrible, cold-hearted people.
