I wanted to write a review because I just had an awesome experience with a gentleman Cameron!! He came out to my home and installed a tankless water heater for our family. Cameron was exceptionally wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the field he was working in. I felt very comfortable knowing I was getting the best product for my home.

I called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday Morning to fix a water leak under a bathroom sink. I was able to speak with a person immediately and he relayed my problem to Adam, the technician on duty that day. Adam was able to fit me into his schedule for the day. Within an hour of Adams call he was over to fix the problem which took him less than 30 minutes. Great Service!

We ended up having a blockage at around 8pm. Waste water had started coming back up through the bath tub and shower. Luckily we were able to get the folks at Roto-Rooter and the problem was very quickly solved. The man that came out was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what was happening and why the blockage occurred. He also showed us steps we can take in the future that might solve the problem. Thank you for the awesome service Roto-Rooter.

WOWZA!You can't go wrong with Adam at Roto-Rooter.My emergency was Adam's emergency, and then he fixed it, plain and simple!We had a downspout that was not spouting to where it was supposed to go. Obvious symptoms of a clogged drainage system with water bubbling up and flooding a dog run... until Adam got out his shovel and saved the day and me money!Back pedal to our original conversation... After discussing the problem with Adam, and having prior experience with another rooting provider, Adam gave me an estimate and scheduled to bring the "BIG GUNS" to power jet the downspout drainage system to the drain field. This was a $$$$.$$ estimate that was less than the previous provider.Then, Adam, with his Power Jet Machine in tow (just in case), first got out his shovel to get to the bottom of the issue which was about 1.5 feet below the surface of muddy water and yuck from the roof runoff... he had checked all of the downspouts and the drain exit to the drain field... yup, signs of a clog... maybe, maybe not. On his hands and knees he shoveled out the mud and gravel (during a downpour) to find a separated pipe that was causing the flooding and not an expensive clog needing the $$$$.$$ Power Jet Machine... PHEW! What a relief.Adam, reconnected the pipe and said, "Well, I just saved you a lot of money!"That he did, he recalculated the price to $$.$$ and took my credit card number and his dirty shovel and went on to his next job.Thanks Adam at Roto-Rooter!

Cameron stopped by my Moms house to do some work and noticed water pooling on the ground between my mom and the neighbors house. He dug down and determined the leak was the neighbors and quickly fixed it. I dont think the neighbor even knew that they had the leak or that Cameron repaired it with no charge.

Update: As noted below, the written receipt I got days later did state 180 day warranty. Not my point. I was given a verbal 1 year warranty. My partner was standing right there and heard 1 year also. And when I called yesterday, the person answering the phone didn't correct me when I said I had a 1 year warranty. At $200 for snaking a line, I wouldn't have done it without a big warranty and the 1 year was why I decided to go ahead at that time. I could've found someone else since no damage or inconveneince was taking place.In January, they came out to snake my main line. The guy told me I would have a Year warranty on the work. I called this morning (November) bc it is clogged again. I told the receptionist all of this. She set it up to have a guy come out. He finally arrived at 4 pm to tell me that they only have a 6 month warranty and it would be ANOTHER $200 to snake it again. We are very careful about what goes into our pipes and it’s obvious they didn’t really fix the problem the 1st time but not only do they not stand by their work but their employees either don’t know their policies or are really bad a communicating. Never using them again since I wasted an entire day waiting to be told it would cost more $$&.

The techs left two gas leaks in the new line they put in for our dryer. We had to turn off the gas line, call service and wait until the next day for someone to come out. they came to look at my broken three year old water heater. They stood five feet away from it and diagnosed that it need a new control unit for $630.00 (on a $800.00 water heater). What it needed was a $40 replacement part.

We had a tech named Connor and he not only fixed my plumbing issue but was also kind enough to take a look at my septic and do some things to that as well. All of this for a very very fair price!
