Love this Pet store. All the employees are so helpful. Prices are better than Petco. For every 10 bags of dog food you buy you get one free. They also honor Nevada County Pets in Need vouchers for the elderly and financially insecure people so they can get the pet food they need for their beloved animals. We did Obedience school there this a.m. with Black Oak kennels. Lisa the owner is an awesome trainer!

This is a franchise. Multiple locations but the location in Grass valley is absolutely the best and everyone is fantastic.The staff, management and everyone else is fantastic. I cannot make a higher recommendation... Buster loves everyone about this location. And that's what is important!Rick

They have a wonderful variety of avian, guinea pig, dog and cat foods, treats, toys, bedding, etc. It appears they also have a good variety of fish and various aquatic needs, though I'm not very familiar with them. Fair prices, emailed coupons & sales every week. A discount of $5 on the next purchase for every $100 spent.

Well that's my I've been going there for about a year now they're awesome they let me pay ahead you know give them money every time I got it so I got you know to cover the bill they're very friendly very awesome and my dogs don't like going there because they get shots but I wouldn't go anywhere else

They went above and beyond what my daughter and I were expecting. She was looking for her brand of non prescription food Natures Logic Distinction Sardine and wanted to try Fowl. The Sardine has the lowest copper per her research. She was told they might carry. They didnt. However after explaining her situation they made some calls, worked some magic. The added on kicker was she doesn't drive(special needs) wanted to see if it can be delivered. They made it happen. Prior to that we had to call a local store in Marysville then go pick it up. We would have to plan our trips to town. My daughter has an emotional support Doberman that she adopted from Riverside a few years ago before moving back home to Yuba County. He has been battling copper storage issues in the liver for years until we she finally got answers. has been doing great on that brand. Vet is extremely happy for them. SO A BIG THANK YOU to Incredible Pets in Grass Valley!! The smile on her face getting the UPS tracking notification. Team effort all around.

Great store, wonderful selections and friendly staff. They've got birds and fishes as well. Dog food here is outrageously expensive but it's actually quality food. I bring my doggo here at least once a week.

I stopped by from outta town for some puppy treats and took some time to look at the beautiful aquarium setups that Mike✨️ has going on in the fish department!! 😍The tank art is the best!!He should start a side business and beautify the Town of Grass Valley for Halloween 🎃 & for all the upcoming Holidays!This stop made my Day!

Has pretty much anything you need for domestic pets. Fish for sale, rats (alive and dead) to feed your snake, cat food, dog toys. You get the idea. Abundant parking, friendly staff.

I had been a loyal customer here for almost 3 years, but after interaction today over a petty power trip the assistant manger had, I’ve called another very close by pet store and had my animals food special ordered on a schedule now with wonderful customer service and they beat the prices I was paying by a good sum. Y’all goofed. Toodaloo I won’t be back ever again!

This is my first go to for anything Jack needs. They have it all or will get it for you if they don’t. Jack is always warmly welcomed when I take him in, and of course loves his treats. They make him feel very special. Thank you for all you do for our pets and for us!

I love this store. It is my go to spot for local pet needs. After shopping here since the 1990s I finally had a poor experience today.The parakeets look unhealthy. Their water isn't getting changed often enough. It's filthy and the poor birds are wheezing. Also, many of their beaks are mishappen and overgrown. They don't have a cuttlebone to chew on.With prices increasing everywhere, it isn't any different here. I almost cried today, buying petfood at a 'sale' price that is twice what it used to cost for the same product.Now I am preparing my own birdfood, cooking my own dog food, and will learn how to do so for my cats too.

I love this store. Family and friends have worked here over the years and it's just a fun place to check out if you have pets or love animals. They have great products and their prices aren't bad for pet food and treats. Definitely recommend as the best supply store in the area.

I was quite impressed when I visited Incredible Pets for the first time today. They have wonderful staff that are happy to go the extra mile to answer any of the questions you may have. I also found that they have a superior selection of merchandise than the Petsmart in town does, and their prices are easier on the wallet than I had originally expected. Way to go Incredible Pets! You get two thumbs up in my book. Will HIGHLY recommend!

I bought a dog harness along with other pet stuff and I asked the employee that if the harness didn't fit I could bring it back.Well I let my dog run around in it a day to find out the obvious.....too Big. So I head back into the store to exchange the harness for a smaller size. Well low and behold the manager refuses the exchange because 🎺 trumpets please.....it was dirty.Poor poor customer service. They lost a customer here.

The staff here is very knowledgeable. Will not leave you standing there. Accommodating, the staff will always help you quickly, with a smile.This store has been stocked well for raw feeders during COVID. There have been shortages at butcher shops and grocery stores, so being able to get anything healthy for your dog to eat has been interesting.Prices are very high on many items, but I find myself shopping there anyhow. Never had a bad experience in this store as long as I'm not checking prices.
