Neil at Evolution Flooring was very professional and great to work with. After our first meeting with him we knew we wanted to work with him as it was clear he is a master of his trade. He had our best interest in mind through out our entire project and helped us all along the way, answering all our questions quickly, providing useful tips and checking in regularly. He replaced about 2600sq. ft of carpet and linoleum in our home with beautiful engineered wood flooring and his work was spectacular and meticulous. Highly recommend Neil, no need to look anywhere else, good people like this are hard to find.

Neil came to us with the highest recommendation from our contractor who did a bathroom remodel on our master bath. We purchased our own Spruce pine sliding barn doors and our contractor recommended we have Neil stain them. I imagine staining these two barn doors was considered a small job to Neil but he treated us like gold from beginning to end. He did multiple treatments of sanding and staining to get the exact color we wanted. He initially came to our house to show us some stain sample colors none of which I was crazy about. Finally, I sent him a photo of what I wanted and he was able to nail the exact look by combining a mix of Chestnut, walnut and a splash of natural stain. He worked so hard, stayed in constant communication with us, and finished the job in two days. The two barn doors look gorgeous and really completed the look of our new bathroom. We felt what he charged us was very reasonable as well. I can see why my contractor so strongly recommended Neil. We will for sure use him in the future for other projects. I highly recommend him.

I recently had Evolution install flooring to replace old carpet and tie-in to existing flooring after removing an old pellet stove.Neil was extremely professional throughout the process. i wake up every day admiring my newly refinished floors. Neil did a phenomenal job on gutting my carpet and installing the hardwood floors in two bedrooms. He even got everything done on Memorial Day weekend so I was extremely grateful that they could fit me into there schedule before I went on vacation. Neil is a talented, hard worker who knows his business. The price was also very reasonable despite the challenges we face in this economy. Bottom line Neil will get the job done so if you have a flooring project than Neil is your guy.

We replaced 1150 sq ft of old 90's linoleum and carpet throughout our entire house as well as repaired several issues (floor squeaks, soft spots and water damage). Neal and his crew were fast and professional. They worked with the floor we purchased and also helped figure out working around vinyl floors with asbestos. They put in nearly 1300 square feet of plywood and engineered flooring in 2.5 days, while also cutting out our hearth to make the flooring look like it was original. Highly recommend! Neil installed hardwood in my 1852 Victorian - replacing cheap laminate and carpet. The results are gorgeous! He has great attention to detail and really cares about his finished product. Even better he has outstanding communication - I was out of town while the install was happening but felt looped into every step of the process. Highly recommend him!

Neil and team are fantastic to work with. They made quick work of our, uh… unusual situation. Completed whole house demo in less than a day and install the next day. Then they came back a year later when we were finally ready to do the kitchen. And they kept the kitchen quote the same (actually less). We are so happy with our new floors and the service we received. Neil Daly is very professional and helpful and we highly recommend him. He answered our call right away and always responded to our emails or calls immediately. He did a great job installing our new floors as well as repairing a portion of old flooring. He and his assistant even helped us move heavy furniture when the floors were completed and he also cut a new vent cover that I purchased to fit properly. He was very accommodating in working around our 19 year old cat and dealing with our unruly dogs. His attention to detail is meticulous and we will recommend him to family and friends and have him return to complete more projects when we are ready.
