7 hours to load half of a trailer. Based off the attitude given from everyone that works here I'm sure they don't care. Won't be hauling their loads again. At least not from here

disgusting, waited whole day, got door after 10 hours then 4 hours to load and 2:30 hours to papers, still they call me 15 min later that u need to come, we forgot some paperwork.👎🏻

Appointment at 3pmArrived at noonDid not let me check in until 2:45pmBut got me a door right away as I checked in so, 1 star for that.It’s now 11:00pm and still waiting for 190 cases. They told me it was on hold due to sales”.I missed my 6:30pm, 8:30pm appointment that was just next door.I asked if I was able to leave to pick up 4 pallets that were ready next door.They said they will have to unload all pallets off my trailer and when I returned I would be at the end of the waiting list.Even after waiting 5+ hours .Trucking is not the same as it was when appointments actually mattered and they had product ready. Now I’m this time they don’t want you to be late for appointment but still wait many hours. This place did not help me instead they ruined my day. Thanks Taylor farms. Last time I pick up from here!Soon trucking business will die because of brokers low rates , high fuel cost, and the time waisted that these shippers love doing.Good luck my fellow drivers. Left lane hammer down. Rubber ducky out.Received papers @ 11:25pmTotal 8+ hours of waiting. Ridiculous

I don’t even want to give one star also Appointment was 3:00pm they give Dock at 4:28pm i was having another appointment at 6:00pm (another pick) it got miss because of them.They counties saying few pallets are missing not arived yet if they don’t have stuff why they are giving this kind of load and staff saying we can’t do anything and they waste my one day.They have to make sure about the load and then they have to give appointmentRespect the time of Driver….

If I can give them negative stars I would. We got a call saying they couldn’t load our trailer due to some pallet debris. They said there was a wash out around the corner but didn’t know if it was open, so they told us to wash it our sweep it out, that it didn’t matter. Trailer got swept out (the wood chips wouldn’t even fill a small dust pan) and we call them back. They told us they now require a wash out ticket after we were told we could sweep it out. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.

First off, they do not only speak Spanish, I've been coming here for six years and they have always spoke English. They are very friendly people. You have to understand that the product is fresh, which is why it's always just in time freight and why it sometimes hasn't gotten out of the fields to be packed. Before you complain, try your hand at farming and see if everything happens on a perfect schedule for you. It won't, trust me on this. My advice is, if you don't want to roll the dice on an equipment failure or a labor shortage in the field for that day, then don't haul produce. Because it does happen. I would give them five stars, but sadly most of their loads are split with Salinas, and that place sucks, no matter which one you pick up at up there.

My appointment was at 18:00 , I got to shippers at 17:25, I barely had time to get back in the truck and they called for me to back into a dock. They got me loaded and I was done by 18:15, so less than an hour in and out. Very nice people.

I love this place the people are always polite and they usually get you in a dock pretty quick if your product is ready they will get you loaded right away as long as there not to busy they have on site parking and clean restrooms

The Gonzales location is okay. It's organization is decent, staff is polite, nice place, good parking.The Salinas location is straight garbage, operates like a dumpster fire, it's a chaotic cluster ****.

Well I stopped loading here 3years ago due to poor attitude and the lack of concern for drivers waiting hours or sometimes days to get loaded. They have gotten better, but the loading times still need some work after your check in. Staff nice and friendly, that is also a big change.

I arrive at there plant standing in line to check in this guy in office tells everyone that if your parked in there yard they will not load you talk to drivers like there some dirty thing first of all clean your lot up and take a step back and treat people like you want to be treated

Went to Salinas valley truck wash. Trailer clean. Bought great food. Oh showered in the morning of because I knew I’d be here all night. Appt 8:30 pm. In bed after a great meal. Yup come prepared. To sleep. It’s Picked and packed fresh. So yes it is slow. Yes the only speak Spanish, but would any of you complaining be in the field picking. Nope so stop griping, sleep and load and go.

Check in at the shipping office to there left as you come into the staffing area. They took a long time to load me. I made good money waiting but it still took long. People in office are friendly.

Taylor farms is... A joke. Pickin produce has become a joke. 6 hours for 8 pallets. None of their other locations are any better. At least the office people are relatively friendly. MASKS ARE STILL REQUIRED. (8/18/22) and I don't see that changing any time soon based on the attitude they have about it. 🙄🙄

Arrived for appointment at 10pm. On door at midnight. Finished loading at 7:30am. Long time to wait but everyone seemed super nice and there is plenty of parking if you need to come in early.

First time here. And YES THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. Bring food. Long long loading. Six pallets. Seven hours. For SAFTEY reasons I called into shipping to ask what I should do bc A non English speaking person had me sign the paperwork and then told me, in Spanish what to do. Shipping told me I need to learn Spanish.

Welcome to Taylor farms where load appointment times don't mean anything, they don't have product ready, no F given about making you late to another pick after here and you are forced to wear a mask in the shipping office even though they l wear them below their noses.

Check in by phone. Got a door right away. Start loading in 10 mintues. One less star is for bad check in procedure. No one pick a phone for 25-30 mintues.

Got here hour before my appointment, give me got after 2 hours, told me get trailer wash, when I come back with washed trailer they asked me for washed receipt, I wasn’t had receipt and THEY REFUSED TO LOAD ME

My experience was good soon as I got here at 10pm went and checked in they called me for a door rite away loaded within 2 hours I had 2 pickup from tayler farms first one was in salinas 15 miles up the road same thing appointment was at 8pm checked in got called bout 845 was loaded within 2 hours not to bad I’ve sat longer at other places picking up produce this time around was great

Typical produce shipper, if product isn't ready you obviously have to wait so there's no complaining. Other then that the loaders and office clerks are nice and work with you with giving updates.

If it was not for on sight parking I would give this place only 1 🌟 star.It is true that it takes forever to load here.Save yourself from becoming impatient and getting pissed off by coming here fully expecting to get in a 10 hour break while you wait. It makes the wait much easier

They're pretty friendly if you are. Average load times. Overnight parking. Decent restrooms. Not too awful tight.
