Prices and offerings are generally on par with whole foods but Sprouts is chronically and painfully understaffed whereas Whole Foods doesn't seem to have any issues finding or properly training its people. Probably down to low pay and lack of union.Sushi counter is great and so are the sandwiches. Meat/seafood dept sucks. Bakery needs more training in the baguette dept.

This Sprouts is very special. I had the pleasure of demoing at this location and was greeted by the friendliest staff ever. The manager Rod was very helpful. Special shout-out to Richard in deli and Juan in produce for being upstanding workers and answering any questions I had. I can’t wait to come back here!

Granville in the deli section has helped me a handful of times and makes an excellent sandwich. Always friendly and even refused a tip from me. Deserves a raise/promotion.

In general I really really like sprouts they have a good selection of healthy food. However I bought a rotisserie chicken yesterday just thinking it was a normal chicken and had a few bites of it and wondered why it tasted like disgusting pickles. I finally inspected it came to find out that it was a pickle brine chicken🤢🤮 this is so disgusting I can’t even tell you. Usually rotisserie chickens aren’t flavored with anything nasty so I just grabbed it and it wasn’t marked clearly on the front so I didn’t realize. I think the store needs to do a better job of marking their products more obviously so you don’t end up with something this gross. Whoever came up with the idea of pickle chickens should not be allowed to make food ever!!! 🤢🤢🤢Also I would like to see the store offering refillable products especially household body care products and limiting or completely removing all products with plastic packaging.

Sprouts is actually a neat little grocery that more caters to the Trader Joe's feel and has a lot of fresh produce throughout the store. the staff are pretty friendly and the prices are semi decent, still in the typical range of what similar stores offer.

I love sprouts! I worked in the grocery field for almost two decades and this place is a good grocery store. It's big wide and clean with a nice layout. I live on the far side of town but I still drive out there for the food and service, especially for the meat department. Very good quality, at decent affordable prices. (Which is very important especially these days)The staff are great, the customer service really is something to be proud of there. Their deli is downright decent of the sandwiches are affordable, and the sushi's pretty good for a grocery store really. Two thumbs up.

By far the worst sprouts I've been to. Not clean. All the fresh breads were mixed together. Deli closed an hour before the store does. Only one kind of sliced meat on the shelf. When I asked if the deli was still open. The guy asked what I'd like. I said Pastrami. He kept wiping and said "well you're not getting that tonight we close soon and I wanna get outta here". Rod the manager was like ya if we keep the deli open I'd have to stay late while they finish up.I know it's a college town but can we get some fricken adults, or kids who understand customer service at this location please.

This is not just a farmer's market. It's a middle-sized store that has everything you need. They have a good selection of fruits and and other food products. I wish we had one of these in North Carolina...

Sprouts is a great place to shop for organic foods and then some...kinda trader Joe's..but the selection is much more. My 1st time there. Definitely be going back 4 sure. Check them out.

This is probably one of my almost daily stops due to the freshness of their produce and competitive prices. The store is kept clean and all of the associates are usually friendly. Lee is super helpful and has given me some good recommendations, she's definitely a 5 star employee.

Stopped to get some breads to go with our prime rib on New Years. What a selection. They sell half loaves which was awesome. I got half a Rye and half a Pumpernickel and then some Irish Soda Bread. All fresh and delicious. The Rye Bread. I'm definitely going and getting more of that

This store has great stuff, my only and big dislike is the wait time at registers. Super slow!... there is never more than 3 people assisting at check out.I also wish "Deli" would have the option for you to pay right there, for people who go during there lunch break it would be very helpful. Last time it took me 10 min for my sandwich to be ready, and 20 min to pay, it is pretty ridiculous by then my lunch break was over! :(Sprout people, take advantage of the good costumers, and make it also convenient for them.

Prepared meats and produce specials are very good, often have very low priced fruits in season. Frozen fish is good. Bins are mixed bag, some a good deal, others not so much. Lots of quality organic selections.

I walked in to the deli area to get some chicken salad, stood there for 5+ minutes and watched them help 3 people who walked in after me that wanted sandwiches. After finally acknowledging me I was told I’d be helped “in a few minutes”. What a joke!

My favorite place to shop! Not only does Sprouts offer beautiful, healthy food but also the health products I need to feel better. I'm 75 and I need Arnica and CBD products just to move well, plus vitamins, etc. The staff is always courteous. Since I have difficulty walking I'm appreciative of the ride on carts they make available to their shoppers who have disabilities. All in all 5+Stars!

We love our neighborhood whole foods market! Especially live the fresh bakery section and the fresh sausage variety found at the meat counter. Great pre-made food selection for quick and easy meals.

Sprouts is a wonderful option. They often have the highest quality fresh produce at the lowest price. The bulk bin is also a wonderful option for those who regularly need options.I would caution, some, of their prepackaged items can spoil quickly. I've had blueberries and raspberries spoil within a few days of purchasing.Additionally their meat + dairy section are neither the largest, nor the cheapest. keep that in mind when making purchasing decisions.
