Take care of your Betta fish or don't carry them. Disgraceful lack of care or unwillingness for the corporation to pay an employee to take care of the fish, just sell them. They are tropical fish requiring 78 degree water,actively filtered, and at least a couple gallons. not room temp cups. I saw many frozen to death and along with that comes this weird rotting of fins and a lot of them are fully rotting in the cups BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL fish so misrepresented by these shops and treated so poorly. These fish have personally and are smart, treated worse than goldfish - who are just monsters literally.

This location is so small. The only live animals they have are the fish and crickets. I don’t like how everything is always so expensive. Buying from Walmart is cheaper. Their clearance section was whack too. There was a thing in front of it so I couldn’t even safely get to it to look at the cat stuff. I wouldn’t come here again. It was pretty boring. Wish they had other live animals. The fish were cool to look at though!

I took my dog in for a for 63 USD luxury upgrade bath, and got the whole works nail buffing, teeth brushing face wash etc. Service was fast and friendly, but my dog came out still a little dirty, his nails were still relatively long, he has this irritated bright red area on his hind legs now and he was very stressed by the end of his service. Perhaps it was because my dog is a big and heavy one. Regardless I don't recommend getting serviced here.

This store is horrible!!! Priced wrong and overcharging on everything and won’t make it right. Then charge 5 different taxes on 1 bag of dog food 🤪what in the world.

It is great petsmart have such kind and helpful employees such as Stacey. When I entered the store , I found the service center did not transfer my info about my dog, but never entered my appt. I was truly not happy. Stacey a very kind soulCorrected all that needed to be done.Took my dog in and was amazingWith him and also was understanding with me.To pet smart , Stacey is a true loveOf her care for our pets. It's a decently sized petsmart. It's a little ok the smaller side but they still have quite a good selection. The also have a groomers as well that faces the front of the store. The lady that was working there was nice and quite helpful as well.

If you buy anything here sold as "new," CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT IS ACTUALLY NEW *AND* HAS ALL OF ITS PARTS.Manager lost me as a customer today. After purchasing an item, I discovered it was previously used: it was full of dog fur and missing a part. Unfortunately, no other items (of that size) were in stock. I checked another box (of a different size) on the shelf out of curiosity and found the same thing. It was only after checking a (seemingly untouched) third box that I discovered that the part was missing from the first two boxes; store staff were unaware anything was missing until I discovered what was supposed to be included.Manager offered the standard 30% discount for an item in this condition (used, covered in fur, and missing part). If it had been sitting on the shelf that way - and I didn't have to discover the issue myself *after purchasing it* - I would have been happy with the standard discount. But given the situation, I asked for a 50% discount (a difference of literally $10) to say "we're sorry for the inconvenience," but the Manager wouldn't budge. Why she thinks that the standard discount, given to anyone, is appropriate is beyond me.This PetSmart location will be the last place I go to for our pet products.

Want to give a shout out to Valerie the manager on duty today. She listened to the problem we had and figured out a way to resolve it. She was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. This kind of customer service is what brings customers back. Keep up the great work Valerie!

I used to love this store, it was very convenient but this is the third time I've had issues with them. First time they changed my dogs' groomer and he ended up with an uneven haircut. They didn't even tell me they were changing the groomer until the day I showed up for his appointment. The 2nd time I brought him to the grooming salon he got cut a couple of times and was told by the groomer she couldn't cut his nails but yet she charged me the whole amount plus nail filing. Once again I decided to bring my pup here and made an appointment for nail cutting, even confirmed over the phone. Showed up and now there is no record of such appointment. Don't waste your time dealing with their disorganized method of booking appointments, in SD I never had any issues with any of the Petsmarts.

I have no idea who is the manager here but they need to be fired!! This store has no stock and hasn’t had stock of my dog food in over 2 months I have to go to PETCO to get it in SB. The one store we have in our city can’t even stock enough for our own pets. Someone here is real lazy and needs to get things figured out it’s really disappointing!!

Nice, but very limited pet selection. I came here looking a small reptile. It’s a nice store and you will probably find whatever supplies / pet food you are looking for. They also have beta fish in case your are at a dorm and want a “dorm friendly” pet. The staff member I spoke to was helpful.

The WORST place for grooming ever!!! The person responsible for grooming here was extremely rude and impatient.The staff told me on the phone I don’t have to bring the rabbis vac certificate to the store cuz my dog did grooming at their place before(they have the record on their computer), however, after I came there, that Mexican groomer refused to take my dog because I didn’t bring the certificate. She denied everything I talked to the staff member on the phone. I begged her like 4 times because I had rescheduled 2 times before and I had my graduation ceremony today. However, she still said no indifferently. I also promised I can run back to my home and grab the certificate to her, it takes no more than 3 mins( I live in Hollister Village which is next to PetSmart). Then, she said she has a strict schedule which means she couldn’t even wait for 3 mins. Ironically, my appointment was scheduled at 9 but she kept talking to the phone till 9:06. What a fake person she is.If you guys really wanna do business, you must treat your customer with respect at least. Go hire someone who’s a real animal lover to do grooming! I’ll never go to this place again.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have my German Shepherd groomed. I called my vet and had his rabies vaccination records sent over in advance and called this petsmart to make sure they had received them. When I brought my dog in to be groomed, they denied that they had the records and sent us away despite telling me that they had them on the phone a few days before. Will never again try to make an appointment here. Huge waste of time

Stopped by while on a road trip with my dog . She needed water and I had already depleted my bottle of water and had forgotten her bowl . I felt like a bad dog momma . ☹️ I didn’t want to leave my dog in the hot car whole I ran into a store . So I’m walked in to this Petsmart and I explained my situation to the two young ladies ( wish I had gotten their names) . They went out of their way to get a bowl and water for my dog. I will make it a point to shop at Petsmart.Nicely done !

So wonderful! My puppy had gotten matted from a new sweater she wore and I couldn't take care of this myself so I called Petsmart to see if there was any way they could take her in that day and make her more comfortable. They said 'no problem' and got me in within the hour. I didn't want to leave my puppy there alone - so I waited - and I also wanted to make sure that the groomer didn't 'over trim' her and make her look bad. Well, Adi couldn't have been lovelier - she was really gentle with my puppy and got all the affected areas beautifully handled and then carefully trimmed the nearby areas of my dog's long fur coat to match nicely with areas that needed to be shaved. My puppy's tail even wagged a few times - between the fussing of course - and she came out looking great and feeling great. Adi did a wonderful job and I will return!

Horrible customer treatment. Ist grooming appointment the employee quit before finishing the job and still charged me. Second time groomer insisted on clipping my Great Pyrenees before winter, due to one furry knot on hindquarters. Easy fix would have been to trim the one knot rather than clip an outdoor ranch dog before winter. Don't go here. Terrible customer service could easily translate to poor treatment of your pet. Reassurances by manager didn't help.Skip this place and give your dollars to a local.

Terrible service today lady yelled at me for having my dog off the leash for literally half a minute. Trying to find a Halloween costume for him and they just had all their costumes in a shopping cart totally unorganized. Just left after she yelled at me won't be going back to that store.

Very unfriendly. We walked in two workers standing there no one said hello or welcome. Very small store and dark/poorly lit in some areas. If you were disabled or in a wheelchair the aisles were very narrow for maneuvering.

This is a tiny PetsSmart with the main selection being cat and dog food. Not much of a fish section compared Petco. The store was clean and the staff friendly. If you just need to get your pet food this place is good, for anything else I would recommend somewhere else.

This PetSmart ONLY has fish. Nothing else except pet supplies and it's not well ran. The employees leave the fish supplies all over there's no room to walk. Petco is better.

If you love your Betta fish go somewhere else they don't have tanks sufficient for two adult bettas and they do not sell dividers for their fish tanks, so you would have to buy two seperate tanks for your fish, also the nets they have are too large to fit into the less than one gallon Betta tanks they offer, poor selection, go to the petco Upper state
