I Love Lemos in Goleta,Good Prices, convenient parking in the back, Super friendly Staff, the Manager "Bernie" has a wealth of information of most of their products if not all of their products, and they will order products for you if they dont keep them in the store, the staff will even help you to your car with heavy items, they are very animal friendly so bring your pet inside to pick their favorite toy,I highly recommend shopping at Lemos in Goleta♡

What a terrific store! Yeah pet stores tend to be similar but it's the customer service that really makes this place great. Also the prices are pretty darn good really, cheaper than other small pet stores for the most part and similar to that of the corporate pet stores.

Staff is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Got a question? If they don't know they will find out. Your dog on leash is welcome, and the human will be offered a biscuit to offer in turn to their pup -- I really appreciated their following 'chain of command' ! Looking for a hard to find kibble? Call -- they maybe able to order it for you. Well stocked and well priced.

I have always found everyone so helpful at this store! Yesterday I was returning from the beach with the pup and called two minutes before closed needing a cone because of a sore that re-opened on her cheek. When I got there the staff member was waiting at the door with a cone and even helped me with something to use topically. I am super grateful I didn't have to drive around!

I absolutely love this store! They are knowledgeable, helpful and oh so nice! I love the selection of products they offer! They also just added dog washing stations to their store and they rock! Came in with a dirty puppy and left with a clean, happy puppy! Thanks Lemos! See you soon!

Store for people who love their pet. Staff knows their business and is very helpful. Prices vary, but, again, staff are often aware of alternatives that are economical.

This business was kind enough to reply to my 4 star rating to ask how they could get a five so I just wanted to clarify that the service was great and that Lemos has everything I could want for my dog and cats.However, I also have pet frogs and they don't carry any sort of live feed for amphibians or reptiles so I still needed to make a second stop to get all of my pets' food.

I bought a dog harness which I was not sure was going to fit my specific needs (needed one strong enough to carry my 80lb dog). The manager said if I was not happy with it, I could bring it back for a refund. The harness turned out to not work out, but they fully refunded me.
