Today Oct/7/2023 my husband and I had an appointment for a flu shot at 3:30 the pharmacy sent a confirmation and when we got there on time the pharmacist could not find our names and he said that the manager had wiped off all the appointments for that day , that they were not taken walk-ins either when we asked him and that we had to reschedule our appointment . We asked him if we could do it there and he said you have to go online again with a really bad attitude

I don't really write negative reviews unless i keep experiencing the same issue several times.The pharmacy needs 1 extra person for pickup medicine as most of the times there's always a line.Several times when i have to refill my medicine they don't have my insurance information and have to waste time waiting for them to change the price.Even using a PPO insurance, the prices of medication are expensive. I would recommend looking somewhere else like the Mark Cuban's pharmacy for a fair price.

Rebecca noticed my insurance did not cover my prescription. Vincent found me a coupon and saved me a lot of money. I really appreciate their help!! I have been going to this CVS for 25 years.

I looked on line and CVS stated that they take walk ins for boosters. The sign on the counter at this CVS stated that they take walk ins. I waited in line 5 people ahead of me. Got to the counter a 4:00 PM. They said they don’t do walk ins and took the sign down.2 Thumbs down CVS
