Absolutely the best reptile store in Azuza and possibly the area. They care about there animals!. They have a tone of exotic animals , fair prices and are very (clean), something that is often overlooked nowadays at reptile stores. The owners Angle and Jonathan are absolutely friendly and are 100 percent committed to the needs and support of anyone who are experienced buyers, too first time exotic pet owners. The staff are also fantastic at assisting the needs of the customers. Definitely recommend the store. Absolutely fantastic !.

Quick points for ppl that don't like reading long reviewsVery clean, Employees were very knowledgeable and very helpful with all questions I had, prices were good, will most definitely be returning.The long versionI recently visited this store based on glowing reviews on here so my expectations were high. It seems the store has changed ownership within the last year or so some of the images on here show a much bigger space but it seems the store has downsized a bit which is not to say thats a bad thing just an observation. Upon entering the store and looking around I was asked if I needed help I told them my situation with a Box turtle I had rescued that was in really poor shape the guys proceeded to give me at leas 10 mins worth of advice and answering my 20 questions without trying to upsell me just genuinely helping me out. All this to say that even though there is new ownership this store continues to be a top notch place for your reptile needs will definitely be coming here again.

The best reptile store in the entire San Gabriel valley and better than any one we had on east coast. Knowledgeable staff and Brandon the owner once even had the store number forwarded to his cell and came to meet me on his day off to take care of an urgent matter.

10/10 perfect, I bought springtails, a small paludarium, but plants, substrate and drainage balls, everything is great. The springtails have reproduced and are thriving, and the plants are doing just as good. The staff are VERY helpful and friendly.

Been going to this not long after it opened, so I’ve gotten to meet all of the workers and I will say that out of all of the pet shops around in the area, this one is certainly the best. Much cleaner than any of the others and affordable feeders, all of their animals are well cared for and definitively exotic even for the reptile trade. (I’ve seen a few animals in person there that I thought you could only find online or in shows) after interacting with the owners they really know their stuff about all of the animals they have and they’re not just trying to pawn off as many as they can- if I’ve ever needed help breeding with my animals or had questions about my own collection I know that they knew or in the rare circumstances someone they knew could help me out.

This guy doesn’t like kids in his store and he he is painfully obvious about it. I use to come here bi weekly to buy a feeder mouse for my snake. He made one to many snarky comments to my 7 year old. What did it for me was when my son asked if he could use the bathroom and he replied “ No you could pee outside.” I understand my son not being able to use his bathroom especially during a pandemic, But there are better ways to translate that to a kid.

I have been coming here for years. I started in order to give the little guy business, but I stayed here because Jonathan is always ready to help and offer some advice, and the great prices. I have not been able to beat them anywhere. The store is not large, but the snakes and lizards they have on display are usually rare and exotic, so it's always cool too stop by and see what's new.

really love this little pet store, the owners are really nice and have always helped me! 😇. I got a little bearded dragon called Amber a year ago she's the best. Also they have a bunch of feeders, I get my crickets and horned worms from them. They have cool helpful workers including a really cute british boy and now that gives me a reason to go more often 💁👀

The shop was a bit small, but it was clean and well kept. There were tons of exoctic pets, more than I expected. Not only that but the girl that rang me up was very helpful and nice and gave me lots of great advice about my new bearded dragon. I'm definitely going back here :) I really liked it here and better prices than bigger pet stores

I've been coming back for over 3 years. I get all my feed insects here. They have a nice variety of pet food and supplies as well as a wide variety of reptiles, terrariums and lighting options. Friendly staff. 👍

Seemed like a nice place with good reviews, but if I could give it 0 stars I would....I bought a leopard geckos here, he was about 3 months old and they said he was the best option for a first time lizard. Little did I know he was extremely underweight and dehydrated. It was particularly my fault for not going to deep into research into after but they still shouldn’t be selling animals in that condition. We took him to the vet after 4 days of having him, the vet said he didn’t look dehydrated. So that shows if they tried they could have rehydrated him in a couple days. We had to syringe feed him for a long time, he doesn’t know how to drink water so we syringe give him water. To this day he is just passing for average weight no matter what we feed him. Don’t buy from them.

Been going every week for about two years now. Wouldn’t get my feeders anywhere else. I only trust them and my bp literally refuses a feeder from anywhere else. The dubias and hornworms are great too. Good prices and GREAT staff. Always super friendly and informative.

Employees are knowledgeable about reptiles and snakes. They have a good selection of foods and products, when walking in you immediately notice a stench but it's an exotic pet store carrying reptiles so it's normal.

Lastly even though it’s an exotic animal store they love when I bring my dogs in! You can tell animals are their passion! Definitely not a better store in the area!

I've wanted a sulcata tortoise for many years..Jonathan helped me feel comfortable and answered all 1001 questions! I got the tortoise and the whole home set up at a fraction of the price everyone else had it for!!! Jonathan even told me it's ok to call him if I had any more questions!!!This was one of the best days of my life!!
