They did a great job grooming our dog!

Stop taking the puppies/girls to this groomer because the pricing became on our reach, especially after retirement and a much more stringent pet care budget. However we do maintain our dogs on a wellness program with the Banfield Pet Hospital which is located in Petsmart. The grooming dept. Is a Petsmart function and is run under very strict "corporate " protocols. They have lost a lot of the informal customer contact, especially trying to go internet high tech. Come on folks, these are members of our family that we bring to you. We offer get more personal attention taking our car in for repair or service. We're not buy bread and milk off the shelf, we're bringing our beloved animals to you for care. We found a local storefront groomer near us who provides extremely loving care and we the dogs done for nearly half of what the big corporate groomer charges.

We came in with a lot of questions and Donna answered them all. We feel confident in the recommendations she made to help our fur baby with her hot spot and possible gut issue. We will definitely be back.

They are very patient and calm with the dogs as they groom.

No complaints. They are fast. My dog likes the groomer. The payment process was a little confusing. Not sure if you're supposed to tip the groomer or mot.
