Overall: I have been here a few times for other people's furry friends. The plus it that they seem to have many items I may purchase for just about any pet. A vet on site as well as a hotel is a nice piece of mind. Now, I do not have a four pawed buddy, so when I did walk in, the scent did hit me. Still, I am glad to have this store in our area. 3.5 stars...

We adopted a cat today. First we had to apply online so we did that on Saturday, by the time we came back on Sunday the process was complete. We were allowed to sit and spend time with each kitten. The whole experience was easy. If you are interested in adopting the first step is filling out the application with the A.R.E foundation.

Need to train your fish department girl to actually help people. Was standing there waiting for fish for 15 mins and she kept helping other people that just walked up. Never once asked if I needed help.

Very big selection of supplies for pets, such as dogs, cats, fish, birds and many more. Adoption days for dogs are awesome and many stores have adoption for cats also.Unfortunately, I do not understand why this store regularly opens 5 minutes late. If the hours posted show 9 am, why do employees not open the doors until 9:05 or occasionally 9:10 am?

Nicole was such a dear to correct a cut on my pup. Very understanding and non argumentative unlike some other places I’ve been to in the past. This is my second time here at the PetSmart grooming and yet again I always leave with a smile and a beautiful pup! She also informed me on a puppy coupon book that is full of savings. I’m happy she recommended it, it saved me tons immediately upon purchase.Happy customer report!

I like that their crickets are bagged when you ask for them. This allows me to get more live ones compared to prepackaged ones I have gotten from other pet stores. My bearded dragon enjoys the live ones he can chase around a lot more.

This morning, my items totaled $74, and I thought I handed the cashier $80. I was ready to leave, but she was quite sure I had given her $100. A manager checked the locked register, and the cashier was right! I had overpaid. I am very impressed with the employees at this store, and wish to show my appreciation.

Never again... left both dogs together for over night and gave specific instructions to have food out of reach for the little one. Looks like they let her eat a weeks worth of food in one day, she can barely waddle. No comments from staff.

I take my dog Oliver there and Alyssa is my groomer who is awsome she's been cutting olivers hair for over year and done a great job every time I recommend its place.

The groomer cut the paw-pad while trimming our dog’s nails… which sent him to the vet. We will not be returning.

I took my dog, Baby Piper to PetSmart today and they did a beautiful job on him. He's a mixed breed, Dachshund and Chihuahua and lived on the streets until the Humane Society picked him up. What I was told he was held at the pound for over 3 months when I found him. I thought he would have problems being ruined but with the right groomers he has done great. April was very good to him today and he was happy and was not traumatized. Every time I've taken him there he's come back in a really happy mood. He's a solitary dog but for some reason he likes them and likes the dogs that are in there. April was his groomer and she did a phenomenal job. Baby Piper is not easy when it comes to his nails but she managed to take care of it. He was in good spirits when I got him back and I'm hoping I get April again the next time he goes in. Thank you PetSmart and April for taking such good care of Baby Piper.

Great service. Tables are a bit close together than I would like but only because of the current covid climate. Had plenty of air circulation though since the large window and door was open in the front. I had the delicious lasagna that came with a small salad and garlic toast and my hubby had the lobster filled ravioli with tiger shrimp which was also delicious. (Of course I sampled it).Nice dessert choices. We opted to share the cannoli. To be honest, it wasn't my favorite. The filling was a bit thin and runny for my taste but some may prefer that consistency. Would definitely dine here again on another occasion.

Right now at 4:00 pm on 2nd may dropped my two shihtzue for full service grooming. The woman who received them said since they are heavier than normal instead of $60 she charged me $80 and she said extra $10 because her tail is matted. Not only that she had such bad attitude her name is Nicole. She had no passion for dogs. She is the worse groomer in grooming section of store.
