If you want your pet to look cute I highly recommend this place , is affordable and the quality of their service is great, here is where I take my beautiful puppy every time she needs a shower, haircut, nails and everything else they do to keep her happy and healthy!

I have been bringing my dog here for years.I am usually always satisfied despite a few times my dog has been cut during her service. I have given them the benefit of the doubt about 2 times already. HOWEVER, this last time I have had enough. Every time I go she is cut somewhere on her body. This last time was ridiculous. This is on her neck and I did not see it the day off because it was covered with a really cute collar that they put on her after the appointment. I noticed it a few days later as it has already developed a scab. This is RIDICULOUS. This cut is the biggest one I have ever seen on her. It looks like a chunk of skin was cut. I am livid. NOT OK GLENDORA PET SPAW. Make me aware that you cut my dog when I pick her up. Do not hide it. I will not be bringing my dog here ever again.

My wife and I take our dog Sadie once a month for grooming. The lobby is clean, the technicians are very nice, and our Sadie is not afraid of them. The prices are good, and there work is beautiful. Great job! Keep up the good work!

I followed my Pet groomer from another location, so my dog looks amazing! She does such a great job. But was too pricey compare to my other grooming spa. Something out of my groomers control! They are over price. But once in a while just to get a good hair cut, I'll take my dog to her, But for my dogs biweekly grooming! Ill go else where..

Great experience for us people and from the authentic sounding groomer/tech it sounds like our pup handled herself pretty well.60lbs equals $65 for full service. $15 for flea dip and $15 if you have a white dog and go for the whitening. $95 bucks, my wife said our dog took her spa appointment money.

I have brought my dog in a few times to get him groomed. I pay the $10 extra for hypoallergenic shampoo, which usually brings my bill to $65. Today, I brought the same dog in for a bath only. I didn’t ask the price because I thought, naturally, it should be maybe $40 max. I asked again for the hypoallergenic shampoo and when I picked him up, the price was $55! I couldn’t believe it...a $10 difference! I told them that it would have been nice if they would have mentioned when I dropped him off that it was only $10 more to get him groomed. Then I asked how much it would be for a hair cut without the bath and they said they don’t do that. So then I asked if the hardest part of grooming was the bath or the grooming, they said the grooming. Ok then...why a $10 difference? They couldn’t answer that question. Very disappointed in the service and the motive being to make as much money as they can on customers! I will not be bringing my dog here again. There’s too many reputable groomers available out there who both care about the customer and the animal!

Be aware of upcharges. Started 1st time @$65, all good. 2nd time they cut nails to the quick and lied about cleaning his ears, still $65. 3rd time tried to upcharge $20 for my dog's undercoat. Today, 2 months later on 4th visit they wanted $75 + $40 for a "blowout" of his undercoat. Same dog! Hope you enjoy helping the owner pay for her limousine (Yes, you read that right) that they have for the business. Read the reviews on Yelp. Becoming common practice and the owner will banish you for the bad review. Too late, I'm already gone.

Friendly staff. Our puppy got sprayed by a skunk and we went here for help. Not only did they thoroughly explain the process to help remove the smell, they called to check in and let me know how things were going.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Glendora Pet Spaw for many years now and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They are always very accommodating and gentle with the animals. The staff is friendly, the prices are pretty competitive and my fur babies always come out looking great!

They are good, they do a good job with grooming and bathing. My only complain is that they started charging us $10 extra bcs our 7lb Shih Tzu little dog growls when she's getting a bath, but she won't bite. Just for her growling they charge $10 bcs they had to use a mussel for her. They used to know this about her and never charged us $10 extra before until recently.

Two times in a row I made an appointment (once with San Dimas location and once with Glendora) and both times no one was there at my appointment time. I left a message and no one returned the call. Very done with them since they are so unreliable. Also the last grooming I did have at San Dimas was horrible with both of my dogs. It appears they had unexperienced people doing the work. Very disappointing!!!

Huge waste of time. I LET THEM KNOW MY TIME CONSTRAINTS and would have looked for another facility if they would have told me up front, BUT...I have a toy poodle (rescue) in real need of a bath and cut, no grooming. She has been there previously 7 months ago. She is deaf and her sight is fading , but no different from her previous visit. S h.g.h e is a good natured pet.Normally I do it myself out of convenience, but I'm leaving for a week and didn't want her to have to wait. Because I'm short on time I called to to verify availability and described the situation and what was needed. After the young man confirmed they would do it he said bring her. Within 5 minutes I was there.After arriving, I could see the young man then speaking with the groomer, then told me because she's blind and deaf they could not do it. I told him she was not blind and in same conditions before. He then said the groomer, who was just sitting and chatting, decided not to do it because she leaves in 2 hours and the dog might take more time. It might take more time? I'm not a groomer and with my limited ability I do a decent job in about 1 1/2- 2 hoursHe then referred me to another facility, I guess to get me to leave, stating to just show up, that they will do it because they're open late. Glad I called, because they absolutely wouldn't because grooming is only done in the mornings.If I sound upset, I am, and very disappointed.

I brought my dog on Saturday the 13th for the normal grooming. My dog hair is extremely matted although he is bath and brushed. Initially I thought I would bring my other dogs because I am new to the city and thought it would be a good place. Well the general manager Christina starts interrupting the clerk as she checking me in telling her the price will be more because of the condition of my dogs coat.she never comes.out and speaks to me directly just continues to talk over the door. Then she tells the clerk I have to pay in advance with this lame explanation that it's because of the dogs coat. I am a black female and witness several people bringing and leaving their dogs without paying first. I told the clerk it was discrimination and I didnt like it nor did I appreciate it.I have two other dogs that I thought I would also have them serviced. I will not. I suggest anyone of color who has a dog with matted hair dont use this grooming service because the general manager automatically assumes you are a homeless individual who doesn't have the.means to care for your pet. I am a hard working person employed for 36 years. I recently relocated to Azusa and just been extremely busy. I should not be judged by the condition of my dogs hair. Just like you shouldn't judge a person by the color of their skin. Thank you Christina for showing me your true colors. Linda D.

I have to aplogies to the staff they are very polite an very pleasent but as a sales tactic of not giving prices (at all )or a total based on the services requested is not good sales practice. I get the sales tactic but it does not work in all industriesthere are beautiful signs of treatments for all your pets needs in the back wall ( Exept Pricing )The day of my visit (2nd X ) i asked for pricing 3xs . i was quoted $10 for each of the these srvcs oatmeal treatment and medicated treatment $20 totalAnd we all agreed or atleast i assumed we all knew i was at the $20 totalAt pick up time i was told my total was $40 . this was my fault entirely i was never given a quote to sign which i should have requested one .Im not upset just al little disappointed.

Pet Spaw was extremely helpful for my cat Jerry being that it was so close to my home. It was very hard for me to find a cat groomer in the San Gabriel Valley. When I found out about Pet Spaw and I walked inside, I knew immediately that this was my GO-TO groomer for Jerry. I really recommend this place for pet owners especially for cat owners. You won’t regret it.

Used to be a great place till they raised the price and tried to charge me $80 for a nail trim on my dogs after 5 years of charging me $30 with no explanation of why the price was raised 120%...really sad that this place would get that greedy..used to be great!

Went to get our dogs nails clipped and she came home in pain and limping. Either they are not trained right or have no experience doing it. Taking our dog to ER as I type. I
