So happy with this place's haircuts for both my cat and dog! It was my cat's first grooming ever and I was worried about how he would handle it but the owner is so experienced that it wasn't an issue at all. My cat looked so cute and his fur was so soft and smelled great. Very happy with my dog's cut too and they both got dental cleanings! I am so glad I found this place! Would 100% recommend.

Great place! ... my pup looks so good. The man in charge was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave great advice and really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with leaving Pounce. When we picked him up he was shining and looked great see before and after photo.

I have no issues with the quality of his work. But I’m put off by the pricing. I have a small dog, a lhasanese, and today for a short fur cut (nothing special requested) and a bath I paid 60 bucks. I went to him maybe two years ago and he charge 45 for the same dog. There’s no pricing listed and it seemed his pricing is very variable. I asked him whether his prices went up and he says “ all the prices is going up like bread etc”. So I asked him, how much would you charge a medium size dog, and he says “65, it depends”. Every business gets to dictate their price. But from the other reviews they claim that his pricing is reasonable. From this experience, I don’t believe it is. I’ll just wash my dog myself. I just wanted to have a good grooming for my dog because my mom was going to take her for the weekend and I wanted her perfect and I wanted to use my time doing some errands. I don’t want to do this again - not for 60 bucks, again on a small low maintenance dog.

Owner/and only worker is not a very nice guy. I adopt seniors, so they don’t have to pass away in shelters. Groomer refused to take him saying the dog was too old. Never heard of someone who works with animals that is that heartless. Took my little fur baby home and groomed him myself. I wouldn’t trust this guy with my animals.

Best pet groomer ever! I have a havanese and his hair gets super long super quick. His hair also gets matted sometimes. Every time I take him here for a grooming, it looks great! It is very easy for groomers to make it too short, but he always does a fabulous job.

No no no. The owner is so terrible to the animals. I read a review that the animals getReturned more disciplined. Probably because he abuses them if they misbehave.He is so angry. He quotes u a price and charges u a different price. I’ve given him many chances. Only time I see him smile is one day I tipped him $20 just to be nice because he seemed miserable. Then he was a complete jerk to me the next time I went. Horrible man.

FINALLY found a groomer who is professional and kind!! My boyfriend dropped off my dog and said that all the other dogs there were very calm and it was a great environment. He worked quickly and gently. My favorite dog grooming experience yet!

Really appreciate Arsen’s service. He is definitely professional, knowledgeable and responsible, he took care of my babe Maltipoo like his own pet and the price is really reasonable.Highly recommend this place and definitely will come back.

I absolutely LOVE this Grooming Place! I have taken my 2 standard poodles (not easy to groom)...to Arsen many times. Every time I go & pick them up, I couldn't be happier! He is the best groomer around, and doesn't charge an arm & a leg to comb, wash, blow dry, and shave them. He's the Best! I've been going to him for a few years now, and I'm always content & pleased with his grooming. It isn't easy to groom Standard Poodles! I know. They grow crazy hair & easy to get dirty. He grooms them everytime precisely & clean! They couldn't be better. When they were younger I took them to other groomers in the area, and not only is he better, but he doesn't charge the outrageous prices for both dogs. Thank you Arsen! You're the Best Groomer in the City!!!! ;-)) (I'd give him a 5 rating, if I could!)

Took my cat in for a wash and a cut. He doesn't groom himself and gets matted hair every so often. But the groomer gave him a nice lions cut, he couldn't have looked or smelled more cute.

Arsen is like a doctor for these animals. He knows what to look for and takes care of the dogs. Dogs are trained by Arsen through the grooming and after they are groomed they act more disciplined - I think. I would take my dog here anytime.

I have bringing my german shepherd here for almost 3 years. Arsen is very knowledgeable with dogs and has saved me from going to animal hospital couple of times.

Omg I’m so happy .so God Intervened this morning as I took my dog to a Nother dog groomer he gave me a hard time and try to charge me a lot of money because he said that my dog was matted no need to mention the dog groomers name but I am so happy to say that I am very happy with the service that I got at the dog groomer that I went to the man is so nice and gentle my dog did not come back disturbed or cut up at all and still only charge me $40 what a blessing I highly recommend this dog grooming place he’s very good
