I frequent this store and I love it. There are parking spaces, wheelchair accessible and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. The layout of the store is wheelchair friendly and all staff members are very helpful and friendly. It's a small grocery store with a full deli and a hot steam buffet. I highly recommend a visit to check it out. Great job Glen Ellen Village!!

As a Napa Valley Chauffeur, I have been coming to the Village market and recommending everything they have to offer for many years going on 19 actually … I had seven clients today from Miami that were quite pressed for time, so I had them order online, which was a bit of a fiasco and went to DoorDash … Eventually, it got corrected .When I asked the cashiers whether they still give a Chauffeur a sandwich when we bring clients to them I was denied . Bought a sandwich anyway … The new policy for chauffeurs here you must bring in all of your guests before you can receive anything as far as the sandwich may go .I understand the limitations on people taking advantage the village parking lot is never Limo friendly and at $200 per hour. It’s not practical to have every client in the store at one time …Still, I highly recommend this cause it’s such a unique market, but management needs to be concerned about the fact that we do put a bright light on your services, and it is not always practical to bring in clients at lunchtime to accommodate this . Thank you for your concern and we’ll see how you handle it .

Extremely frustrating when on the road. BE SURE TO ASK or you'll be eating salad or wet burrito with your fingers!*Nanny's Bakery cookies by the register look amazing, but are HARD as a rock! Not worth $1, much less $4

Clean store, great food selection, terrific wine selection and helpful staff. Honestly, I'd be shocked if I didn't have this kind of experience. This store is a bit smaller BUT still had everything I was looking for and I few things I didn't know I needed. But i had nice experience. Best sandwiches you can find here and wine 🍷

This was a great recommendation for sandwiches from a local winery and it did bit disapoint.Fantastic deli and choices. Nice salad bar with a variety of salads and choices.Cute market with a friendy staff. Small town feel that you know is good when you go and see all the locals there for lunch.

This is regarding the Glen Ellen Village Market. I have had one bad store experience after another. Now I am owed $2.39 from this store. I bought a soda which was expired two days ago. It is a "Coke Dreamland-Dream" soda. Once finding this out I went back today asking for a refund with valid receipt in hand. I was refused a refund by cashier Maria. She said I can only exchange it. I informed her that ALL of the sodas of that kind were expired including others! She robot repeated ten times for me to go walk to the back of the store and exchange it while I held my ground explaining all of the sodas were expired. She never obliged and now this store owes me my money back. This is completely unacceptable not to mention over forty expired sodas on this markets cold soda shelf. This is an open cold shelf styled soda showcase in the very back of the store. She also mentioned "I had been there several times this year" as if that was a bad thing??? So they apparently do not want repeat or stable customers. Wow. Ok well another thing is this store shuts down early every night. They claim to close on Google hours at 9pm but when I show up around 7:30pm the carts are blocking the doors and cash register making it extremely difficult to enter, exit, or even pay. I had to reach one arm through a cart and long poled duster mop display in a narrow area to pay with my credit card causing me to drop my card on the floor. That was two days ago the same day I got the expired soda. Maria was at the cash register then. Like I said. And tonight she was when I attempted to get my deserved refund. I will not let this go and expect a resolve and a refund.

This is my favorite market I've ever been to. This place is a hidden gem.The meat and deli clerks are so friendly! Definitely the best I've ever seen.Try the scones by the checkout registers. They are to die for! They're the best scones I've ever had. They're soft, fresh and moist and never hard or dry like 99% of scones in the U.S.

Great Market in the heart ❤️ of Glen Ellen. They literly have everything. The place is packed with all kinds of goodies from all over the place. Kinda like a smaller Oliver's Market.Killer deli with all kinds of good fresh food and salads. Great sandwiches with choice of fresh breads.If I'm in the area I will stop here for a sandwich 🥪 and a cold drink and sit in the patio under one of the embrallas and eat my lunch. Very pleasent!

They have some nice stuff here, but that includes a good selection of reasonably good dark chocolate bars. We bought 3 different ones - when we opened them we discovered that 2 of the 3 had been ruined by poor handling/storage. What a waste! And this suggests that this is a bad place to buy other low turnover perishables.

Perfectly located and a must stop to grab hot panini sandwich. Gourmet chicken panini is my favorite. Cutest grocery store and has all the spirits needed. I just love this place when I retreat to the lodge or a day at London park. Beat the lunch hour at 11 am or earlier otherwise the line is long. Also a shout out to the deli worker big blonde young man is so sweet. Courteous makes you feel at home.
