This is a beautiful winery. The tasting room is classy and well decorated. The surrounding grounds are pretty. The wine is very good. We enjoyed all of the wines that we tasted. However, the price per flight for tasting was a bit steep.

We had a lovely tasting experience at Abbots Passage. Tony and Megan took excellent care of us. This is a great place to take a group, there’s a lovely outdoor area to explore and the Mercantile shop is stocked with local female artists goods. We are excited to become a new member and visit often.

As a seasoned industry professional, I can't say enough wonderful things about our tasting experience at Abbot's Passage. Their entire team's hospitality was warm, inviting, and friendly, and their staff were all incredibly knowledgeable. Some highlights were our welcome, complete with a "Welcome Splash" of their beautiful Rose (which we took home several bottles of!), the thoughtful and functional outdoor seating under the Olive Tree's and the beautiful Graze Board prepared by Chef Kyle with a delightful assortment of local nibbles and their very own garden-fresh accoutrement. I highly recommend you making this one of your stops while in Wine Country for a truly remarkable experience.

Just happened across this place while driving through Sonoma. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for families with small children. The seating area outside is surrounded by Vines, and very well kept.Would definitely come back with the group or on a date, 10 out of 10 recommend!

Spent a lovely rainy afternoon sampling wonderful wine and enjoying the most beautiful grazing board. Abbots Passage was recommended to us on two separate occasions and we are so glad we stopped by.

My best friend and I found Abbots Passage to be a very quaint and cute winery. We went around 11am to celebrate our birthdays. The host asked us if we were celebrating and we let them know we were turning 30. Our host, Megan also asked us the same. They were so wonderful and sweet - we ordered the veggie and cheese and meats board. Once we got to the reds of the wine flight, we told Megan we liked reds over white. She got so excited and said “oh! I’ve got some bonus pours for you after this! especially since it’s your birthdays!” — we were excited, continued to drink our flights etc. About 30 min later, we were told our host Megan went on lunch and the other host was going to do our last pour, which was fine! We’re having a great time with Megan so we decided to wait on her to come back… However, when Megan returned she said “So our allotted times were 90 minutes and we’re crowded so I’ll check you out at our desk.” … UH WHAT. We were having the best time and the hosts were wonderful… UP UNTIL THIS MOMENT?! We were never told there was an allotted time, had we known, we wouldn’t have waited for Megan to come back. However, Megan did say she was going to give us “bonus pours” which was so kind of her- but she abruptly took that back. Overall, we had a great time but the end of our experience was rushed, a little rude, and upsetting. Enjoyed our time but nothing special, so we won’t be returning.

Beautiful spot to try some wines in a very family and dog-friendly winery. The patio for wine tasting is lovely. One note - they do not allow any outside food to be brought in, but have a small selection to purchase on site (cheese plate).

This is a must visit spot in Sonoma. This vineyard steeped in family heritage has all the elements for an amazing vineyard experience. Our tour guide, Nicole, was welcoming and knowledgeable - my partner and I so enjoyed our experience. Excellent wines, friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. Loved it!

Beautiful tasting room and tasty wine blends.I highly recommend you stop by this small, woman-owned winery. We went on a rainy day and could not enjoy the outdoors, which looked lovely too. But I was really happy to be indoors. The tasting room is magnificent, bright, and exceptionally well decorated. Honestly, a great place for photo ops. The wine was nice and interesting to learn about blends. They only do blended wines here. The rosé comes from Zinfandel grown on the estate. It was delicious!

Love this place. ALL the wines I tried are delicious. From the first time we came, we knew we would be back. We were sat in the vineyards and the service was phenomenal. We started off with some almonds and olives as well as our choice of distilled or sparkling water for the table! The grazing board is a must! For the price you get a ton of items and delicious homemade hummus! My second time back, I became a wine club member. Highly recommend this new spot!

Went here last year on a very hot day. We had paid extra to book the shuffleboard and were assured it would be shaded. When we got there it ended up being minimal shade, not over the court and we were miserable. It's not their fault but.. Their outdoor space isn't appropriate for very hot days and we wished they would have tried anything at all to accommodate us (eg offer to let us come inside to the bar, switch to rose from complex reds, refund on the space booking, etc). The wines didn't show well in the heat and are probably not representative of what this winery has to offer.

Beautiful venue with stellar service from the very moment we arrived. Steve was a charming host who engaged in chatting on- and off topic but still somehow made sure to fit in the full spiel. We appreciated the timing of the pouring - he never interrupted us rudely and yet was right on time when the tasting for a particular glass had slowed down. The food board was tasty although perhaps a little short on flat crackers between 5. Particularly liked the quince treat, cheeses and olives. Our favourite was the Points Unknown red and Redshift. Also, we were shielded from the wind (which is not the case at all wineries). Thanks to Steve and Abbot’s Passage for giving us a wonderful Saturday afternoon!

Mixed bag for us. The wine itself was fine. The wine pours were a lot smaller than all the other Sonoma wineries we have visited. Also one of your 5 wines you get to taste is a tiny welcome splash of Rose. You then get poured 2 whites simultaneously after being seated and then 2 reds. Tasting experience was over in no time. For $50 a taste you can get way better wine and better pours all over Napa and Sonoma. Last thing that was quite annoying was after sitting the server asked my 3 year old daughter if she wanted apple juice. Of course she is going to say yes. I thought she was just being nice, but they proceeded to charge us $5 for a tiny apple juice at the end. Will not be back.

Avoid at all costs! We came with very well behaved children and were admonished from the beginning that they had to be supervised at all times even though they were just playing nearby. The man in charge was intensely negative and refused to serve us wine because he decided we had not properly supervised our kids! Our server, so sweet, said that management had changed recently and become super strict. Management was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Please don’t think this is a family friendly environment! Ugh.

I am SO tired of waking up to the music that the back warehouse area plays early in the morning. The houses nearby can feel the bass through the walls. BUMP bump BUMP bump BUMP bump. What a trash winery.9/1/23:Unfortunately, it does not sound like the feedback was passed along. The bass-heavy music from your winery's production facility is obnoxious.Kindest Regards

I have some friends that are members here, so we decided to stop in after a hike while up in Sonoma, and it did not disappoint. Our server was very pleasant and knew a lot about the wines were were tasting that day. There's also a new chef who brought their a-game when it came to the charcuterie board and the salad we ordered.Only down-side of this was that we were not able to add another person to our reservation due to space. But when we were there, there was almost no one else there and plenty of open space both inside and out. I know Sonoma County is strict right now, but it seemed a bit silly IMO.I ended up getting a bottle of their Noontide, and normally I enjoy red's over white, but this was really tasty. Will be back again!

Amazing wine tasting experience! Our wine expert/server Josh went above and beyond to give my fiancé and me a personalized experience and walk us through each wine. The winery was recently bought by Abbott’s Passage and is under going renovations, so very excited to see what the finished product will be!

We were the only people in the tasting area and sat for 15 minutes without anyone coming out for our tasting. We had asked upon entry if we could change from 4 tastings to 2 or 3 since our DD wished to sit this one out. The response was that the hosts would have to check. Never saw anyone after that. Their loss, since we are here to purchase wine!
