Went with my daughter who has chickens. She found they have chicken feed you don't find easily - including specialty diets, organic poultry feeds and feather fixer.I found the store had a very large variety of items at reasonable prices - I bought a couple pair of good work gloves. It's worth the drive from San Jose.Staff there was helpful and checkout was quick.

Look, I remember secret shoppers. The anonymous assassin's sniping you when you don't know you are at war. I go in with a BIG RED NOSE! I STRESS TEST. In hazmat oil field ops, passing an audit is easy. You know when they are coming. I am easily dismissed as a crank weirdo, OR folks play. They have fun they don't take themselves seriously which is a sign of much hidden. I went above and beyond on this one. Just as someone felt comfortable, were they? Do they do customer service or actually enjoy other people. This was my second fly in. 4 stars thus far. Any manager who has questions, contact me. This is one of my joys. Operations. Safety. Fun. Two torpedoes and only one employer on the first foray dismissed and disregarded me. The loaded smiles on the forklift were good! The engagement. The lack of 'this guy is whack!'. Bravo! Five stars? That is a painting and a spread. Maybe someday m if so, then u r a tourist attraction. For real. :) Thank u Kay for tolerating the tattoo push AND Google like i have had only 2 pizza coupons for 8 bucks. Don't need it! If u saw the fun u would try and pay me for the priceless! Ha!

Old School Tractor, Feed and Supply store. We need these business to stay the course because they supply our local needs.Gilroy is an agricultural city that is sprawling and transitioning from rural to urban. However, still has that local feel.I saw people shopping for chicken, horse, cow, and pig supplies. Felt good to see the business help nature.I enjoy shopping for bird feed, hummingbird supplies, cat and dog treats.Worth the visit to see if anything turns up that might catch our eye.

Great store with well meaning courteous employees- but doesn’t know how to deal with online pickup orders. Submitted that I had arrived via the website and sat for 10+ minutes. Then had multiple employees try to help, but instead they were contradicting themselves, was told bad info to move by an employee obviously not working online pickup. Then luckily spotted my order getting assembled (so it wasn’t ready like the email said?) and had a great employee load my stuff after I rushed back to the pickup spot. In short store manager(s): Figure out online pickup processes!

Bought rainwater barrel, but was missing the spigot it needed to keep and release water. They offered less credit than what a spigot costs and just had to return it seconds after buying it. Wasted time driving to this store.

Awful customer service, literally every time I go. The men that work there are soooo rude and unhappy. I watched a worker by the name of LOGAN make an elderly man literally in tears. If you don't want to be working there, then dont!! I travel to this particular store and won't be anymore! It's just awful.

Great place to deliver. Very nice employees. Fairly easy dock. Can park at night. Not open 24 hrs but start unloading at 5:30 am.

I paid for a product, and my husband picked it up. It was ready at the counter. He was only maybe a minute and came back out. Great service and they had the product that I needed!

I never leave reviews, but yesterday was unforgettable. I tried calling the store 5 times and never had someone answer my call. I decided to drive to the store and I believe I dealt with the store owner. He was very hostile and rude. My delivery was dropped off 2 days prior and still was not ready. He told me that I could receive my item in an hour. I was very disappointed. So I decided to just leave. It takes them 3 days to receive an item. This was my first ever visit, and I probably won't be returning.

This review is only on my last visit. I went and bought 25 chicks to replace my flock. Chicks are very fragile and I understand why they won't let you pick out you chicks but I suggest you have the employees turn your chick over to make sure your new chick aren't blocked. I ended up with 2 that were and it was to late to take them back that day so I called the following day and my response from the manager was o'well. If I had picked these chicks out I wouldn't have chosen those two as they didn't make it within a day. On good faith the feed store should had replaced or refunded. Please inform your employees what to look for when giving your customers chick.

Went there this morning little did I know I was early before opening even though the door opened and the open sign was on. I assumed it was open and went to get some bungee cords for my trailer. As I'm walking to the checkout assuming the store is open. I get yelled at by the manager or owner and get verbally harassed by the guy so I politely apologized and put the stuff back and was walking out. He was saying he can have me arrested for trespassing even though the doors opened for me and I assumed they were open. I don't think I'll ever come back here again as I don't support people who want to verbally assault a minor who was driving his moms truck and trailer to Las Vegas and needed some bungee cords to fix a tarp right. The manager/owner should have been polite in every way possible but yet decided I was a threat and verbally went off on me. I tried to apologize but it was No use.

Fast and friendly servers! They have this new computer at the service desk where you can look for the things that might not be in stores and straight up buy it and it will be shipped to store so now u don’t have to wait to have someone help you with that! They also have this new system that allows you to check out on the floor or even the yard! So you don’t have to wait in the lines at registers. Very clean and homie just great to go in and fine things that you or your pets need.

Good service, but I do think they should a paged or said something to someone for their customer service. Waited about 10 minutes before I had to ask again. The lovely lady who came was friendly. I wish I remembered her name. But hope she feels well. Will come back again though

I came in on a Sunday night at 6 looking for propane. I came in a few weeks ago and they said the side yard closes at "8", well now its once its dark.The manager was really nice to open the gates and get a guy to fill them for me. The kid filling the tanks was nice also.Joe is rude.

This is the place to go if you want to be talked to like your a peace of trash. Never have I been treated so rudely by a place that wants to take you money. On another note they seem to never restock there cam lock fittings this place is a joke. Worth the drive to conlin supply in oakdale.

Love Tractor Supply! I happened to go in at a time when the store was fairly empty to pick up my online order. Decided to walk around and check out the store, found fencing and things like cattle panels in the yard before, and a host of other wonderful things you would need if you ever decided to hobby farm. Or real farm. Whatever. Employees were friendly, two asked if they could help was I was walking around, which I really appreciate. Compared to the Brentwood location, this is smaller and seems to have fewer options for various items.

They have what you need & if you can't find it they will search the warehouse, & check inventory at other stores to locate the products you are looking for. The gentleman at the customer service desk did just that. Thank you. And Jennifer helped me move side by sides around to allow access to the driver's side so my dad could test fit, & see if it was comfortable enough. Keep up the great work!!

Great nice employees. They have a lot at reasonable prices. Only thing is their cash registers went down and could not accept any type of cards. Had to wait for about 15mins for them to fix problem.

Since when does a store dictate how much you have to buy. I tried to buy 3 silkie chickens and they refused to sell me 3 said I had to purchase 6 chickens. And the funniest reason was we want our chickens to be agriculture not pets. I'm 65 years old if I want chickens for pets I can have chickens for pets. No body uses silkies as agriculture. I tried to tell the lady I had 20 other chickens at home, I just wanted silkies. But to no avail. Really. Needless to say the other merchandise was left right there in the cart.
