I've been taking my dog there for the past 3 years and I find Juan and Yolanda, who are the owners, to be very warm and caring people. They are wonderful with the pets and listen to your needs. I highly recommend them.

We just had a fantastic experience at sassy pooch. We took our two pups in for nail trimmings and they provided amazing service. Our younger (and larger) pup was barking very loudly and they figured out that he was being protective of me. They suggested I let my wife take him into the groomer while I stepped outside. It was a perfect strategy and worked better than anyone could expect. I can't compliment them enough for their knowledge and service.

Great place, did a great job. Need to be a little friendlier. Also they need to provide the weight to what is considered small, medium, or large dogs as my dog is usually medium and I was charge for large and extra for brushing. Confirm on prices before leaving as you might get charge higher than expected. I'll come back again and see if they can improve and will update to 5 star.

They were able to get everything I asked done, however I wasn't a fan that they kept her all day, which means she was in a kennel all day. Also, when I tried brushing her next she was really jumpy and fought me which she had never done before. To me that signals they were rough with her. She also wouldn't let me tough her ears or her paws which had never happened before. I personally will not be going back just because of those reasons.

I was looking forward to taking my dog to Sassy Pooch bc they have great reviews. My daughter picked the dog up and I saw her when I got home from work. I was shocked at what I saw. Her hair was cut short which was good. But it looked like a toddler cut her hair. It was very uneven, like they used scissors instead of a clipper. There were many chunks or patches of long hair in different places. It looked like a bunch of tiny pigtails flying in the wind as she ran. It was funny looking and we could help but laugh but it was awful and I paid money for this!I spoke with the manager who offered to make it right. However, while talking to him I found out he was the one that cut my dog's hair...the manager did this!?! I told him I'd fix it myself. I usually cut her hair myself anyway but I just wanted a break. I love my dog but she's my dog, not one of my kids so I'm not an insanely picky dog mom type and I'm not a pet groomer; I'm a registered nurse.

The staff is outstanding! They are so patient and kind with our dogs. We have been coming here for years and consistently have great haircuts and happy pets. My dogs are never hard to drop off, even my very shy and skidish guy. I think this speaks volumes about the care they take with each pet.

My shitzu has been cut by other groomers on a couple of occasions, so she does not enjoy it. This is her second visit to sassy pooch. Both times that I have picked her up, she has been happy, had a cute cut, and most importantly has been uninjured. From a dog, whom is very anxious about her groomers, little Cecily thanks you kindly!

Beyond happy. Took both my dog and cat in for services. My cat is overweight and needed a huge trim. She has also always had very sharp claws that don’t seem to go away. They were able to trim them so dull that they don’t hurt at all anymore which has been a 5 year long problem. I can tell that my cat is much happier and I will be taking her in regularly.

I've taken both of my dogs here and never had a complaint. My smaller dog is very anxious and not socialized (despite me efforts) and they were able to trim him and brush his teeth with no issue. My senior pitty was treated well came back smelling much better than she had been. I continue using this shop for as l ok ng as I'm a dog owner.

Their owner, Albert Frias loves all animals and treats our beloved ones like they are his.The employees seem to want to be there because of they greet me and my dog with smiles. We love our pets and expect other to do same.My dogs always enjoy their time at Sassy Pooch. Kona smells clean and fresh after her visit. Her coat shines and looks healthy.Sassy Pooch offers upgrade services to increase coat shine, add scents to the bath and dry, teeth cleanse, nails, etc.All in all expect your dog and cat to be pampered at $50 - price for my Labrador.Try Sassy Pooch once and you will see why this place is premium.

They do a great job with my dogs and always good service. However, they could use some technology in the place. Everytime you call to make an appointment it's like you're calling again for the first time. A computer and an Access db or some type of CRM system would get them into the 21st century... :)

Love these guys! So gentle with my beast of a cat! She had a serious afro mixed with dreadlocks, not cute! They kept her all day and took thier time with my baby beast. She's so happy and stopped peeing on my clothes! Go figure all she needed was a spa day. Don't get me wrong she will still try and bite you if you don't pet her the right way or just bother her when she's sunbathing. But she sleeps on the bed with me now and pretty much takes up what used to be my space, but this girl is one happy less nappy feline!!
