This is the service my little shitzu got from the PetSmart in Gilroy.They said they had to stop because my dog keep rolling .I’m very disappointed with the staff if you don’t know how to handle dogs you should look for a different profession!!!!My poor little baby boy is traumatized.

Brian is my go to groomer at PetSmart in Gilroy. My Spice Girls, Vanilla & Cinnamon adore him, he's friendly kind and sweet to them❣ He just doesn't grab and run with them when we arrive. He takes a moment to talk to them, then gently picks them petting and talking to them as he takes them to the back to get glamorized.He does a wonderful job, pups do not need to be trimmed, only bathed, dried, Nails, teeth, ears and such. When I pick them up they never seem traumatized and look great, thank you Brian for doing such gentle caring and a great job with my Girls. The Spice Girls love you❣

As of currently April 2024 I went to petsmart and we went to the beta fish sections and they didn’t have a lot of water in the cup it was half full we asked twice to fill them up and they didn’t listen to us

My dog Lola Doo was very satisfied with the grooming she got here. She had her nails trimmed, and her ears cleaned, and her teeth brushed, all for the low low price of $26! She then wanted to check out all of the superhero outfits they had available in her size. Lol!

Excellent express services!!My little dog is old, he gets anxious, I mentioned it to the person who was going to be in charge of him and when he started to get nervous he called me to go get him. I felt a lot of confidence.

Awesome!! The associate whom we spoke with in regards to a dog crate was AMAZING. She provided so much information, and her knowledge truly helped us understand what type and size we need for our new addition! I wish I had gotten her name to give her credit. Thank you so much, and I definitely recommend this PetSmart store for your pets needs. 😊

DO NOT go there for veterinary services. The vet had a sarcastic attitude, and I kept trying to sell other services that I wasn't interested in. 🙃 Microchip your dog. I said no, well, if your dog ever escapes you'll never see him again. (Laughing) which I didn't appreciate the sarcasm

I was greeted when I walked in which made me feel welcomed. The store was very clean and alit of choices all around for me to choose from. Entered the salon and greeted right away and answered all questions I had and took my pet and worked on him with care, let me know when they.were done. The lines weren’t long so I could get in and out in a timely way.

My favorite PetsMart! Greeted at when you walk thru the door, helpful staff, great selection of items for your pet.And their adoption service is great...go my older tabby, George, there several years ago. He came chipped, neutered, a health checkup and had all his shots. He is a wonderful, loving, healthy, furry part of the family.

I called ahead of time because a uvb bulb that I got for my bearded dragon went out 2 days after I bought it. I didn’t have the box or receipt and I bought the original bulb in Campbell. Gilroy was the only place nearby that had the bulb in stock, Santa Cruz location kept telling me to call back later. The lady on the phone didn’t seem enthused about the exchange, but since I used my Treats account, that were able to look up the order and exchange the bulb for me. 4 stars because it’s a typical Petsmart, but the employees were able to help me exchange a product that I didn’t have the box or receipt for

Where to start. The official website for this location stated they are open until 6pm on Sundays. After arriving at the store, there are signs posted stating they are closed on Sundays. If you have a online order, to press a buzzer by the door and your order will be processed.After making a purchase for same day pickup, I walked to the door and was met by a person who was confused why a customer may be there. I showed my order number and asked to pick it up. I was told they were closed and I can come back tomorrow. After explaining that I drove almost an hour to get to this store, tomorrow was not an option for me. The employee stated they were not the manager.I asked to speak with the manager and was met with probably the most rude human I have ever dealt with. First she claimed to be the manager, but later identified herself as the leader on duty. She refused to contact the store manager or the regional manager on my behalf. After a 5 minute argument for me asking for my order to be canceled, she finally obliged. In as many steps as it would have taken to fulfill the order, she canceled it and gave me the most sarcastic response.Stay away from this store. The employees do t want to work or even treat the customers with the decency they deserve. I guess I should have thanked them for actually showing up to work, collecting a pay check and literally doing nothing.

Don't EVER book a haircut with PetSmart. I booked an appointment for a bath, full haircut, nail grind and when I went in to drop my dog off the groomer Brian said sorry it shows a bath and nail grind only. I showed them the appt I had on their app they wouldn't honor it and told originally I'd have to reschedule it and won't honor what I showed them. Brian was the groomer. Spoke with mgr and was told they could do next day but at 9am with a discount. I told them no and that I'll never go in that store ever again. This is the 2nd time this has happenned.

Kelly and Jordan were very helpful & careful today in getting the humongous fish tank I bought (125 gallons, which is 6ft long by 20in wide and weighs 200lbs) as well as the stand for it into my car. Kelly also provided some helpful advice on soaking the wood I purchased for the tank for a few weeks so as not to let tannins from the wood leach into and discolor the water. 100 out of 5 stars.

The customer service is good. Employees are friendly and try to help you as much as possible. The store needs to be remodeled. The layout seems like I am at Kmart. Product variety is like any other stores. I wished they had more local products in the clothing section. Afain6, they should renovate their layout of all their stores to make them more appealing to customers.

I'm giving this store 2 stars cause the lady that greeted me was nice. I didn't catch her name. She had blue hair. But this store lost 3 stars because the man Devin that was at the register was rude. Looked like he was having a bad day and was irritated when I asked to use a coupon. If your customer service skills are not on point then go stock a shelf.

Has a vet and groomer inside. One stop shop for your pet. Prices are a little high compared to online but sometimes it's nice to touch things prior to buying. I was able to try my Frenchies harness on before buying which was great. Clean, friendly and the kids love looking at the animals. Giving 4 stars because prices are a little higher than online
