when I was in U.S, I often go to eat there.it is about 29 years ago.i am so glad the restaurant is still there.i miss all the food i ate. i really love the taste. those are much better than foods in china town in yokohama Japan.and i still remember the smile they gave to me.i really hope i will be able to go to Georgetown and have lunch there with my u.s mother.

Good food, super friendly staff. I've been there enough times that they know my preferences (water to drink, which table I like) and get it ready sometimes even before I get in the door but definitely before I've made my first trip through the buffet. They're quick about grabbing empty plates and refilling stinks. Only downside is that there's a rather small selection at the buffet... One buffet table of salad/dessert items, one of hot stuff.

Delicious, affordabpe restaurant! The best potstickers and chow mein I've had in a very long time. My toddler loved their egg flower soup. We also tried the pineapple chicken and sweet sour pork. The staff were friendly, although very busy. It only took 15 minutes for fresh takeout food when we came back a 2nd time. We will definitely be back

I've been going to this restaurant for 15 years. Love it! The food is fresh - the cooking expert: pot stickers perfectly done, with just the right spicing and crisp edges. All the entrees I've had are excellent. And when I need comfort food, I get the won ton soup! Tasty, subtle, satisfying.

Enjoyed our meal very much, we were stuffed. Fast to seat our large group even on a very busy night. Got to try some unique entrees from the buffet and familiar ones too. Hot & Sour soup and egg flower soup was the best!

The buffet is great if you get there around 1145, the food is fresh. After a while like all Buffet's the food isn't as delightful. (Edit) they don't have the buffet any more but the food is better that way

The owners are a very nice couple and their kids help them out when they can. They have a heart for service. Too many times I have stopped in 5 minutes before closing and have never been turned away.The food is good and they are always willing to customize an order to your liking.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean surroundings. Hot & sour and egg drop soups were excellent. Most buffet items were rubbery or overdone, as if they had been in the trays too long. Dishes that should have had nuts (cashews, almonds, peanuts) had few to none.Appetizer items (egg rolls, crab triangles, etc.) were ok. I was taken there by friends who told me that the day's offerings were not up to par.

Walked in and had to seat ourselves. Hostest was counting money and didnt really seem to care we were standing in front of her waiting. Food was almost gone and was what seemed to be really old. The lady said that if I ordered off the menu I would get my food sooner but i told her i would wait for the fresh food. The food took alittle while but overall it was very good. I guess she thought that she wouldn't have many more customers but more people started coming in and the food started coming out faster. Overall 3 stars..

The food is just OK so why the 1 star review? We went there to get a takeout order and the lobby was full of people getting the food. The lobby has plastic from floor to ceiling around it so the workers are safe. There was 10 people in the small lobby with no one waring a mask, this includes kids running all around touching everything and coming within a few feet of others. They do not enforce any safe practices except for themselves behind the plastic. It is pretty obvious that they don't give a hoot about their customers , only themselves. That gets 1 star

The food was horrible we couldn't even eat it it had been it was like it had been sitting around for a while and I just called them and he hung up on me trying to tell me that it was because I ordered it at different timesI believe they make this food in advance and just when you order something they give you whatever's been sitting around for a long time they don't make it freshI am more than disappointed and he said he wouldn't remake itso I'm out the money like 40 bucks these people with these restaurants just don't seem to care about what they're serving the people that are going to their establishment it's very sadIt is more than wrong

I drive approximately 40 miles to eat at Royal Dragon because the food is always so freshly cooked. The owners and their children are all very personable. Can't wait to go again.Gg

This was our first time eating at the Royal Dragon. It starts with the young man at the register, I asked him what the buffet price was, without saying a word to me, he points to a sign over his shoulder...okaaay.The food was of poor quality. There were 3 trays where the food was dried out so badly, none of us tried it. The fried rice was NOT, it was plain, dry, nothing in it. The chow mein was chewy. There was a variety of food, but 99% of it was chicken. They only refilled the chow mein, while we were there, but most of the trays needed to be refilled. They had prawns, but there was more batter than shrimp. They had a decent salad bar, with watermelon and cantaloupe. Be careful, because they have cookies out at the beginning of the salad bar, but you have to pay extra for them, there is a sign , but only one of us actually saw it.....this is kind of tacky, because it is very easy to take a $$ cookie when it is at the buffet line. I would not recommend the buffet for dinner, we were there at 5:30 pm , the food was awful.

My favorite Chinese in the bay area is, Edna Rays and Soong Soong. I would give them 5 stars. But Royal Dragon s food is very enjoyable. I definitely will be going back. Thank you for being so yummy so far from my favorites.

Good food. Don't get mixed rice. You get 99% rice and 1% whatever else you order. So if you get shrimp rice (like I got ) you get like 5 shrimps and a ton of rice. Other than that it's good.

Great food at a great price. We had a take out order it was ready within 15 min. the price was not bad at all and the food was great and they giveyou a lot too!!!! Going back again

Let's start with how un welcome I was when I walked in the door the lady didnt say hi or even knowledge us we picked our own seat and when she did come to the table she didnt have menus so we just chose the buffet it's a small buffet we have to wait for 30 minutes or more for fresh food to be set out in the buffet area becouse all of the food was super old and dry I felt unwelcome there but after the new food finally came out the food was good I watch her literally put some of the old food with the new food and try to mix it around I watched her pick up cookies with her bare hands and put them in a to go container for a costummer that was ordering to go... it is the only Chinese restaurant near Georgetown so I wasnt surprise on how quiet it was but still they should atleast have the food be fresh I would recommend to order out or what is on the menu then the buffet

Worst food ever it was completely old and the taste is disgusting, the pork buns were raw and the beef pow fun is lathered in oil on top if you like being depressed about fishes looking sad this is the place to be
