My dog always gets scared when I take him to the grooming shop.I tried many grooming shops,butI couldn't find any place where mydog could get nail-cliping done.Therefore, I used to take him to the veterinarian hospital, but they chargeme $25 for the nail-cliping. And it was kind of expensive because my dog's nail grew very fast.Anyway, my friend recommended the PETNJOY grooming shop.Then, I took my dog to the shop andI was hoping that he wouldn't get scared.I walked inside of the pet store andIt was a small store. Grooming shopwas inside of the store.As soon as I entered the store, mydog was getting nervous. He alreadyknew that I took him there for the nail clipping. A young lady was greeted me with a great smile, and she wasfriendly and sweet to my dog.I introduced her to my dog so he would be comfortable with her.I explained to her about my dog's fear. Then, as soon as she tried to take him to the grooming shop.He refused not to go inside. I had tocalm him down, and I made him relaxby massaging his shoulder.I worried about my dog, but the ladysaid that he would be OK. And she took him inside of the shop.After that, I walked around the petstore. I really worried that he woulddo ok. The store had a variety of animals. They had the bird and fish, turtle, iguana & even snake. I was always scared of the snake, and Ididn't think that they would sell thesnake.The store was small place, but they had most of the pet products, and the price was not expensive.They carried more dog supplies than other animal supplies. Some of the products were good price.Later, I went back to the grooming shop and checked on my dog. I washoping that he was doing OK.Finally, my dog came out with a groomer. I asked her if my dog wasOK. Then, she said that he was very scared, but she managed cuttinghis nails. . Wow! I was so glad thatmy dog had nail-cliping done.I praised him by petting his head. After that, I told him that I was proud of him. Then, He showed me a great smile. I really thanked a grooming lady. I didn't think that she would doa good job because my dog alwaysget scared every time when I take him to the grooming shop.I recommend this grooming shop toeveryone because the grooming ladydoes a great job! She is friendly with the dogs, and she make them feel comfortable and relaxed. Then, she treats them with caring and soft touch.

I took my dog in for grooming and my appointment was at 9:30 so I arrived about 9:15 & it was a few others there waiting for the store to open too which was not a problem at all. We'll I went to walk my dog around the back lot so he could pee and it was like 9:35 now and the lady that works at the cashier was like we're about to open the front door but you can come on in and head to the back to the grooming area. As I walked back there this other older lady was like why are you back here, we don't open til 9:30 & I was like excuse me but the lady in the front told me to come in and it's 9:40. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth and was saying something in Spanish. I was like lady I can go somewhere else because what's the attitude for? She was very rude and I will NEVER EVER come back to this place and none of my friends either!!

A truly legit LFS that's no fluff and no hassle. The staff are friendly and their fish tanks look clean. The pricing on their equipment is affordable and I recommend to purchase them here vs big-box store. Waze will send you a mile down the road so I'm glad they answered the phone to clarify their location.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. They were very knowledgeable about their items. It is a mom and pop place so their prices are a little expensive, but they do what they have to to stay in business.

It's clean, service is OK depending who helps you, some times they aren't having a great day and might be not be too welcoming. Things and pets are are a Lil more expensive than competition. For example feeders have a minimum purchase and you might not need all. Parking is big front and back but you do run into confrontation with other people Parking for the hospital next door!

The groomer did an excellent job of washing and trimming both my dog and my partners dog, who needed a major shave down after being infested with fleas smh. The treatment worked, and it doesn't break our pockets. The dogs smelled beautifully for a week, but their coats continued being very soft for two weeks. The boy dog looked completely different. He was almost bald after being very furry. She did an excellent job, and it was hilarious. I almost didn't recognize him. She deserved the tip!

They have a vast majority of necessities for all kinds of pets with convenient hours and a nice location. Employees were very accommodating and helpful when I needed to be notified for a certain shipment of fish, they offered to get my name and personally call me when they had what I wanted. So kind and convenient! My fish from here are doing great and they have excellent driftwood!

My dogs take every vaccine and medicines at this shop.Supportive and trustworthy.They helped me a lot when my dog got distemper. She was almost dying at that time, but cured even though she had some after effects. VET wasn't that helpful.

Me and My Dad have been coming over here for years now. Always great staff and love to bring my dogs in there lol. Recently got this because my dogs back was scraping and peeling off really bad but in the matter of 1-2 weeks it already looks much better, and removed all the bumps and his back is still on its way to recovery, but I feel better knowing that it actually works. Even used a tiny bit on my cat. Worked too. Definitely a must to come here often!!!

I went there to ask about my dog losing his hair around his elbows and knees they offered me a organic saave to rub on him that was all natural and was safe incase he lacks it, it was made from lavender, eucalyptus and chamomile.... it stopped the redness and now waiting for his hair to grow back...

I'm a woman but I've been coming here for years and for some reason the male staff are always friendly and the woman are very curt. I hate to say things about like this but it's often true here. I'm a very friendly outgoing person and make small talk with all the ladies often just don't seem happy. But I love the prices and most of the staff is very helpful.

everytime i go to pet n joy esther, sam and leslie are always so helpful, have great attitude and great customer service. i have hamsters and a turtle and i can always find everything i need because of them. they give good recommendations on food, aspen, treats, and accessories. these ladies are very reliable to me and i feel comfortable buying from here because i know they want whats best for my pets.

The guy called Eeik came out to house. He was nice an a good worker he told me a lot about the tank and how I can keep it looking good for $120 to clean my tankat this time I cannot do it so when they have this program for someone to come and clean your tank and let you know what are you doing right and what you’re doing wrong and how you can keep your aquarium up working in good standards That is good for me. I will not call him every month to clean my tank but every other month to clean my tank. but just say the drawback. Who is the skinny overall I have 150 foot water hose and they couldn’t get the concept of if you have a 50 foot or some thing to set the water out and put this water in my brother remove part of my screen from the window is cracked now and I have to get a new screen not liking it. How much would that be but it was some semi repaired but if I have to do it again, he will go through my back door and avoid that problem but he’s a good worker he clean up after himself, and he came and help. I like that and he stayed in one place they did not walk around the house.

I took my dogs to get vaccinated and those people are very rude they didn't explain me what kind of vaccines my dog needed.. They put the corona virus vaccine with out telling me or asking me. corona virus vaccine is optional and is not a law for my dogs to have my dogs had a very bad reaction after the vaccine.. never going back!! Any body know we're can I Report this incident?

wish there was another pet store near my area because this place ive been going for years since i was kid but over time i see how wack there customer service is for some reason they have a lot of employees working but they will have you just standing there needing assistance for 10mins or more for just a mice but there either talking to one another and stocking but choose not come up and check if you've been assisted 😒
