This place was pretty good. Owner (I assume) will work with you on prices. Got a beautiful 3.5 inch yellow lab and 4in OB peacock for $15 and $25. They look brilliant. Just got home but if these guys stay healthy, I’ll be driving out to this place all the time.

Returned the two feeder fishes we received for free over one year ago when husband bought aquatic water plants for the newly set up outside container pond. Tropical Fish World took back the fishes no questions asked. It was tough but we were moving to another state with desert environment. No one we knew wanted the fishes. So glad this was an option instead of abandoning them. Will miss their playful and food-seeking behavior. Felt like we were fish foster parents. Hopefully, they'll find another good home soon.

It was great! The owners are really nice. I got a few plants and my 6 female halfmoon bettas from there. They are so pretty♡. They are acclimated and enjoying their new tank!♡😁I recommend this place. 🐠

This place is amazing! They have beautiful bettas, like the one I posted a picture about, for only $6.00, which is an amazing price to me. The owner is also very nice and helped me manage my ich outbreak.

I came in and asked what kind of tank I should get for my gold fish, he sold me a tank with a built in filter. And 2 days later 2 my fish died from exhaustion because the filter was too strong. So I came in, and told him my situation before I could even finish my situation he started saying that they died from disease and were too weak. I just wanted to trade my fish tank to one that the filter was not built in filter. He wouldn't even offer any other solution. Would hardly even let me speak. Do not come here for advice or suggestions.

They have a great selection of fresh/saltwater fish, betta fish and a selection shrimp (sometimes frogs). They have a good assortment of freshwater plants and live rocks for freshwater/saltwater tanks as well as substrate for shrimp and fish tanks. Good selection of tanks; filters, driftwood, medicines, filter medias, water testing kits, air stones, decorative bubble stone toys and food for fish/turtles. The manager is really friendly and provides great prices and is very informative about their fish selection, doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need and helps with any general questions or concerns regarding the care for the fish you purchase if you have no prior knowledge.

I was browsing around for the Kessil light for awhile. And I almost bought them from Marine Depot but luckily this store has them on sale and saved me 5 dollars. They have a ton of stuff that most fish stores wouldn't carry. Here is why I gave them 4 stars, I have had bad experience with their stem plants in the past, most of them just died out on me for the first week. I recommend that you buy the pot ones, it's abit pricy but you won't regret it later. Overall staff and services are good,so come on by and check them out don't just read people negative feedbacks.

Good price on the goldfish better than most places. Good price on mealworms $5 for 100. They have aquarium rocks as well different colors and types starting at 6 bucks for 5 lbs.

The store is on the lower caliber of local fish stores. The prices are pretty good though. You can find a few diamonds in the rough if you know what you are looking at. The store owner does not seem to happy to be there which rubs off onto the tank maintenance and health of the fish.

Quaint store that doesn’t look like much from the outside, and doesn’t look like much on the inside either. The selection of fish is somewhat limited but the quality is excellent. I’ve had 0% attrition from the livestock that I purchased from this store.The tanks look dirty because there’s some staining on the outsides, but if you observe closely the insides of the tanks are immaculate.The prices here are also much lower than its competitors.I don’t think the older gentleman is much of a conversationalist. Limit your interaction with him to “I want x number of y fish” and you’ll be fine.

Take A Drive To A Better Store.I came out here to check out some fish for my girlfriend. Her pump had broke and unfortunately, her fish did not survive. We decided to come back to this place and was treated very rudely by the owner of the store. I felt sorry for his son's which he would drag off and force them to go to customers to ask them for things.I really don't think he knows how to run a business. The pricing is written on masking tape and the tanks are not very well kept. The selection of fish is also has something to be said about.All in all, there are many other locations out there that have a better buying experience than this location. Save your $ and your time.

If I had wrote this review a week earlier, this review would be much different as this place has been a great shop to look for fishes. However, that has changed over my latest visit. Yes, this shop has excellent prices, but I can drive a little further and get similar prices. But, shopping here recently has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was looking for a schooling fish to add to my tank and well I'd like to preserve a certain look to my tank which might make me a little picky on which fish I would like out of the tank. I let the person who was helping me first know and he was about to let me, though I was a little uncomfortable to begin with, but the older man there stopped him and then proceeded to treat me rudely. I'm sorry if I'm going to be picky, but these are going to be my fish that I will be displaying. I want to pick certain ones. Ones with better colors and didn't want to get the one fish that wasn't even the same kind of fish. Some were larger(which is what I really wanted so I can mix up my tank a bit as all the others have been smaller) and some were smaller, which I didn't really want. I'm just going to drive a little bit further going forward and go to the place that has the same price on their fish and treated me like a customer they'd want to keep. Heck, the other place even helped me out when I was shipping out some snails to another person. This place would probably chase me out with a broom.On a side note, the older lady that is normally there has been awesome and is very personable and if I ever go back, I will only be dealing with her.

Been coming here for 8 years plus but recently I got a new tank so I been coming here every Saturday for the last month. Bought 3 fish today and 30mins later 2/3 are dead. Call him and asked me nicely can I get another fish and he is like no. Absolutely LOVE this store. The owners are awesome and very helpful. They have EVERYTHING you need and if they don't have it, no problem with ordering. We happened to be in town and decided to look around. I will drive the 3 hours to continue coming to this store.

By far the best guppy selection by far. You can get adult for 1.99, guppy fry 12 for $1, and pretty junior guppy that are still growing for 99 cent. If you a guppy lover. This is your place for good price.

The place is small, and they don't have a large selection of fishes, per se, but what they do have looks healthy and is not expensive. I bought a tiny Betta that is very healthy. All of their Betta's looked healthy and were active.

Came to get $10 worth of feeders and was not disappointed...store did smell like mold but I think that is because of all the tanks and the poor ventilation of the building. Overall great little place for goldfish

There are lots of fish selections, but the owner chased the fish with his hand and pinned it with his palm again the tank. He slowly grabbed it with his two fingers and quickly shoved it into a container and bagged it in an orange plastic bag. It was injured, but I could not see it until I brought it home. The man does not care about the fish but to sell it. I kept asking for more water for the fish, but he kept repeating, "They don't care." Later on another day, I asked him kindly not to catch the fish with his bear hand; he told me to go buy it somewhere else. His manner was so astounding.
