I went here to buy a vavarium for some dart frogs I was buying. Both David and Gabi did a great job in customizing the enclosure. I ended up buying 2 more vavariums which they also customized for me and both me and the frogs couldn't be happier. There are very few places you can go to buy ready made vavariums and to be able to customize them is a big added plus. Outstanding customer service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Went here to buy a leopard gecko and terrarium setup. The employees were well versed and very personable. They were patient with me and educated me on so much information. When we got food for our lizard, they gave us complementary crickets as well! I wish they had more items for terrariums, but they had a great selection of lizards and crickets.

Gaby and Danny were very helpful and knowledgeable of their reptiles. I learned more from this store than others my boyfriend and I had visited. They had really nice colored bearded(healthy)dragons and reasonable pricing compared to other stores wanted more $ for same look. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for your new reptile buddy.

I have been going here since 2018, Carlos is very professional, respectful and attentive to reptile needs. Sometimes it’s busy, I wish there were more live feeders. We love our corn-snakes and bearded dragons. Great staff overall, better then petco, & petsmart.

This store is well-stocked with reptile foods, heating, lighting, thermostats, enclosures, live plants, hide caves, tunnels, and substrates. The animals are well cared for and healthy. There are also amphibians, isopods, and jumping spiders. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I really like them; very nice people!

Small, smartly-organized space dedicated to reptile & amphibian sale, care, & products.Feed & merchandise is clean & fairly priced.Animal enclosures are spacious, superbly decorated & maintained, especially the terrariums. Beautiful to admire.All living creatures (reptiles, amphibians, plants, arthropods, etc) appeared healthy, well-fed & alert. Saw some chameleons, monitors, bearded dragons, skinks, incredible tree frogs & more.Staffing seems like knowledgeable, enthusiasts of herpetoculture. We need more supporters of this caliber.

This small charming location is great for food purchase. I buy super worms for my bearded dragon. They have great healthy worms at great prices. The store has different and rare reptiles to adopt or to ogle at. They sell bulbs and other supplies. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Question: I sometimes Find Injured reptiles from time to time, and I was wondering if I take a reptile here. Will they be able to take it off my hands and nurse it back to health? I feel that a proffesional can do a better job than what I've been doing.I'll update my review to 5 stars once this question gets answered :)

Staffs fine, clean well kept animals however there is a lot of wild caught individuals which is really not a great practice to get healthy pets without parasites and diseases.

Reptile Factory Riverside was so helpful when it came to helping me pick my new beardie! They texted me pictures of a few options since i'm not local and then they transferred my new baby to a closer location in just a couple of days. Employees at Riverside and Garden Grove were super nice and very helpful!

The store's kinda small but they do have a good selection of snake accessories. Plus they have feeder mice. I was hoping to see a bigger selection of snakes, but overall, not too bad.

The people who work here are incredibly nice and helpful. I got a jumping spider from a breeder and had no idea how to care for it. The people here talked me through the best enclosure set up, feeding, and what time generally expect. Very kind. Great place. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best experience a first-time reptile owner can ask for. My girlfriend and I walked into the shop in search of our first reptile, and the employees we're the absolute best. We saw our new pet behind a glass enclosure and after picking him we we're educated, and properly informed on how to care and watch out for our new friend. We bought an entire new setup for our Citrus Bearded Dragon, and they we're kind enough to set up the tank for us, get the proper lighting ready, and all this for an incredible price. Its been 2 days since we brought him home and i couldn't be happier with my experience, my girlfriend and I are absolutely stoked with our new pet and the entire experience at the Reptile Factory. 10/10 would recommend this shop.

I just wanted to start off by saying this place went beyond my expectations.They had a wide selection of reptiles to choose from as well as the necessities for them. Not only that, but all enclosures were kept very clean and nice - they were so realistic & mimicked their habitat.The customer service was AMAZING. Every staff member I talked to was very knowledgeable and seemed to care about all reptiles. They helped me a lot when I bought my first spider & were very generous. I also received a lot of good advice & they really took their time helping me.I’m not well versed on reptile pricing, but it seemed moderate. I have no complaints!

Staff have lots experiences and they are willing to answer all of your questions. Pricing for their pets and items are higher than the other stores, even online such as Amazon. I extremely hate it when staff and guests chit chat way too damn much and waisting my time. Overall nice place and great costumer service.
