Ally really took her time and understanding with my previously abused dog. Jocelyn also works on my other previously traumatized dog. 10/10 for me!

Jacky groomed my cattle dog yesterday and hands down the best ever! Her nails...beautifully grinded! Her coat...sparkling! Even my husband commented on how nice she looked and felt. Now he wants her to go more frequently...yay!!! So happy!!!

Got chihuahua puppies and needed stuff to start off. Signed up for a membership knowing I'll be coming back frequently and ended up getting charged double for my first purchase. Returned the next day and it got fixed right away. Employees were kind and professional. I recommend for general pet supplies.Update: come here every couple months to take my girls for a haircut and anti-flea/tick bath. Great experience so far with nice, friendly staff and reasonable prices for the kind of work.

No trimming dog nails. I checked and told them, the answer is dog keep rolling up and didnt let tech touch her nails. I wondered, how come a technician in the other place can trim my dog nails, but tech in here cant do it? And i also doubt, cleaning teeth for my dog may be a too difficult job?Didnt trim my dog nails, but still charged in full. Unbelievable. Worser than a thief. Never ever coming back.

the lady who groomed my puppy was great I just wish she cleaned the crease above his nose, knowing that's one of the main areas to clean for his breed... also I really don't think its necessary they clean my dog for almost 4 hours..... overall great experience, it was our first time at pet smart getting a bath but I will be trying it out again soon!

I was creeped out by one of the associates and left. All of them had pink or green hair and a fake demeanor. I know it's just a pet store, but they could have been a bit more professional.

As far as the supplies and cleanliness goes they are really good. As far as the animals,(reptiles) the staff have no clue on how to take care of them. I swore one of the Geckos was no longer alive and the clerk informed me that yes it was, and she had to force feed him earlier. If she did or not, who knows, but once again, to many animals and not enough space.

Get our kids some cat food,dry and wet and cat litter and maybe a toy if we have enough money, I like to go look at the aquarium , they have a lot of different fishes and cat to adopt, the employees are very friendly and helpful, they have a reward points program where you get discounts ! comes in pretty handy

staff needs to pay more attention to the animals they have living there... aka fish, reptiles, birds, and pocket pets.. I love coming here with the great deals, but it gets depressing when you find a few dead fish or ones that seem sick... I asked if they check the pets to make sure they are not sick or dead and was basically lied to lol she said yes we should be doing this every morning (should) this guy seemed either blind or idk (correct me if im wrong im not a fish expert) but when I put my hand close to his cup he didn't back away told the staff to check that because God only knows he'll either be ignored or bought by somone who will be disappointed... put more training into your staff as well as the facility... what's the point in buying a pet here if it will get sick quickly... if anything they should stuck to just selling items and not smaller animals they can't seem to maintain.. they are better off not suffering to either be left there to die or tossed out (pocket pets)..

Took my fur baby for a spa treatment again. I love the ladies there who take care of my precious baby. My dog is always happy to go there and that shows me that the staff is exceptional and they care for the animals. I recommend this location! ♥️

They booked my two dogs for grooming on. different days so I hauled in my two 75lb dogs while 39 weeks pregnant for nothing. Not my idea of a fun day, and the lady was rude about it. They were my go to for grooming out of convenience, but this is hardly convenient and we won’t be back.

I just wanted to share my experience that I had at PetSmart with Monet! Every time I visit this location she goes above and beyond to help me find exactly what I'm looking for and to let me know about deals that are going on and also clearance items that I may be interested in. She does an amazing job there at PetSmart and I can't thank her enough for always taking care of me when she notices that I'm there. She's always got a smile on her face and always seems like she's very hard at work. Thank you PetSmart for the great experience!

Great place to shop. All I need is there and the store is as clean as a hospital. The best part is the great helpful staff. One person in particular, don't know his name but wears a bandana and has tattoos. He went beyond so I could find my items and had a professional attitude. Very pleased with my first time visit.

Probably one of the best Petsmart I've been to. Staff is friendly and welcoming when you step into the store. Also very helping when in need of assistance. They have a good amount of stock through out the store. Will be coming back to this store location.

The only good thing about this place is the Cashier lady that helps me out when I used to come here...Wanted to buy 2 fishes they said i have to have a 20gallon tank thats what i call upselling for profit...You claim to be pet friendly when you have contaminated minnows just waiting to die...Im over it Petdumb

I love how easy it is to shop here. Even during certain brand shortages on cat food, this location is stocked with at least one for my household. It's always clean and I appreciate the consistent hello from workers.

PetSmart is clean. Has a good amount of pet food varieties. They also have a cat adoption center. The cats are from local rescues. The staff is friendly and give great suggestions on foods for my cats.

Staff are very nice and fairly knowledgeable on the aquatic, amphibian and reptilian animals they sell, though this knowledge varies from staff to staff. The store is also pretty clean and organised especially the pet enclosures, when asked Ive been told by multiple staff that their fish were also treated with Ich-X, including their feeder comet goldfish and rosy red minnows which was very nice to hear. In the far right of the store is a wonderful wall of adorable cats that get human contact from staff and volunteers every day, which is always heartwarming to see. I only give 4 stars however for the occasional animal health oversights, mainly the bettas as not all of them get their water cleaned as they should. This one poor glo-betta was in the FILTHIEST water it was very heart breaking, I was there last week and saw it again even. I brought him and another to staff though and they were taken to have their cups cleaned. This and other mistakes like it while not hard to make are still also unacceptable given that these are all living animals put into their care.
