I am glad that I ordered the product directly through the Dogtra website as I trusted that I was receiving the product and that it was guaranteed to arrive on time and work as described. I feel like if there were to be any issues, that I would be able to reach out to their customer service team and that they'd actually provide assistance.

We ordered a collar and paid for it. A year later they’re trying to email me and tell me the transaction didnt go through. Yet we literally couldn’t order it until it was paid for. This place is sketchy and scammy. No thanks.

I have a simple problem with the collar where the charger has to be jiggled around to get it to charge. I called hoping for some quick technical support but the only option is to mail it in. When I asked if I could just speak with someone for some quick technical advice she chuckled and said "oh no".I'll replace it with another brand.

Placed an order a month ago and no one cared to tell me they didn't have it in stock until I called. It then took another 4 phone calls to finally get an alternative remote sent out. Friendly people but very poor follow up and would not expedite shipping for me. Hopefully I actually get my order this time.
