This is my local store, but I only go here for emergencies. They're about $2-10 overpriced on some items and don't have Raw. It always smells like the dog wash they have inside. For the average dog parent, this store is amazing. They do have variety, mostly friendly staff, & a good selection of vitamins/holistic pet supplements.

Such a Gem!!!! Our pets are their priority! I’ve been going to collar and leash for a long time I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review. Starting with their knowledgeable staff who are so well versed with different animals including a rage from dogs and cats to reptiles and amphibians, no one knows better! They have an amazing selection of products from food to dog Halloween costumes their nothing they don’t have. When I leave I genuinely know they really care about my pets health starting with the quality of their food. They are committed to offering the best food for our babies which affects their entire health! Rarely do I find a shop so fiercely dedicated and committed to helping animals in so many different ways! They have grooming, they helped my friend find quality food for her cat who had kidney issues, they have people in relation to the shop who have natural and holistic healing modalities to help treat your pets ailments, and at Christmas Santa takes a picture with my fur babies ❤️ . They’ve also held pet fairs at the shop with different vendors that can talk to you about the benefits that their un adulterated product have to offer. I am so lucky to have found this Gem. The manager Matt always helps me out and has a super friendly demeanour and a great smile 😉. Shop collar and leash and you won’t regret it. Best decision I’ve ever made for my babies 🐱

Love this place so much. the whole staff are sweet and kind and really know what they are talking about I use to shop here alot but unfortunately moved an hr away .today I drove an hr to pick up a specific item that I couldn't find no where else the gal had set it aside for me so I was in and out. I have been grabbing food from here for over 6 months I want to say and it's very convenient.The food options are perfect for what my 2 dogs needs, I've gone through so many dog foods from petco/petsmart but they just aren't as good as here ! ( firstly they don't sell it there )I've had to exchange a bag here before and it was easy to do so, I'm always quickly in and out knowing what I need to grab here.They have a good rewards program when you put your number in !

Last minute called in they had openings for walk-ins. Service was great. Employees were respectable and professional. Outstanding service. My dog's first timer came out well behaved. Groomers know what they were doing. The price was good for the service they provided. I highly recommend.Taking my second dog.

Staff is so friendly and helpful, I took both of my cats Pringle and Pretzel in for flea bath and had their nails clipped. I was very pleased with the service my cats got. Definitely will be back. Thank you! :)

I love this place, everyone so knowledgeable, friendly and kind with compassion for animals than any other Vet that I knew. Especially Debbie and Shelly are such animals lover. I took my baby Porky here for treatment. Debbie take such a good care of him until his last day. Now we got two new babies. We still coming here for anything that we need. They everything that you need for your fur friends with a great price. I highly recommended this place for your pets.

We always have a great experience here, 10+ years. This shop is a true gem. The groomers and staff remember our dog and always handle her with visible care. We love supporting small business owners whenever possible and can't recommend it enough. Grooming prices are beyond fair, so please tip well.

Great place to take your pets. Wonderful staff, the owner is the "Bomb". She brings the happiness and love to the place. I've been going there for well over 10 years. So I speak from my own experience. They also have a "Wellness Care Physician on site. She is very patient and knowledgeable as well.

Very wonderful staff, were able to accommodate us for a walk-in bath and haircut! This was my dog's first time going to a groomers so she was very anxious but the staff was able to take great care of her! They also provided food samples for my dog to try. Highly recommend.

Best pet store hands down. Amazing staff both in the shop and the grooming area! Everyone is super knowledgeable about the products they carry and the latest info on keeping our furry friends healthy. Everyone that I've spoken to has gone out of their way to help me with my questions and even help me find answers that may not include purchasing from their store. They truly care about the health and happiness of the animals that come in and it shows. One of the grooming staff even showed me how to cut my dogs nails and was so helpful in teaching me the proper way to hold my dog and use the tools. SUPER APPRECIATED. They also have a wide variety of organic/natural/healthy pet foods in every kind of medium from canned to frozen, from kibble to freeze dried. Love this store and super grateful to have discovered it.

I have been a customer for the grooming salon for about 4 years and always had good service. I thought of them as 5 star until my appointment for grooming was overlooked. I was told the new groomer was booked up for a month or so and nothing available. I was very disappointed and had to find somewhere else to take my dog.

I would definitely return! One of the ladies help me chose a brand of dog food and supply me with samples! I explain to her the situation my husky was having and she was very helpful. As I was checking out the gentlemen was very friendly and we had a good conversation . I would definitely come back to support their business! This place is amazing. The owner loves animals and treats yours as if it's one of her own. She knows her stuff. She always takes her time with you to answer all questions and remembers my baby by her name. Love this place. The groomers are amazing and work so hard. Love how they handle my cats. I have been coming here for years. Their grooming prices are great. Especially for kitties, it's almost always more expensive for cats at other places. The staff is awesome and genuinely friendly and seem to love what they do!

This is the most awesome place in all of Orange County to get your pet supplies. I have affordable high-end food and treats for your animals. I get my Fromm from here and it's cheaper here than on even Amazon. The staff is friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. You can also get your dog groomed here. I would recommend this place for anyone that has any questions regarding the wellness or taking care of your animal.thank you collar and leash for helping me keep my 14 year old dog running around like a puppy.

It doesn't get any better than this Pet store. Small store not like the big ones but has so much more in quality and definately something different. Great service. The owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have learned more from them than the vet many times. Great choices in healthy foods for your pets. A unique place. They also do grooming. Seriously...go there and check it out. You will be glad you did.

Absolutely will never get my pet supplies anywhere else! I just stopped by to get a can of cat food and not only did these lovely ladies inform me of the diets best suitable for my pets but they gave us samples to test out which flavors my kitties would like from the entire brand. They made us feel welcomed and have customer service like no other!

Such personal attention! They helped me with several issues I am having with my dog. The owner made a real effort to explain things carefully and even gave me several samples of special foods I can try. I had been driving many miles away to get good quality dog food. It is great to know we have such an awesome shop right here locally!!

Not sure how I feel about this place. They are very knowledgeable about what's good for the overall health of your pet and the return warranty on food is good. The customer service though, for me at least, could have been better. They were a bit rude when I went in to do a return so I don't think I'll be back.

I’ve been coming here for almost a month now n Debbie who’s very knowledgeable about my baby condition has been giving therapy to my Pug who’s back leg has been dragging n he can’t walk on his own, she takes good care of my baby like if he was her own, she always makes him feel so comfortable, he loves her, all the staff are very friendly especially Shelly, she is the sweetest person n is always available to help you in any way she can, she loves my Tobey. Today is the second time the cats have had nail trims at Collar and Leash pet shop. There was a constant stream of locals lining up to buy food, wellness products and getting information about new family pets. I am very happy with the professionalism of the employees.
