As a spark driver it would really help and save us time and possibly late deliveries if the pickers/selectors would bag the groceries as they pick. 02/23/2024 today I was told that the new Mgr of this store is no longer bagging single items that are part of multi delivery batches. Due to trying to save costs. Now the customers don't want their items left out in the open where anyone can see what it is they have purchased. And for good reason. It will get stolen!! DUH!!! now this will also affect drivers that deliver their merchandise the tips because customers will take this out on them, not realizing that the drivers have nothing to do with this. Pls for the sake of laziness and rather than putting out quantity over quality please stop doing this. This isn't right to the customers or the delivery drivers. And pls stop with the not bagging of items either. Why should this stuff be touched more than needed. Selector/picker put it in the bag so it doesn't have to handles one or 2 more times. Walmart seriously u should care a little more than this.

The hot foods Grab n Go by self checkout needs to be out and ready by 7-8. Other stores are on top of this. Also, no protein drinks by self checkout. That’s breakfast for me most days. One star just for that. Have more variety up front.

I when in this store looking for French Vanilla Cappuccino the store had none on the shelf . In the coffee area looked like walmart is cutting back on their store brands . I was able to complete the remaining of my shopping . The is clean and well lite the staff was very helpful .

Pharmacy personnel was great. Store is clean. Checking out went fairly quickly, even though it was 2 days before Christmas. Very good experience.

Expectations for any WM are not real high, but I needed something from a locked case, waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to show up and open it. A WM person told me one person had a key. Management of that store is a shoddy joke.

I did an online order and all my items gave me the option o select “best match, or select a substitution”. When my shopper when to check out they pulled my item out and would not let him buy it because it’s not allowed to be substitute. When I called to ask why they refused to help and would talk over me. This will be my last time supporting my local store . It’s a shame how their employees do not help or listen to the customers anymore

I’m not one to ever care enough to post reviews, but man this has my blood boiling. Got harassed by the lady checking receipts at the door because I had to bring my small dog with me and forgot a towel or padding to put down in the cart to protect her feet. I thought well shoot this will only take me a couple minutes, I only need fruit, it’s better than leaving her in the hot car. The receipt checker (middle aged white lady, short hair, probably has skin cancer on her nose that should be checked out honestly) was incredibly rude and told me off. I am an animal lover, I like them more than most humans, so I’d understand if she had come to me more kindly and said that she wanted to recommend I bring a towel to protect my dog’s feet. So now here I am, deer in headlights feeling embarrassed at being called out loudly in front of everyone, have to go buy a towel to put under her feet in the cart. As I’m leaving after paying, this lady walks toward my cart with a condescending smile EXAMINING my dog to see if I had listened to her. She then said something sassy like “there you go much better.” At this point I was fuming, so I said “good enough for you?” She then followed me out of the store shouting after me saying that I better keep bringing a barrier for my dog’s feet. What would have been an under 5 minute shopping trip turned into this drama because the receipt lady doesn’t know how to speak to people. Very high and mighty attitude for something that would’ve otherwise been a well-meaning piece of advice. I guess this was my first interaction with a real life Karen. Incredibly rude woman that probably enjoys her fake power trip.

department manager Josh Wilson was great. very helpful and courteous! They have a new key cutting machine that made new key perfectly! The store and bathrooms are always clean. Much better than most other walmarts!

Unfortunately, today I experienced a manager being highly confrontational and degrading to employees in the beer isle. I did not get the managers name, he seemed to be on an ego high and kept harassing them. As a shopper it made for a VERY uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. This really should be addressed. Not sure if the guy was just having a bad day but I will not be bringing my children or any of my family back to this Walmart anytime in the foreseeable future. No excuse to be talking to other humans in that manner. 👎🏼👎🏼

Hire some cashiers if you’re so worried about stealing. To be hassled at the door over a TEN dollar item is ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal customer for YEARS. I’m a manager myself in fast food. Over an item I forgot ya all wanna harass me and try to ban me for a simple mistake. I have a baby at home who needed milk, I’ve been without power for days. And ya all profiled me and jump in front of my cart and grab it while immediately accusing me of stealing just because I was in a rush. Given I forgot an item but if I was gonna steal it on purpose would I really be willing to give it back? No. I would’ve left through the back or by the fire exits if I was purposely stealing. Do better and hire some cashiers so this isn’t as much a problem instead of having a lady hassle me and yank my receipt outta my hand. I have NEVER forgotten an item like I did today, been going to this Walmart literally since it opened. Shame ya all can’t just hire a few extra cashiers and stop hiring people who are gonna hassle you at the door. If I hadn’t forgotten anything, I would’ve been harassed just cuz I didn’t have time to stop and wait 5-10 minutes for someone to look over my receipt. Let that sink in Walmart. Do better. Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option.

I purchased an online order for pick up. Several times in the past I’ve gone in there and picked up my order in store due to the fact I am legally blind and I travel there by bus back-and-forth. The majority of the time a supervisor in the pick up has accommodated me for those reasons and I do not have to walk all the way around the building which I was not accustomed to to pick up my order especially with not having a vehicle to park in a space. Yesterday on November 21, 2022 I went to pick an order up there and I was rudely told by one of the female employees that I could not pick it up in the back that they do not do that which is not true they have accommodated me in the past for being disabled. They refused to give me my order and I said no problem I will cancel it I did and I walked out. I understand they have policies for online order pick up on the side of the building but when a person comes in on a bus or is disabled blind etc. they really need to start accommodating those people. Not every situation is the same. The employee did not go out of her way to even ask what the reason was that I was there for in-store pick up nor did she get permission to give me the order by a manager or supervisor which she could’ve easily done. I do shop at Galt Walmart a lot because that’s where the bus from where I live 45 minutes away it goes. But I will not be doing that anymore.

Too many unstocked shelves and way too crowded in aisles and registers both!Groceries delivered multiple times were far out of date..To get a refund you have to go to the store which destroys the reason we pay for delivery in the 1st place!!

I am traveling and i stopped to do some shopping, the store and bathrooms were very clean, i was looking for panettone with dried fruits and i could not find only chocolate, most of the stuff in clearance did not have prices and these two workers i did not get their name one was African American and he was helping me to scan the items, he was so kind and the other worker with a beard they were working by garden they help me for couple minutes, God Bless them good attitude and they did no get annoyed by me, and when i was at the self checkout ringing my items he show up with the only panettone with fruits left,that was amazing the worker with the beard( i am sorry i couldn't remember your names )i just had chemo couple days ago and i have foggy brain, Thank you for your kindness, very nice associates🙏👍

I was disappointed by an Associate at the check out area. She was had an attitude , regarding her handling the bags. When I told her , I didn't need 2 bags. charging me .20 cents . There were only medium sizes merchandises i purchased.She immediately transferred 2 items from one bag to the other., making into one bag. I told her that i ve already paid for the two bags. She said I will return to you a dime., with an attitude. What I was expecting her to do was to say for an apology, but her mood & expressions showed negativity.I remember she was the same associate who checked out the merchandise I bought , overcharging me . There were only 3 bags used to accommodate my purchase but when I went over my receipt at home, she charged me for 6 bags (60 cents instead of 30 cents).It was not practical for me to drive back and make a complaint at the customer service department.Her name is MELISSA , a semi Caucasian woman.What I expected for Melissa to do her best to render at least a good customer service to all with a smile maybe & not an stern look. I don't expect an excellent customer service but at least an accommodating attitude.Honestly , I go to Walmart twice a week to purchase all grocery items, needed for my my family , since the location of the store is so near to my house...I have already spent thousands of my money at this store , had been buying since the store was opened.
