TERRIBLE self check out the woman working there was very rude I was there on 3/13/24 at 9:30 am she ignored us when we asked for help 2 days ago the same staff member was rude she wasn’t wearing a name tag and left in the middle of helping us another woman ended up helping us 👎🏼👎🏼

terrible meat. got sick once last week and this week opened the steak package and it stunk bad. returned it and manager didn’t even seem to care. the meat discoloration shows they freeze their meat, then defrost to sell, so don’t re freeze it again. bad stuff.

The store itself is nice. It is always clean and pretty well stocked on most things. However I have been disappointed by the produce a few times and also the prices here are bit higher than other stores for some things.Their meat department is pretty good, I have always gotten decent meat at decent prices. I have mostly only bought their boneless ribeyes and boneless pork chops and both have been good.

I had made 2 trips this day and had the same young man as a checker he was so polite and his smile made my day today so if the managers read this, this young man has wonderful customer service he even remember the first trip I made was for treats for my daughter's class and I forgot some things this time had my daughter with me and wonderful that he remembered and wished her a happy birthday wonderful job today excellent you have a very happy customer today .

Have this store one star because there isn't an option to go lower. There are several reasons this store is rated so low. There's not enough baggers for the prices you pay. Went to deli and was told the cheese slicer was being sanitized. I asked if I could return when it was done in 15 minutes. When I returned they were telling me at 6pm the slicer was down for the evening. I know the deli doesn't close at that time. When I get home and look at my cheese it's all slopped together and stuck. Honestly I could and will go to Wal-Mart where the chesses are less expensive and the customer service is superior compared to raleys. This store has gone down hill the workers don't seem to have good morales about working there. Surprised this store is still in business.

This store has really gone downhill! There's a very strange clerk Naomi, she was very creepy asked me lots of inappropriate questions while checking me out. Definitely will avoid being in her check out line in the future. Also the deli didn't cut cheese properly. Better service at Walmart.... Pathetic

I shop here almost everyday because of the fresh produce but I honestly think the customer service could improve. A few of the cashiers are rude especially at self checkout. I do like the store. I just think some of the employees need more training in customer service.

Raley's and Bel Aire Markets are consistently well-maintained, with coordinated decor themes. It makes going to the store fun. The produce section is in a class of it's own. Other stores don't compare in quality of produce, selection and lay out. The staff are very friendly, attentive, ready to assist. Worth the extra cost for the over-the-top shopping experience. You can always get a fresh cup of coffee and pastry, and their deli section is fantastic!

Great store. I love the employees as much as I love their unbelievably fresh produce and over the top bakery. Wish they carried some more vegan options Miyoko's smoked mozzarella - beyond or impossible burgers and JUST brand mayonnaise to mention a few. But other than that they're doing a great job in our tiny little town.

Excellent clean and well stocked store. Deli and other areas well organized. Bakery cakes and other items well organized. All areas have excellent customer service.Only disappointment is pre wrapped donuts that taste worse than three day old donuts. Your better off to buy the hostess or other store donuts.Your fresh donuts have always been the best in any town in any Bay Area location, and I’ve purchased many dozens for meeting snd family gatherings.So glad they can still be pre-ordered by the dozen.

Not great. NEVER friendly. I always get the same guy at checkout that seems so annoyed that I have kids. I sometimes need to make a quick trip but leave wondering why I ever went back. It is clean and there is rarely a long line, not many customers.

We were traveling, and were in the Comfort inn, which is conveniently close (quick walk) to Raley's. The store is very nice, and extremely clean.I am not familiar with Raley's, so I needed some help, one employee helped me find a couple items, he was friendly and happy to help. I found the selection of apples very nice. The bananas were great. Selection of most items was just great. One tiny thing, the checker sort of bounced my bananas on the scale, not the end of the world, but I do not like my bananas bruised. Overall an excellent experience. Great Store.

Quality meat and produce. The prices were a little higher than normal but I think this is partially due to covid. The chicken thighs I purchased (store brand) looked like they were trimmed by an 8 year old with safety scissors. I had to go to town on them when I got home. Second time I have encountered that with their store brand. Hopefully they get better. I should have taken pictures.

Waited over 15 minutes at the deli and there was no bell for service or any employee around. Then I was doing instacart and had to purchase alcohol the employee said I was there last time with an expired id but I rarely purchase here and they didn’t accept my id even though I had document from DMV that my renewal will take 4-6 weeks. She made it seem like my id was fake because she said she rung me up last time but like I said last time I came to raley’s was 2 days ago and I was rung by someone else and before that maybe 3 months ago! Horrible experience will not shop here again.

Nice selection of veggiterian options in the frozen section. $5 plastic tub of spinach.This location is clean, friendly, has overall good selections in all departments. The only thing that kept me from wanting to shop on a regular basis is the prices. They are too high across the board. Sale items are fair to middlen.

All Raley's seem to be well-stocked, organized and clean. I however generally go for their deli department. The Dagwood sandwich is out of this world. Sometimes I crave them and I have to drive so many miles out of my way for that Dagwood. Go give it a try sorry no picture to post, I ate it too fast

This store is clean and employee's are friendly. Great deals and reward if you use your rewards. We eat organic and wild caught and this store has a great variety of great product to buy for reasonable prices.
