They do exactly what you ask and will always accommodate us if they can… I bought doggy hair dye and they applied it, even though it isn’t technically one of their services yet. We’re loyal customers and highly recommend Plush Puppy!

They did such an amazing job on my Trixie girl 💙 She usually gets very anxious, especially around men, but they said she was well behaved during her bath. They even put a cute little hanky on her. Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends

Its alright my poor baby came looking funny. Thank God for hair that grows so i didn't make it a big deal, friendly staff but uhmm the cut my furbaby got looks like something i would do! 😅 chicken legs and completely shaved, face like a lion! She looks hilarious! But hey at least i got a reason to laugh every day! 😅 not sure if i will be coming back here are some before and after pics!

Plush Puppy was referred to me by my friend who is the dog mom of dog moms - Gina Phippen told me the groomers that work at Plush Puppy do this because they love the dogs and because they love what they do. When I took my dog Moose to see Ruth, it was the best grooming experience I’ve ever had. Moose is a gentle giant (but Houdini in a Cheetah body). He is a rescue who has some issues. He LOVES Ruth. And she does the most beautiful job on the sheddingist big black dog I’ve ever had (Literal hair factory). I cannot sing enough praises for this dog spa. The price for the full package is so reasonable and the end product is so amazing, I happily continue to drive from Elk Grove and tack on the additional 25% I used to pay at the chain grooming mill I used to take him to because these guys are Simply the Best!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Plush Puppy did a wonderful thing for me and my dog. My dog is on comfort care and can not get into the car any longer due to her health and Plush Puppy was kind enough to come to my home and cut her nails. That meant the world to me.

First couple times were fine. Third time 'after' groomed, handed me dog and said too much fur in ears, must have Vet provide that service. Huh? Dog's been groomed for several years and never refused to do her ears. Bummed I have to find another local Groomer now.
