The dog wash was adorable and great for my pup! We had the snoop dog voice going all through the wash. Very surprised to see that they offer a flea wash that has a strong citrus smell but, it doesn't last very long after the wash out. Do recommend if your dog is short haired that you bring a towel since the air dryer is better for long haired dogs.

Great place to get your car washed. Awesome staff and great car wash. Really quick service with great cleaning spots with powerful vacuums, pressured air blowers for vents, basins to wash your floor mats and a dog wash.I subscribe to the monthly service I take my vehicles a few times a week. Highly recommended.

The 3 star is completely situational. We have a monthly pass for all three of our vehicles. Either we have horrible timing or it's broken down a lot? The staff is nice. Overall the cars get clean. If and when they are up and running. Paying kiosk is often broken. Lines get long due to only one kiosk being available. Is that not the purpose of paying monthly so you can be in and out quicker? Don't get me wrong a little wait is not that big of a deal but it is so frequent I hope they figure it out soon. It was very convenient and fast when it first opened. Sincerely a loyal customer from the beginning.

Steven the general manager went above and beyond helping me cancel my account. I called as I was moving back home to help my mom, and he couldn’t have been more kind about canceling my service! He was so professional thanked me for my business and said if you ever come back come and see us! My best friend and her family live in Galt so when I visit I sure will. That’s true customer service, during a cancellation. They have the best customer service and it’s less expensive 100% come here!

This car wash is a combination of automated and manual. 2 people scrub your vehicle with a brush front and back before you enter the automated wash. They always seems to do a very good job as far as automated goes and the price is reasonable. The associates are always friendly if you need their assistance.

It location is near a the Comfort Inn Hotel. It's next the shopping center and Super Walmart center. The plenty of fast food restaurants, gas stations. But it's right next to the hwy 99 and twin cities exit ramp. Theirs hardly no traffic.

Horrible experience today, had to run through the car wash twice because the soap was not removed because I believe the vehicles were too close together vehicle behind me was somewhere around 2-3 ft behind me. Turned in one more time lined up for the second time and once again the attendant directing the vehicle behind me to close literally 2-3 ft behind me once again. So close the rear brush didn’t complete its function, it moved on to the vehicle behind me once again. I suggest management train their employees to make sure they understand all or any dangers associated with the car wash operation. Stacking vehicles to close together is unsafe, mind you I’m a customer that visits two to three times a week and this is the first time I’ve experienced the vehicles being so close to cause concern. Please insure your employees are knowledgeable on what and how your system works. Thank you .Service: Auto detailing

Confusing entry to put my car onto their conveyor belt. It might have just been me though, the next time would be easier so not a huge deal as it was quickly rectified.They don't take credit card which was the bigger issue and why I docked one star. I was lucky I had cash on me.I took a second star off for pricing. You're essentially paying for a gas station automated car wash. It is a little more thorough because the machines are washing your car for longer and I think you get to use their vacuums on your car after the wash (totally optional & free).All things considered, if you're going to do the cheapest package, just go to a gas station car wash instead. It's a few bucks cheaper and basically the same thing. The higher tier/premium packages that they offer might be worth it for you though.

A good car wash at a good price. They also have a unlimited monthly plan which is good for people who like to wash their car at least once a week. Free vacuums, friendly staff and you can wash your dog too if you are so inclined.

I had a 20$ bill get stuck in the coin machine I googled the phone number and got ahold of a male who said to text him my info and he would mail me the 20$. I ACTUALLY received the 20$ in the form of a check about a week later so needless to say great car wash

This place was terribly AWESOME! I took my dog through the car wash (in the car) she loved looking out the window at it all, it got my car ultra clean and was an enjoyable experience for myself with all the colors and scents. Then I vacuumed, very powerful suction. Lastly for my car I washed my floor mats in this weird contraption they have and they were spotless. I spilled some vegetable glycerin on it a few months back and it was impossible to remove until I used the strange machine. Then I washed my dog in their dog bathtub. I shampooed and conditioned then dried her, she loved it! Next I will be taking my son to enjoy the show! But I won't be bathing him in the dog bath.

I got the most comprehensive car wash and I was happy with most of it. The people there were nice but my car didn't get clean all the way. I have a minivan and the back of the car didn't get clean. There was still dirt and a lot of streaks. I was disappointed since it was pricy. The rest of the car and tires looked great. So 4 starts.

Employees are very nice but I had to run through the wash twice because the first time one of the employees was on his phone and didn’t scrub my windshield. Even after going through the wash again my windshield is still dirty.

Probably one of the better automatic car washes. With a truck, they all seem to leave soap and/or the water doesn't get blown off very well. They are friendly and pre-wash the vehicle. I don't like the monthly sticker needing to be on the inside of the windshield, but I guess maybe it won't last very well on the outside of the vehicle. Either way this is a good car wash.

Was super disappointed today. I bought the $22 wash. The whole back of my vehicle was never touched. The floor mat machine wasn't working which has been the case many times.The air wasn't working and the vacuum barely took the dirt off the floor.

Fast and easy! So Glad Gillys opened up here in town. The staff do a great job, I commute regularly and they do a really good job getting the bugs off. The unlimited plan is a must! Also my Dog smells alot better now that I can easily bath him.

Great customer service. I had one of those embarrassing moments when I attempted to pay only to realize that my credit card had fallen out of my wallet at some point. As I was backing out the manager (Steven, I believe) waved me back, covered my car wash and sent me through with a smile. It's this kind of service that has prompted me to purchase a monthly membership and write a review. Great job!!

Reasonable prices, I got my truck washed using their highest option for a wash. Afterward, I went to have lunch down the street, and noticed my truck still had a few dirty spots (it was pretty dirty when I brought it in). I went back and they washed it again free of charge, no questions asked. Great wash, friendly service.

For a drive thru car was it did an excellent job of cleaning my pickup. I went to a full service car wash last time and it left so much on my pickup. Even though it had a lot of vehicles ahead of me, it went very fast.
