I spent 5 hours of my day trying to fill a prescription that my Dr immediately sent over the minute I got to Walgreens. The lady behind the computer was so unbelievably UNHELPFUL it was shocking. I told her I needed to fill this asap and the pharmacy received my prescription and the lady told me the address on the prescription was wrong and she couldn’t help me. So I immediately called my Dr and they immediately sent over another prescription with the correct address (It happens). Then she told me it would be at least an hr till it would be ready, which I found strange because there were absolutely no customers coming in to the pharmacy while I had been waiting in there for the previous hour, so I decide to leave. An hour after leaving I received a text alert saying they received a prescription from my Dr and it was pending, and it was my mistake to assume pending meant it was being worked on. So I wait another hour or 2 before looking at the text again and noticed there was a link I could click for info on my prescription. And when I looked it said pending - medicine NOT in stock. So I called and after wasting 5 hours of my morning and now it’s after 3 and I am without my seizure medication all day thus far I ask this same lady if they are out of my medicine why on earth had she not told me that when I first came in HOURS ago???- being treated like this in as serious a situation that this was is totally unacceptable- there was absolutely no customers at the pharmacy it was literally dead- I live across the street and my wife and I go in there often and usually there’s not even another person in the entire store- I went to another pharmacy after and was helped and out of there with my medicine in 10 minsIf you are seeing this DO NOT GO THERE they won’t help you, they simply don’t care

I should’ve read the reviews before I designated this Walgreens as my pharmacy. STAY AWAY! Nothing but problems.Long story short, pharmacist doesn’t know what she’s doing, the staff will do about bare minimum + it looks like their understaffed. Ultimately, I’ve been physically going back-and-forth with the pharmacy and my doctors office because they didn’t carry the medication I needed after post-surgery. They failed to notify me and faxed the wrong doctors office. The Walgreens staff made it seem like it was our fault. Day of, post surgery, The pharmacist is reading the prescription wrong, and will not fill. We had to make so many calls to make this work. Finally pharmacist said, “oh I figured it out on my end”.In addition, many people waiting there were complaining about how they were having issues too. Nooooot a good look.I’ve never had to deal with so much just for my prescription. Please STAY AWAY!

Spoke to Jennifer the pharmacist and asked for information about some of their in-house program and how to help save on prescription. She stared at me for a second and then told me very aggressively that they were not a charity. I told her I was not looking for free medication or hand outs, I was just trying to help my mom, who doesn’t have insurance, save on her prescriptions. She responded by rudely telling me that I needed to Learn how to ask questions better because ‘that’s not what I asked’. I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable by the time I left. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review in my life, but her treatment towards me was uncalled for

24 hr Walgreens neighborhood is why it is 4 star kind of shady at night. Selection is not bad but if your looking for pop! figures however i would not choose this location always sold out of everything that people would want for pharmacy purposes its great.

Terrible attention in the photographs. sometimes you don't know the equipment and you need help to print, but the very grumpy clerk treated me very indifferently and when I asked for help she told me "do it yourself" very rudely. On the other hand, at CVS, the employee Danet, is very experienced and calm when helping you. Better go to CVS, they are very friendly.

I have always loved going to this Walgreens I picked this Walgreens out when I moved to Fullerton 6 years ago. there is one lady there in particular always nice always smiling always asking me how is my dad she made it worthwhile. but now they have a new girl working there the rudest woman I've ever met in my life. when I called in to ask for the pharmacy manager she answered the phone and acted like she was the manager. WOW impersonating a store manager. of course she will deny it. also I have never been told to come back the next day and pick up my medication that I've been picking up there every month for years but every time she answers the phone or I drive to the drive-thru window she tells me I am busy with the other customers you will have to come back tomorrow. never have I ever. not on the busiest day. this young lady is rude I will be changing to Cvs since I can't seem to get the real manager I will be taking a couple of people with me as well she's only been there about 6 months that I know of by Walgreens hello CVS along with the rest of along with the rest of my family and a few neighbors👋

I don't think I can give a lower score. I repeatedly told the pharmacist that the new prescription was to replace two of the three I had previous, but would not fill it because it would interfere with one of the two I was replacing with it. I repeatedly told her that A medicine I was going to stay on but B and C were being stopped immediately to be replaced by D. Repeatedly, I said that I was staying on A but B and C were being stopped. In fact, C was being stopped because there was no literature from the pharmacy about how C causes A to possibly elevate to life endangering levels and how C also causes "Coital Headaches" that would leave me unable to function for days afterwards. I had to do the research on the medicines myself, especially about how C interacts with A."I can't hear you.""D causes a conflict with C.""We don't have the medicine.""We're checking with the doctor."Dear Pharmacist, if the same doctor who originally ordered A, B, and C medicines, and scripted D to be filled, I think the doctor would have told the patient what medicines to stop, which ones to keep doing, and why B and C are being replaced by D! Which is exactly what I was told. B and C are to be stopped, and D is to replace them!Very poor pharmacy. Fill the prescriptions as you are given!

The pharmacy employees turned away a customer with a hearing disability attempting to recieve a COVID-19 test. Their reason was that " they could not communicate with her"I don't understand why common sense went out the window? They should have just picked up a pen and paper or got an interpreter?I call discrimination !

Friendly staff. Helpful pharmacy techs, one called me a few days after I started a new rx to see how it was going. Only critique is their texting/calling serivce that texts people" you're prescriptions will still be ready next week.. " seems counter productive when they text/call again one rx is ready

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to. Right after surgery I have them my prescription for workers comp they ran an old # no the # for the proper claim and held my pain medication for 48 from me. Today I go in and again u gave them the correct claim # and again they ran the old claim # and are sent me medication. How does this happen. They do not care about there job nor there clients. It's better to take your prescription to another wal-greens the one on Orangethrope is much more willing to help.

Terrible service. The pharmacists are rude and uneducated. I watched them turn away a deaf woman because they couldn't communicate with her while she was trying to get a Covid-19 test. The OLD Asian lady pharmacist is terrible at customer service. Why employ lousy employees?!

Personal mobile order to pick up a couple of pictures my larger order to make sure the quality is what I was looking for upon picking them up Rosa I believe the name tag read was extremely rude and unhelpful for this being my first time visiting this location it will be my last. Did not want to help me out at all and was extremely rude cutting me off but still asking for my last name which is needed to retrieve my prints? Terrible experience and this will be my last hopefully target starts printing again at my location.

Little fat brown girl they have working right now is so rude she was on her phone and wasn't even helping me I asked for a manager and her manager decides that it's my problem and she treats me even worse than she did horrible place they have to audacity to tell me I'm not welcome there anymore that's perfectly okay with me because I had no intentions of ever going back there and dealing with these horrible people get off your phone little girl do your job be active you wouldn't be so fat

The worst help from the Pharmacy at this Walgreens 2 days in a row I set up medication for delivery and they forgot to deliver my medication and gave me me the run around if ..I could give them minus 5 stars I would..please use a different Walgreens in fullerton or use CVS..

Extremely slow Drive thru Covid testing. It took us 1 hour to get 3 people tested as the staff was extremely slow and processed each individual one by one, with each person taking 20 minutes.

If there is less than one star I will give it to them because I left my prescription to let them to call my Dr. To ask him small question, and I went today to pick up my pain medicine , they told me they lost my prescription , and they want me to come back tomorrow again, why ??? I am in bad back pain and neck pain and they don't care . They care less about my sickness , and argue with me , finally she called my Dr. I don't advise any one to go there .
