I wish my cats enjoyed going to SUNNYCREST as much as I do. It’s like visiting family that you like. Everyone is friendly, helpful and caring esp Erin, Cameron, and of course the bestie Dr Glassberg. I would like my drs caring for me as much as Sunnycrest cares for my fur babies. I highly recommend going there for all your pet needs and seeing smiling faces who actually want to help.

My cat had gotten a really bad paw infection about a month ago and after taking her to three different vets no one could figure out what she had and it kept getting worse. I found this place on google and decided to try it since I live close and after her first visit it was like a switch!!! The doctor figured out right away what she had and how to treat her. Just by the way the doctor thuroughly checked my fur baby and handled her you can tell they love what they do! Everyone in this facility is so nice and genuine and make the experience very nice! I will refer this vet clinic to everyone I know who has fur babies and will continue to bring mine in! Thank you so much for everything you guys do ❤️

Dr. Alice GaertnerDr. Alice Gaertner at Sunnycrest Animal Care Center in Fullerton is the best veterinarian we have ever had. Our much-loved family pet labrador retriever has developed multiple medical problems in her senior years and we needed to find a more skilled and compassionate veterinarian. Our neighbors highly recommended Sunnycrest Animal Care Center so we made an appointment with Dr. Alice. We have found Dr. Alice to be gentle and soft-spoken, and very knowledgeable about senior dogs and new medications available to minimize suffering. She clearly explains the medical diagnosis and recommended treatments. She is quick to call us with lab results and renews medications promptly. After about a year of frequent appointments to the clinic, our family truly loves the care Dr. Alice provides for our senior labrador retriever. Also, an important side note, the office staff and veterinary technicians are welcoming, warm, helpful, and very gentle with our labrador.

This review is long overdue- as my sweet mini dachshund, Deuce, has been a patient here since October 2022. During that time, Deuce has faced some of the usual health issues that a pet may- such as seasonal allergies, a minor virus, and needing his teeth cleaned.Throughout these varied issues, Sunnycrest has been kind, communicative, reasonably priced, and most of all- caring towards Deuce.

Sunnycrest has always taken care of my cat Gentleman 🐈 R.I.P. He recently passed from CKD and other underline issues . Thank You especially Dr.Glassberg for always trying to find ways to help Gentleman out. I definitely reccomend Sunnycrest to animal owners.

Great costumer service. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They’re so patient with my crazy dog. She a blue heeler mix and sometimes she can be too much. But they’re always patient with her and try their best with deal with her. I love it here. Thank you so much.

While everyone on staff was kind and friendly, I am not happy with my experience at Sunnycrest. I feel like we were mislead and filled with a lot of false hope for our senior dog's diagnosis. I never received email receipts or referrals from them via email, but now all of a sudden I have an email reminder that my dog needs his rabies vaccine... Even though I called them to tell them that he had passed away a month and a half ago....Fix your systems. Update your systems. Take some cases more seriously than others. Please.

After 6 years of taking our dear pets to Sunnycrest, we are still THRILLED and grateful for the INCREDIBLE compassionate care they provide. From the staff to the vets…EVERYONE is TRULY amazing. We were looking at relocating and ultimately decided to stay in Fullerton because of Sunnycrest!Dr Blanco and Amber took good care of our pup at our most recent visit.Thank you Sunnycrest for always being there in our time of need and for prevention.

Been coming to Sunnycrest for many years and I have always experienced the best care for my dogs. I have tried 4 other vets in the area but as soon as I experienced their genuine concern for my dog and top notch care they had a customer for life. They have a fabulous groomer as well.

The entire team is just great!We have two cats that come here now and both of them are very well taken care of by the Sunnycrest team. If I can give No stars I would Erin seems to have an attitude when it comes to clients and was very rude and told me off and yelled at me in front of entire waiting room dr glassburg needs a new assistant i would caution warning when bringing your pets here

After being at another local veterinary hospital/clinic in Whittier for well over 30 years, the office staff at Sunnycrest have been very helpful with check-in, billing, Rx's, being seen by a veterinarian in as prompt as time as possible; in short, a breath of fresh air even during the Covid pandemic. At the other veterinary "hospital" I waited, sometimes an hour or so with very rude front office staff personal. More importantly, the veterinarians at Sunnycrest who have examined both of my dogs, a 7 year old long-haired chihuahua and a black Labrador retriever pup (15 weeks old to now 15 months old) have all been remarkable, experienced, and knowledgeable. It is has about 20 parking spaces since it sits between former railroad tracks and Bastanchury/Euclid intersection, but it has not been as issue finding a parking space. It has a nice covered large front porch and the office has wonderfully decor with animal paintings

The staff is very pleasant and patient. They all are knowledgeable....but this facility is expensive when compared to ones I've used in the past. However, the staff and knowledge are worth it.

I have given this place more chances than they deserve. They consistently hurt my dogs when using the nail clippers and dremmel, her paws were bleeding! This happend two separate times. On another occasion, i took my senior chihuahua to have her glands expressed and told them to please not express her left side as it no longer works from having a previous surgery. She came out profusely bleeding and was having bloody diarrhea in the lobby! She was in so much pain i was livid. Ignored in the lobby until after they close when the appointment was 2 hours before. They have a huge turnover rate of both vets and techs, the new dr is rude and not friendly whatsoever. Please take your animals elsewhere!

Great, helpful, friendly and caring staff. We took our furry Yorkie friend in because she suddenly got sick. They think it is an inflamed gall bladder. Apparently common with Yorkies. They were very helpful.

Hello Dr. Glassbeg! Remember me? Sabrina. I worked way back when in the mid to late 90's. I absolutely loved my job as veterinarians assistant! I had so much fun working there (almost 6 yrs) with Tracy, Dr. Grimes, Robin and all the great staff from 1992 to 1998. The clinic proved great care for the animals that came through the doors.

My dogs have been coming here since 1988. They are caring, knowledgeable and feel like my dogs are their family too. We have had a few major issues with some of my dogs taken care of in ways to keep them calm and comfortable as well as having to deal with end of life issues respectfully for my dog as well as the family. I recommend them to anyone needing an excellent vet as well for boarding and grooming.We were just there for annual checkup and they are still the best
